I was told by the Auto Zone in Yucaipa CA that i was hired, so I quit my current job and then they never put me on the schedule and lost contact with me. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. now im JOBLESS. thanks Autozone.
I was having a problem in replacing my windshield wiper today. I went to the Autozone store at Cave Creek /Cactus in Phoenix, and met Stan Lawson at the door ! I told him that I just could NOT figure which how to remove the old blade. Although I had bought my new blade elsewhere, he showed me how to do it and actually replaced the blade ! He was willing to replace my other blade too ! He would not receive any compensation. This is SERVICE !!!!.....with a BIG SMILE I should add. I have used this store before and ALWAYS had a positive experience. Today was ultra positive because I had been fiddling around for over an hour trying to release the old blade. The may sound trivial, but for me it was a necessity....where can you go without wiper blades !!!!! Thank you Mr Lawson !!!!! :-)
I was visiting my brother and family in Indianapolis, IN for the weekend, and needed to use my niece's car to run an errand. I notice a turn signal light out, and pulled in AutoZone on Rockville Rd. to get a bulb. Not only did Nathan, the employee, help me find the correct bulb, but he took out the old one and put in the new one, making sure he had completed the job correctly by checking the signals and lights afterwards. He was very polite and courteous, along with doing a fine job for a "lady in distress". Thanks so much Nathan and AutoZone! You're the best!
I have both worked and shopped at the Autozone Store here in Searcy,Arkansas and I can tell you I have always gotten the best service when I have had to go in to buy anything of course I know exactly what I am looking for and know what the part looks like that I am buying that is 90 percent of all mess ups. The customer being told what part to get by someone else and not knowing what the part is suppose to look like. Autozone carry's more than one brand of any one part and just because it is the same part doesn't mean it looks the same or will work you need to know what your part LOOKS like to know what you are buying. I ran into this problem more than once and I took care of my customers ALWAYS!!! Because after all it is all about customer service, and believe me I am not above telling an associate that I will not be treated as if I don't know what I am talking about and calling them out more than once I have made someone look stupid.
AutoZone does not reimburse the small business community if they sell a faulty part. They make the manufacturer reimburse labor, but in our case, refused to pay for the new part and a rental car for our customer. They appear to not really care about their customers or small businesses.
I am taking back the duralast starter i bought from autozone tomorrow, after 3 starts the part was junk and wouldn't work. i will go to another parts store and get a good one tomorrow and never go back to autozone again.
I have one better I asked for a grease gun they gave me a suction gun, I asked to look up a size on a replacement part they couldn't even do that. I rented tools that they told me I would need an I didn't even need them I would like to ask them idiot for gas money for the four time I had to go there an back just to replace upper an lower ball joint. Absolutely dreadful customer service on part by associates at Autozone. Guys standing around doing absolutely nothing while customers are waiting. Not willing to help at all. Where do you find these guys ... seriously? On top of that - they grabbed the wrong part -- part number looked nothing a like, part didn't even fit the Honda I was asking for, upon figuring this out still had to go back in customer service line even though the transaction had just completed. Was told the part was not available when the computer a) clearly showed that it had multiple items available b) they did not even check. The gentleman in front of me also received wrong parts. Autozone location Brooklyn ny 11228 I was told by one of the workers that if I was to bring back the distributor that I purchased in June . That he would take it back and give me my refund so I came back and gave it to him he looked at it and said was this used I said no it was just laying in my trunk. He asked where was the box they never gave me the box because the person from the store said at the time that he needed to keep it for the core return. Headquarters you really need to hire people that know about your products you have kids working in theses stores opening your products and letting people test them what a waste of money soon your going to hear that autozone will be closing . I think I will start shopping at pep boys.
Ladies you definitely should never allow your husbands to go to Autozone in Aurora, IL on West Galena by themselves!! There is a PSM named Lorena Islas that LOVES trying to get with married men there. I know from experience because she is having a relationship with my husband. Unfortunately my husband works there too, and she's been having an in store and out of store affair with him. Be aware! She will try to take your husband and break up your marriage as she did mine!!
Auto Zone in Greeley Colorado allowed a fund raising car wash (to pay for his funeral) for a known gang member, convicted felon, that attempted to escape from custody. He held a person hostage, has attacked police officers etc. The car wash was in their parking lot this past week! What were they thinking!!!! Let's have tea with the mad hatter, Very bad poor decision. I will never shop here again
i would like to let you know about my experience with the autozone in chattanooga, tn on 3536 brainerd road. i am a little person (dwarf) reach means there are something i just can't do or reach. i have a 2007 lincoln mkx (suv) that had to lights out, one in the front and one in the back. your employer robert bidelman with questioning my abilities quickly offer to replace the light for me. this really made my day to know that i can depend on autozone to help me in a time of need. thank you for the great service. hats off to robert bidelman.
I went to autozone 51 and peoria Tulsa ok and had there cs check codes on my car! I then spent over 400.00 in 2 days to fix the errors, and today the july 14 2012 I had the cs do another code check and he asked me if i wanted my computor cleared I didnt know what would happen,soon as he cleared my code my car started shaking spitting and tossing codes after another I replaced all new stuff!!! dont ever let a autozone tech thats not ase cert clear the brain in your car!!! its illigel i find out later,also the guy left early while im setting waiting on him to look at what he did to my car ;( so sad my only car ...R>I>P
The employees at the Ephrata auto zone were extremely helpful to me today.i needed a fuse and fuse puller to replace a fuse on my Ford Focus. Not only did they have what I needed , they replaced the fuse for me at no charge. In this day and age when everybody is talking CUSTOMER SERVICE, it's nice to see it actually taking place.
I have always used Autozone even when others complained about your services. Now I have a definite complaint. I ordered a radiator to be sent to my Son and they sent a calytic converter with muffler. How in the world can someone mix these two parts up? They are entirely different parts and part numbers. Something needs to be done before Autozone loses many more customers.
When visiting the Harrisburg, NC store, I have been greeted by rude salespeople. Does this store have a manager. Whenever I have asked to speak with a manager, I am told that the manager is unavailable or on vacation or some other excuse. This obviously does not mean that all the employees are rude, but it certainly reflects badly on the others who do everything in their power to assist the customer. I found it very unprofessional for a salesperson to work on my vehicle with a cigarette hanging from his mouth. I am a non-smoker and did not appreciate having my vehicle smell like stale cigarette I have since stopped shopping at the Harrisburg store, but I am forced to travel approx. 20 miles further for the Autozone deals and customer satisfaction warranties which they offer. Until changes are made either with management or salespeople I will continue to shop elsewhere
Autozone been n the bizz for over 30years what will it take to get security n the store in new orleans...murder..of one the employees because the stores r constantly gettin robbed at gun point and and employess fear there lives everyday and I have love ones that work there and if anything happen to her I will on autozone
Why do you have employess goin to work at 5am to open the store alone with so much murdering and Robbin going on in new orleans maybe aitozone onlly care about therself and there on famlies and not there employed!!!!%

REALLY DOESN'T MATTER HUH !!!!!Came in real early to make a SIMPLE PURCHASE,,,,,Spark plugs for a 4 cyl,,,Air Filter & WD40 to push total over the $20 min for the instore purchase credit.....SIMPLE RIGHT,,,,,,YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING !!!!!!!!! THEN CORP WONDERS WHY THEY LOOSE BUSINESS OVER THE YEARS !!!!! First clerk was in a hurry !!!!! Why ??? ; there were only 2 customers in the store.... payment,,,,,NOTICED BILLED IN ERROR !!! Somehow I need 6 spark plugs for a 4 cyl engine,,,,Manager takes over ,,,,forgets to give me the credit receipts.......THIS ALL TOOK 3 return trips and an hour of my time,,,,,5 cashier transactions.. THAT IS WHY ITS VERY IMPORTANT TO CHOOSE YOUR STORE AND YOUR CLERK.....SOME ARE GREAT AT WHAT THEY DO AND THEN,,,,WELL, THEN, THERE ARE THE OTHERS !!!!!TO THE REST OF THE EMPLOYEES,,,,GREAT JOB !!!!!
