Wow!!!! I wish that I found this site two months ago. I ordered a couch and chair 10-10-10 and still have not recieved it. I can't believe they run their business this way. Corporate needs to be honest. No-one calls me back I have to call them to find out what is going on with my stuff. I'm told that it should be shipped any day.We'll see?

We ordered a bedroom suite from Ashley Furniture 3 weeks ago. We were told delivery would be 2 to 3 weeks. I called they are saying probaby another week (making delivery 4 weeks, but they also said delivery may be delayed another 2 weeks) so the delivery will probably be after Christmas. Never again will I order anything from Ashley Furniture. They act like they have to cut a couple of trees down and make the furniture from scratch? We paid the total bill, so that means they can keep some of our money if we cancel, what a ripoff Ashley Furniture is. I have a mind to contact our local news, I am sure we are not the only ones given the run around with furniture purchases from Ashley furniture. Maybe they need to be exposed in order to get their act together.

I ordered a dining room table over a month ago for christmas. Now they call two days before delivery day and tell me it will not be here until February. The reassured me over a dozen times I would have it by December 11. What a lie! I asked them if I could have the floor model and the said no! Now I have no table for Christmas dinner! Will never shop at any of them again! They are a really bad place of business!

How do you get in touch with ANYONE @corporate? They want an extension for a persons name, can't give you a name cause I CAN'T get thru to anyone! If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. Lets hope I can get the same result as W. Amos! So far this has been the worst experience I have ever had with a furniture store the extra Warranty is a complete waste of money if this doesn't get resolved and so far they seem to be looking for anyway to get out of fixing or replacing anything, 1 run around after another!

So sad..... I to wish we would have read all this before dealing with Ashleys.. Picked a couch. They ordered it wrong. When they re ordered the replacement couch it was wrong again.. We had half of a sectional in our living room for 3 weeks probably LONGER!!!! When we got the right one in finally it was scratched in a few places and the recliner dosnt return to the original postition. Now we are waiting on the replacement leather for the guy to fix it and a mechanical part that is for one the recliner and they have only shipped one part.. Here we are almost 3 months into having our new couches and we are still waiting on it to be fixed. I have to leave messages and hope someone calls me back. The manager at the store sounds so eager to help and then just is to busy or something. I wish i could return it and just go somewhere else. Since after all I still don't have a NEW couch yet... Its really sorry.. Better luck to anyone who braves going to Ashleys......

This company is a complete hoax. Please if you feel as I do, Please, please file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as I did. This company needs to stop lying to its customers! I also have purchased 2 sofas on October 7th and have yet to receive them (today is December 8th). I hope there is a class action law suit filed so that I can get on board with that too. The furniture store continues to run credit card slips through its machines but will not send the furniture to you. They are saying there is a problem with the shipping company. They will thell you that the furniture is being manufactured in Wisconsin and then they will tell you it is sitting in a warehouse in California. I have received 5 delivery dates so far and each has come and gone without any furniture to my door. Also I have yet to receive a phone call from the company letting me know of the back log. They do continue (when I call them) to give me dates and places to try and satisfy me but I know better. I have never ever found a company to be more dishonest than this one. Sean Seals is the vice president at the corporate office. I am trying to reach him but nobody will give me his line. I have his number but it goes to a call center in Texas.

This is a terrible company! Bad customer service, and you will not get your furniture. I am over 2 months so far and have yet to receive my couches. Please file a claim with the Better Business Bureau against them! I have!

I bought a living room suit not even a year ago it cost about 2,000.00 and the reclining parts are tearing up the cuscions its defentily a manufactoring problem.I still cant get no answer on how to replace it.It has a 5 year warranty on it but it seems like once you buy it its yours and your stuck with it no matter what happens to it.I will never buy another piece of garbage furniture from them again,I would not even take one for free.

Please do not buy from Ashley Furniture. They do not back their products. It takes them at least a day to call you back. The first time it took them a week to call me back, a week. It took a month to get a technician to come look at my 3 month old couch. It took him five minutes to say that this was our fault and it was not covered by the warranty. So $1000 3 month old broken couch is what I invested in. Terrible business. I will never buy from Ashley Furniture again.

I wish I would have read all these comments before I made a purchase from Ashleys in Midland. I ordered an entertainment center back in Oct and still have not recieved it because they have to keep ordering parts for it because it is broken!! I bought a new piece of furniture and instead of getting me a whole new entertainment center they keep ordering parts for it. I asked if I could just get "in-Store" credit and they said yes but I would have to pay a $250 restocking fee! WTH!

THEY SUCK!!!!!!! i bought over 2000 dollars worth of furniture from them, 6 in a half weeks later have not heard from them, and i went to the store today and it has been seized! ARE YOU SERIOUS? shouldnt a buisness call you with any problems containing your furniture you have paid for and dont have yet! WORST BUISNESS EVER! i will be taking this to the BETTER BUISNESS BUREAU! I think more people should! KICK THEM OFF THE MAP! SERIOUSLY!

Ashley's Furniture in Charleston, WV will not honor the 90 day tial period of Tempur-Pedic mattress. The salesman will lie his head-off for the sale. I was told at first they do honor the policy. They will not return the mattress were as if I were to have purchased the mattress directly with Tempur-Pedic they will!!! Buyer beware!!!

People in Texas are furious, Ashley has been doing this to people for a long time. I was told each store is independently owned and operated,, and stores in three Texas towns were closed, November 26, 2010. Hundreds of people in these towns who ordered and pay for furniture, neither got their furniture, or refunds. I think this should be considered Fraud! They have stolen peoples money, and up until thanksgiving day Ashley was still taking money from people who thought they were buying furniture! Then on Black Friday, employees showed up to work at Ashley, and a note on the door they were closing?

i worked at Ashely Furniture in Arcadia Wisconsin and My husband currently Works at Ashely Furniture in Whitehall Wisconsin I know How the furniture is made my parents bought ashely furniture and still have it over 8 yrs now though my dad had 2 recliners break on him they replaced them right away for free so i dont know who you guys deal with but Arcadia is the head quaters for ashely I would try contacting them maybe that would work havent had a bad experience with them yet and when dilivering they are right on time. now im looking for new furniture and the cheapest seems to be Ashely not to menchin when you buy ashely furniture u support american made stuff and the familys that work there they are thinking about going over seas and millions will lose their job Support Ashely

And with the back oder and not getting things on time Ashely works 10 hr days sometimes with 10 to 20 lines going and combined thousands of sofas chairs tables to make sometimes it takes a lil bit no matter what its like fast food it aint really fastfood when you wait 5 min now is it and for the owners their is no new owners of Ashely Ron Wanik and his Son Tom Wanik own it so yea

they is full of shit they lie to you and they act like if you pay cash for your stuff but after that they try to give u the run around never never buy from them go to famsa or something if you see Ashley Furniture store run as fun as you can cause youll thank your self later they talk a good but after u buy they talk trash and lie dont do it please

Please do not purchase any items from Ashley Furniture. This company does not handle themselves in a professional and moral manner. They are deceitful in every aspect of the word. I am so sorry that I ever went to this company 3 years ago. On December 2, 2007, I purchased my son’s bedroom set and a mattress. In the process, the sale person, Rosanne Preston offered me a 3 year In-Home Service Program, which she specifically informed me that if I did not use the service during the entire 3 years, the company will return the money. She even showed me checks on her desk, which she indicated that “these customers did not use their service plan and that they were getting their money back”. Well, today I contacted Ashley Furniture to request my money back and they informed me that I will be receiving a credit, not a check. I was furious to say the least and I told Rosanne P and the manager, Guy that they were liars. Please do not spend your money with fraudulent companies that have unfair practices. People like Rosanne are the lowest life form on earth, which lie and scam customers to make their buck. God is my witness that such creatures will have their day and they will pay for all unlawful acts committed to others. God will take care of it!

My parents had a similar issue to the ones that I have read. Against their advice, my husband and I decided to purchase a table and chairs as well as two end tables. A day before delivery we were given a "courtesy call" to let us know that one of our end tables was on back order but we would receive it the very next day. When they came to deliver, the delivery guys said there was no table and only 4 chairs and only one end table. What in the world am I supposed to do with 4 chairs and an end table??? We went to the store and were assured they would do anything for our business. The manager promised that he would have all pieces delivered the very next day. The salesman called and assured us that our furniture was on a truck, on its way to be delivered. Guess what??? They never showed. Now we cannot get a hold of anyone.....Will NEVER buy from here again.....

i bought a bedroom suite at ashley furniture in ABILENE, TX. about a month ago. put some money down and financed it through wells fargo. now the store has closed its doors. anybody else in abilene reading this, email me on how i can get my furniture or my money back.. or anyone else had this problem, what did you do? jbeard1972@sbcglobal.net please, looking for advice..

I purchased a couch for my son in August of this year a long with a dresser. It is a leatherette couch and the fabric isn't any good. A technician came out and stated it would have to be repaired or replaced. It is now December 2 no parts no repair. My husband call Ashly furniture last wk spok with th Manager and ask for a call from the owner. W still have not heard. I do not want this rpaired but I want it replaced. I have never received such poor customer service . This is your johnson city store in tn. I paid you on the spot either give me a new couch or give me my money back and take it back.
