Ashley is only getting 1 star because they don't have anything Lower, I looked around for 2 months before making my choice of the Leather sectional went with it cause it is one of the only 4 seat sectionals it is the final piece I need for my new apartment I went down on Feb 23 2011 and having to order it because I needed the long piece on the other side so I ordered and PAID that day was told 2 to 3 weeks. so to make room 2 weeks in I gave my love seat and other to next door lady to be ready and make room. # weeks to the day I called cause hadn't heard anything they sales guy I used was out so got the rude one and just said I would have to call next day so I did and was then told it would be April 1, so another wait with just a chair and small table being only thing in my living room so no calls tell April 1 so Called and same old thing my guy not in and rude one only saying he is off ( ever date my guy gave me was always his day off) so april 2 he says it should ship on the 11th of april so no call on 11th since they know nothing and his day off so today is wed April 13th 2011 (7 WEEKS WAITING FOR MY SECTIONAL SO STILL DON'T KNOW WHEN I WILL GET MY FURNITURE I have been a truck driver for 20 years I don't understand how they keep in business with these delivery like this if I did this I would be fired........... Never buy from ASHLEY AGAIN BE WARE OUT THERE...

BEWARE DO NOT BUY ANY FURNITURE AT ASHLEY FURNITURE > I BOUGHT A SOFA AND LOVE SEAT 2 YEARS AGO . AND BOUGHT THE EXTENDED WARRENTY . I CALLED THEM 3 MONTHS AGO FOR SERVICE ON MY RECLINDERS THAT THEY ARE STICKING ONLY TO FIND OUT THE THAT THEY ARE BROKE . THE SERVICE PERSON TOOK PICTURES WITH THEIR I PHONE . AND I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK IN 3 BUSINESS DAYS. IT HAS BEEN A MONTH AND I HAVE CALLED THEN AT LEAST 6 TIMES FOR THIS SERVICE CALL . WHEN THEY FINALLY CALLED ME BACK THEY SAID THAT I DID NOT CALL THEM IN A TIMELY FASHION. AND THEY WERE VERY FRESH ON THE PHONE NOT ONLY ARE THEY NOT COVERING MY FURNITURE, THAT IS BROKE THEY HAD MORE EXCUSESS TO WHY THEY ARE NOT FIXING MY FURNITURE, SO HERE I AM STUCK WITH A LIVING ROOM SET THAT IS BROKE . AND IT TOOK THEM A MONTH TO CALL ME BACK SO MUCH FOR TIMLEY FASHION . NEVER AGAIN NEXT GO ANYWHERE BUT ASHLE FURNITURE

Furniture beautiful, Customer service great, slow on refunds

I like the furniture I purchased from there previously, but this time they are robo calling me to death. Every frigging day several times a day. They even called around 7:30 am and woke us up. I will never do business with them ever again.

Ashley furniture SUCKS!!!!! Worst experience shopping for furniture EVER! Poor everything! I spit on you Ashley....and your crappy furniture.

The worst. Liar liar liar

I live in the Bahamas and purchased a leather sofa from Ashley South Florida,late last year which i shipped to the Bahamas. After a few days the thin covering on the sofa started to peel in the area of the head rest. After doing business with Ashley for a number of years and spending thousands of dollars i was very disappointed with the service received. Ashley agreed to send the replacement material but wanted me to pay the shipping, customs duty and cost to have the item reupholstered. Where's their responsibility for full reinstatement? Ashley has shown great insensitivity and a total lack of appreciation for "customer service" I will take my loss if it has to come to that but urge all fellow Bahamians, "DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ASHLEY".

I would like someone at the corporate office to contact me so that i could discuss a matter involving Ashley South Florida. I am having a huge problem getting them to understand customer service and satisy me in respect to an item which the thin leather covering is tearing away. I live in the Bahamas and there's a huge cost for me to send the item back and if it was to be replaced, i would have to again pay hundreds of dollars in shipping, customs duties etc. Please help me! My nightmare with Ashley Furniture begun when I had to replace a furniture piece through their insurance company. The insurance company did its part and paid for the replacement furniture, however, Ashley has given me the run around for 3 months. The store manager in Melbourne, FL promised me delivery by the end of February, then March 22nd, then April 2nd. Today I called to find out when delivery was scheduled for - they said between 2 and 5pm. No one showed up, I called the store, it turns out my furniture was not even in the truck and once again the sleeper sofa is back ordered. Stay away from this place!! It is really a nightmare, plus the worst customer service I've ever come across. Save yourself a lot of aggrevation and time! Go to Haverty's.

I purchased a dining room table two weeks before Thanksgiving. It was the middle of February when it was finally delivered. A few weeks later, I purchased a set of Sterns and Foster mattresses relying pretty much on the sales lady's recommendations. It was delivered within a reasonable time (two weeks later); however, when I laid down on the bed, I was very disappointed. The mattress felt like a large brick with a foam padding on it. My back started hurting the very first night but I thought I just need to 'get used to it." Buy the third night I had to start taking Motrin for back pain. The fourth morning I woke to severe pain and have not slept in it since. I called the store who said there was nothing they could do. DO NOT SHOP ASHLEY FURNITURE for bedding!

I recieved my furniture a month ago and waited about 60 days for it and when i got it it was all the wrong order. so i thought okay ill just call the store and have them put in a reorder. So i got reorder well 3 weeks later i didnt hear anything about the order or when it was gonna delieverd. so i called back and they said that they had no record for my change of order when i called three different times. finally my furinture was supposed to be delievered today and i told them they needed to call me before they come or when they were here that way i was there at home. But i got no call at all. So i calledd customer service again and they said dont worry they will call and they were yelling at me. They came around for the second time and they didnt call me and left. well now im without furn. again and its been 2 months now and its really annoying. REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. i dont recommened it to ANYONE

Like many of the others, they sold me a few products that were NOT in stock and then kept promising delivery dates..... they sent me a PUB table instead of the reg height table & 4 booths- 1 was already damaged upon arrival..... so weeks later we would have to use phone booths or booster seats if we wanted to eat at our table.... I am goin to keep this posted on my facebook etc........... for all to see- just like all my friends and family whom have seen the furniture at my house!! NEVER BUY FROM ASHLEY- GO 2 DOORS DOWN AND GET IT CHEAPER AND A REAL DELIVERY DATE!

I have always bought furniture from Ashley but now I have decided to go else where to get better quality and customer service. We have been hung up on by the Customer service here in the DFW,TX and been fooled by so many people. We purchased over $3000 worth of living furniture and the only reason they give for their products shedding is natural wear and tear. Sounds like CRAP was sold to us. I asked for them to be replaced 8 months after purchase and they refused. Took me calling two months after them having in there store to see what the deal was. Salesman at store lied to tell me they were on order, so I assumed and they were waiting and they never came. STORE IN NRH, TEXAS IS HORRIBLE! Please buy from somewhere else. I don't wish this service upon anyone.

Hello, We purchased furniture on black friday november 2010, Ashley's agreed to hold all furniture till March for Delivery. We had them Deliver the Furniture the first week of March 2011, when we moved into our home. There were several scratches on chairs and a actual chunk from our entertainment center was missing (you can see particle board, so it's not small) and they brought out 2 wrong items. The delivery drivers were talking about there crazy night before... How drunk they got at the casino, and how they didnt get to bed till 4 and how the other never went to bed. Apparently they thought that was ok with us. They explained to us a Customer service tech would come out to check all the furniture and fix or replace the broken stuff, but that we would need to call and schedule that. We called as soon as they left and scheduled for March 27th. We drove to Ashleys to make sure next delivery everything was right and they fixed the 2 items that were wrong. Not a problem. March 27th we waited around all day for them to show up. No one called, no one showed up. I called Ashley's Customer Service Line, and literally spent with no exaggeration 1 hr and 11 min on the phone mostly on hold. The Lady told me we never were on the books for that day. I told her i have had broken furniture that was delivered tom me almost a month ago and that i wanted these things replaced. She told me she can schedule me for April 16th. I told her i have waited enough time with Ashley's furniture and that they can come pick the furniture up and issue a refund and i would go elsewhere. She laughed at me and told me i had 3 days to return the furniture. I told her that this sale shouldnt be complete until i recieve all my furniture in a new state. I asked her " so right now, even if no one comes from ashleys to fix my broken furniture, I am stuck with this crap" she said yes. So i told her i spent a lot of money to buy broken crap. She put me on hold. She finally scheduled me for a CSR to come out for Friday April 1st. I informed her i would be at work. She told me i would need to clear my day if i wanted my furniture fixed and replaced. There are a few more things i can explain better by phone.. Horrible CSR, and Horrible product.

Do not buy ASHLEYS protection plan. Its a joke. You call Montage if you have a problem and they want you to explain them why the furniture is doing want its doing then they want you to take a picture and send it to them and they decide what they are going to do about the problem. Sounds like a long and drawn out situation.

Holy CRAP.....Here I go....furniture delivered YESTERDAY and the drawers don't work!!!! AND a MONTH to wait for repairs!!!!! I'll keep you all posted.....I feel DOWN HILL from here....

I will never buy anything from ASHLEY FURNITURE in Cordova, Tn again!!!!! We bought the 5 yr warranty and now having problems with the furniture (sent pictures in Dec..rep came out in Jan and have not heard a word from them since. Today is Mar 24, 2011)) I called the customer service dept. and no one has a clue about what is going on...I asked for the manager and they stated she was on another line...I heard for over 30 mins. I called bk and asked for the Regional Manager's name and number from the store and customer service and strangely no one knows his name or number!!! I feel I am getting the run-around! I have heard this same story from many ppl!

Same old story. Purchased $4,800.00 in furniture and mattress sets from Ashley furniture in Elkton. Md. on 2/12/11. I was told all was in stock and would be delivered in 2 weeks, except the mirror from one of the bedroom sets. Two weeks go by no contact, no furniture. We called the store and were told that various pieces would be in at different times during the month and be delivered as they came in. Asked to speak with the Manager and salesman. The Manager was on vacation and the salesman was not in. Called and left messages for both. Nothing Happened. Called today, was told that all furniture is on back order, may be delivered to the store on 3/26 ( as it is a tentative date )but would not be delivered to us on that date. Asked for the Manager, he's no longer with the company ( I can see why). Asked to speak with the salesman, he's with a customer ( poor thing). I left a message for him telling him that he better start looking for a new job because he's getting fired. Asked for the name and number of the top person,they said only a Manager. I finally got the name of a General Manager along with a number to call. Told these folks that my Grandchildren have been sleeping in sleeping bags for 4 weeks and I want the furniture asap. They could have cared less. Sent an email but will probably never get a response. I will never shop there again and will make sure that no one I know ever does. This is the worst experience I have ever had. I work for an organization that deals with customers. We would never allow our customers to go through this. Next steps for me is General Manager, Corporate Office, BBB,and whoever else I need to go to. Oh and PS, The Salesman just called me...wanted me to know that he would do everything he could and it's not his fault.

Ashley Furniture does not care about customer satisfaction!!!!!!

Purchased an Ashley bedroom suite the mattress has a 5 inch space between the headboard and mattress, our pillows fall down through constantly. Now the salesman said all of their bedroom sets are like that he seemed to think it was kind of amusing. It has drawers underneath so if you push the mattress up against the headboard then you have 5 inch space at the bottom exposing the clothing in the drawers underneath. The manager said he spoke with Ashley Furniture for 2 hours and they never have had any complaints about the bedroom furniture they sale. They have gotten their money and frankly they don't Care. People should not be treated in this manner
