Ok so here is my story.. they are really efficient to sell things, but when you are trying to get your money back they do not want to help you. I went to the Kissimee Florida store (stay away from there!) and purchased a bedroom set along with the mattress set for my parents. When the sets got delivered (3 days later) which that was what I wanted I noticed that the mattress set was not going to work for my parents as it was too high- Immediately I called the store to inquiry about getting the mattress credited back to my account. When I called looking for the manager, I was told the manager (Luis)was unavailable, but to give them my contact info and he will call me back. That Friday evening no one called me back - so I called back on Saturday looking for the manager whom again was not available so they took my info again! 4 hours later no call back from the so called manager.. I called again and ask to wait on the line for him I was then transferred to the office manager whom I explained the situation and promised me to call me back.. she called me back after an hour and told me that she was not able to speak to the store manager regarding my issue that she will be calling me first thing on Sunday with an answer. That Sunday I went to the store around 3p as no one had contacted me.. after a half hour of waiting for the manager he finally showed up.. he ordered the credit to be done to my credit card and the office manager did all the paper work. A month has passed and now I get my bill with the full amount (no credit given) so I start again the calling an no one calls me back -so I went to the store yesterday, they promised that the office manager was at lunch at she will call me back when she got back..she never did... when I called she did not want to talk to me.. their service is very poor.. go somewhere else if you need furniture...

Rating -5 stars if I could! Incredible! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUNCH OF THIEVES AND LIARS!!!! I ordered almost $2K in sectional sofa pieces back on January 29, 2011 in an Ashley Store in West Melbourne. They were very nice for me to pay in FULL. Once paid in full, I have to be calling them all the time, because they don't even extend the courtesy to call you when your order has been delayed. If you call them they just tell you that everything will be available in 15 days. They played the 15 days delay game with me for over 3 and a half months after the original delivery date. What is worse! It’s that if you call the store, they blame the manufacturer, when you call the RUDE "Corporate Offices Customer Services" at Arcadia, WI you get the rudest people ever trying to tell me that the stores are independently owned, and that I have to take it with the store NOT with them. Get the point, so they won't give you ANY information of why your order has been delayed so many times, it is NOT their fault, and the store where you purchase the items, don't understand why the delay because the Delivery date keep changing in the system for them, so it is NOT their fault either. Unbelievable!! Thank God I am getting a FULL refund for my money, but do yourself a FAVOR... NEVER BUY from these IDIOTS that after getting your money will play the No Fault game with you for as long as you let them. I will NEVER, EVER go back to this store and will NOT recommend anyone to go there myself. In summary, do NOT waste your time calling your store delivery department who will tell you that your stuff will now be available 15 days after the day of your call, and DO NOT waste your energy and time calling the "so called" ASHLEY Corporate Office at Wisconsin, because "customer service" and "consumer affairs" are nothing but alien words to them. I could not believe I played this game for this long, with these most rude and devious people. I just cannot simply believe it. Just because of the inconvenience and rudeness of their "Corporate Office" who cannot tell the stores how to run their business, and allows the use of their name with people that maybe deceiving, but not flat out unscrupulous individuals I will escalate this through the local Better Business Bureau, and with the Attorney Generals for the States of Florida and Wisconsin, respectively.

If there was a 0 for less service than 1 star being poor - I rate this experience a -0 - VERY, VERY POOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They've ripped me off for the LAST TIME Excuses, not action is what's been the going thing with Ashley's both in Lubbock and later in Amarillo, Tx. They take your money but never deliver. I purchased a set of 16 place settings of dishes, taking service for 8 home and began using them. Today - two weeks later, I was informed by the salesman that they were no longer available! Now what do you do with a 1/2 set of dishes!!!!! Wish I could get Ashley manager to EAT THEM! Next - because my $3800 Mitsubishi TV went on the blink, 12 months ZERO interest, $449 additional service warranty also purchased at time. NO service available until AFTER the 12 month contract was up, which made us not pay the $449 service contract prior to the 12 month up due to the TV being finally out of our home for their "service". The latest: the Ashley delivery guys who picked up and brought us a "loaner" sorry TV to use, STOLE one of our Bose home theater speakers. To the least of our knowledge after 6 weeks being gone, the TV was brought back in March of this year. You guessed it - it has a huge HOLE IN THE BOTTOM Right of the TV!!!! Now what do you think about that kind of SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN. Turning Ashley Furniture into to Better Business Bureau and anyone else that will listen to valid complaints and unfair treatment of their customers. TICKED OFF BIG TIME!

they don't deliver on time and when they do they bring the wrong mattress and take over a month to get the right product

I spent $1400 on tabe and chairs for my kitchen, which was ordered back in February of 2011. I am still waiting and no signs on it coming in anytime soon. I will never buy Ashley Furniture again!! I will be sure to tell everyone I know about their customer service on Facebook and Twitter and so forth! Also the BBB is going to be notified. Please reconsider shopping with Asley Furniture! It isn't worth the headache and the waiting!!

I purchase a dinning set at Ashley Furniture Store in Yorba Linda California. When they deliver the item for my house, i found there is scracth on table and chair. They promise me that they will send someone to fix. Now it has been three weeks nothing has been done. I am not going to recomended my friends or my family to shop at ashley.

RE: "Double the purchase price difference guarantee." Purchased an Eli-Cocoa Rocker Recliner-8960125 on sale for $399.00. Next day I did an internet search and found the same item for $351.00 (a difference of $48.00 (doubled $96.00). I returned to the Ashley store with documentation to justify a price difference adjustment. I was told that I needed to present that documentation at the time of sale.Why doesn't that surprise me? I spoke to another salesperson who was unaware that I had spoken to someone else about the guarantee. She stated that the price adjustment couldn't be honored on sale items, yet-the guarantee was inserted with the "on sale price" on all the items that I viewed. When I requested a copy of the guarantee, I was told that they didn't have that information and that I should contact customer service online which reroutes you back to a store within your zip code. In conclusion, after this experience, I find that this is not an operation that is ran ethically. Please consider making your furniture purchases elsewhere.I have contacted the BBB and the State of Ohio Attorney General's office for assistance.

I stopped at Ashleys. I didn't even get into the store. The lady at the doorwanted toknow how much money I could spend. I guess they want your info before you can look . I am going to buy a bed, but never from them.They. lost me.How arrogant!

I am having the same problem as most of you are having. We ordered a table and barstools back in the middle of March and they told us 10 days it would be here. 10 days passed and no table so I called to see where it was. The manager told me that the barstools were already made but the rest was still in production and would be back ordered until April 24th. Today it is April 28th and we still do not have our furniture so I called again today to see where it was and the sales man told me that it was pushed back again and he has no idea why but he is going to talk to the manager to see what is going on tomorrow. If I would have known that we were going to have to wait months to get our stuff, I would have never ordered it. Who really wants to pay for something but not have it? I will probably never buy from Ashley ever again.

I was so upset when Ashley Furniture delivered my bedroom furniture in the pouring snow and carried it in uncovered. I had to wipe down the wet furniture when it came in. I made an official complaint to the store. When the next piece was delivered, that was switched due to wrong size, they brought it in the rain, uncovered again. We work hard to earn the money to buy something, that they so carelessly mishandle. I will never buy furniture there again.

There definitely needs to be a class action lawsuit against this company! They should not allowed to do business this way. Lawyer anyone? This company needs to be shut down...after we all receive our furniture that is way beyond the promised date! This company is disgusting. I will never order furniture from them again nor will I recommend them to anyone.

So I called Dateline and asked them to look into how Ashley Furniture lie and get your money and lie and lie and did I say lie to you when your stuff is not here. So Ashley Furniture I hope Dateline calles you and they do a program on you better make sure you lie to them, tooo!!!!

I will never do business with Ashley Furniture ever! Waiting for delivery of the other half of my order and am getting the runaround by their San Marcos CA manager Frank (who is a waste of time). I am contacting theBB in my area to file a formal complaint and will be sending a letter to the Commanding Admiral of Naval Forces and Commanding General of the Marine Corps in this area to have this Ashley banned to military personnel. I've always dealt with Jeromes but thought I would give Ashley a try. I'll be heading back to Jerry's Place and keep my business there from here on out!

I ordered a couch that my mom had purchased for my fiance and I for Christmas. They quoted us 3-4 weeks before we would recieve it, 4 weeks went by and still no couch so we called the warehouse, and they told us it had been delayed because of a snow storm. ok I can handle that. We recieved the couch 2 weeks later and everything was fine. We go back into Ashley Furn. and buy a bed frame. They quote us 2 months, so after the 2 months go by they call us to come pick up the bed frame. We pick it up and take it home to put it together. When we opened the box the footboard was broken in half, we were missing half of the bed. So I called the store and told them what had happened. The manager did not want to help me she was rude, she dident compensate me for anything. She actually charged me $45 to deliever the new one and take the broken one back, and after that I still have to wait another month and a half to get the new bed frame. NEVER BUY FROM THIS STORE! They are a huge rip off. I have been telling everyone I know not to shop from them beacause they are a joke and with all the complaints I am surprised they are still open.

I ordered a sleigh bed it broke not too long after having it I have waited over a month for replacement parts and they sent only one piece. The installer has been to my home twice and still I am in limbo. Now they are telling me I have to wait another two weeks due to an error on their part I am so shocked at the level of poor service I have received no plans to purchase anything from them anytime soon.

What The Hell If I would have seen this before I got something from Ashley Furniture. I wouldnt have walked into your store!!!! The sales men told me 1 to 2 weeks, well like everyones story I'm waiting and waiting !!!!! Does anyone from Ashley even read this? If you do, Do something!!!!! How can you stay open? I will never get anything from you again and everyone I talk to I will tell them how you dont do a thing!!!! Oh I know how you stay open lets lie to them and take there money and not give it back. That is sooo very bad and how do you sleep at night?

I hate that I work for a company who lie to their workers and pay nothing. I would advise everyone that we pull the foam and fiber all over the dirty floors there. The pay is like we are in china (no offense to anyone) but they have so many mexicians without visa's it's not even funny. I'm just praying that god have mercy on the people who allow it to happen. They don't know what's about to happen but i jus called the ice team on them and hahaha....
