Worst service ever. Don't shop there anymore. Let them to go out of business.

terribly annoying commercial

My daughter bought a dresser from here 3 years ago. It has totally fallen apart and has been taken to the dump. It was very cheaply made. Worse than that, the commercials are incredibly annoying to the point that I cringe and quickly press the "mute" button whenever I hear it . This person screaming at me about the "biggest event in area history" is absolutely stupid. The commercial alone is enough to make me not want to do business here.

Customer Service

I am so disappointed with the customer service from Ashley's. Even after several bad reviews from family and friends my son still purchased a bedroom set. Now after making a couple of payments he still has not received his furniture. The delivery guys came out yesterday, but went to the wrong apt. So we were told they would come out again, waited all day and nothing, so my son calls Ashley's again, he's told they make deliverys until 8pm, of course no one ever came back. Now we have to wait around another day to see when and if the delivery people come back out. Not satisfied with the way Ashley's furniture in Lubbock Tax treats their customers.

crappy company

Their customer service refuses to give either managers/president's name and refuses to let you talk to anyone. Their furniture is garbage and broke in tow pieces twice and their warranty is a nightmare to get them to fix it. I cut my ashley card and returned it to them. I rate there company a -1. I will never buy anything from them and will tell all my friends to do the same.

Bad, bad and bad store, attitude and everything, I'm so disappointed at myself that I walked in to this store, now I want my credit back on a selected item that never been purchased and they want to charge me on them! I will spread the world every where never ever go to Ashley, they are the worst, they want trick you to take your money, every where has 24 to 48 hours cancelation policy unless the item is on clearance, other than that should not be any question and must accept cancelation specially when the purchase has not been finalized and pick up delivery has not been taking place!!

I purchased a whole living room set bought insurance for it they replaced it only a few weeks after purchase now it is fading springs are going seems are coming apart first guy they sent out said it is cheap furniture from China cheap I payed over 3,000 for a Couch a love seat 3 tables and a recliner now Guardsmen will not Honor the Warranty I payed extra for I also purchased for my Grandson and my Daughter Furniture and I will never buy again from Ashley this is Junk and they do not Honor commitments to their Customers My recommendation is not to buy from Ashley and I have been a customer for well over 30 years but never again maybe I should also post on my Facebook page and to my twitter account so that others will not buy from them I have well over 3900 friends that read my page and at least that many on Twitter. I purchased it at Ashley in Mokena ill never again. If anyone is reading this DO NOT BUY from Ashley and esp. do not buy the Warranty it is a farce. I am also filling a complaint with the bbb.

Furniture keeps arriving broke

My daughter ordered a captain's bed and it was delivered broke. They had to order a new headboard and it arrived broke. Now they are still waiting on the 3rd headboard to arrive (hopefully not broken) and no one can tell them when it will arrive. They have decided they don't want this item and Ashley in Columbus Ga on Whittlesey Road told them the only way to get out of it was to pay a restocking fee of $350. I believe this is horrible customer service not to mention pitiful made furniture. They are young and being taken advantage of. Since you are corporate, what do you recommend they do?

I was going to apply for a job with them. I'm glad I didn't after reading all this negative drama! I'm so sorry for all of your experiences! In furniture, most cases, you do get what you pay for. Drexel Heritage is a supreme product. Fabrics, frames, cushions, customer service, stellar! I have owned and lived on Drexel for 20 years! I had the same sectional 15 years and had 3 dogs and familty! Never a problem with the frame or fabric. Their bedroom furniture is excellent as well; expensive, but well worth it.

junk

I purchased a sofa 21/2 years ago and already is in poor condition. One zipper on cushion is broken and is held together with safety pins .The sofa sags very bad and is no longer comfortable. There is a wood piece that has come loose from the back. I am not happy with this product and will not shop at Ashley no more.

I haven;t got the furniture yet and I am already having problems the window they give you to deliver is a problem for me and when you call customer service its like F you take the time we give you or pay another delivery fee Ashley you SUCK BIG TIME

you have a problem with your delivery system in Fresno if you are buying furniture and live in delivery area then you should not have to wait for delivery until the truck is full geographic area. makes no sence people deserve the delivery on the next truck going out. bad bussiness practice. no regard for customers.

The store in clearwater they are very raises they want help you you have to ask the for help and when my bedroom set got home was al scratchy up wow and they said everything is brand knew

Do Not buy this Rip Off Furniture

Do not buy this furniture!! Almost every thing on the site we have experienced in the several pieces of furniture we have bought. I believe we received scratch and dent furniture versus the new paid in full for and they are a scam and tell you outright customer service lies just to get you to think this will be resolved and it never does and you get blamed for several month old $2000-$3000 with warrantied furniture you were hard on it.

I have bought furniture from your northfield store today 5/15/2013 received a coupon in the mail, it was for memorial day weekend sale it read 505 off plus 5% no delivery charge plus no sales tax or discount equal to, I understand how you do this but, I feel it is misinforming your customer's, after I bought all my furniture, 3rooms I got the receipt and found that you, add back the delivery charge and then the sales tax so how are you given these discounts when the bill should have shown no tax and no delivery, so the total should show 3056.78, instead it is 3431.78, I spoke to the manager and he told me this is the way it is and started to explain it but , it still is not fair to the consumer, because your coupon reads differently, or the consumer is not understanding how this is being done. I have purchased furniture from your store other times, but I will never buy another thing and I work in the casino's and will also tell other's not to buy from your store's because you are misleading the consumer.

Very poor customer sevice

I will never buy Ashley furniture agian. For the fisrt place they sent us the wrong couch and love seat and did not bring our kicthen tables and chairs the only thing they got right was the end table

We always buy ashley furniture but this time will be the last time as we got the experiance for there customer service even we called the sales team that they are in charge, but made it worse ...we asked for the corporate Phone # they said we are not allowed.to give you.so please every one don't deal with them don't buy there furniture.

this is the worst company I have ever delt with, they have the worst customer service, can't get a hold of anyone, and I will never ever buy anything else from Ashley Furniture

being bullied cause we are active duty military

we are pcsing in a few days told them i didnt have an addresse yet and im am being bullied into providing one calling me several times, saying they can take my furniture if i dont that they have to have one gave them my hubbys new unit addresse and phone number and thats still not good enought and its the manager of my local store at RAC doing it

bad product

I was a tornado victim,had one of their couches for ten years,was in excellent condition. I went to Ashley to replace it and it arrived damaged,which was half-fixed on site, and was pointed out to the repairman that one of the arms is loose and noisy. He told me I wasn't supposed to lean on it! The arm of the couch! The second repairman came out about the arm and I was told it was made of particle board and cardboard and I wasn't supposed to lay on the couch! He said he'd fix it, but the part that arrived was wrong part and color. It's not two years old,and I have no pets or children. I'm still trying to work with them,but I'll picket the Hoover store if I have to. Buy your furniture from Big Lots, it's better quality.
