Purchased a leather Couch and Love Seat. Sales person was terrific. Set up for delivery. Took a day off from work. Never showed up. Called and Delivery said "We aren't delivering today because of snow and you weren't on the schedule anyway. Spoke to Manager, Corporate and about 20 other people and all they could say is "Sorry". Stay away......

I recently purchased a bed from Ashley furniture, not only did they know it was broken they delivered it that way . The store manager and supervisors were rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all. I got a lot of on hold and run around from multiple people at the same store. Very POOR customer service. I feel that I was treated poorly and my product is not what I was promised or paid for . almost 4 weeks later and still not fixed.

Please think twice before buying from Ashley Furniture unless you have three or four months to wait and like receiving a runaround when trying to get your furniture. Because Ashley's does not have local stores, they are very inefficient and slow delivery. My family will never ever by from them again and we are spreading the word to every smart person to run to another store that has local distributors who can get your furniture in a timely manner. If we could give a negative star, we would!

We experienced good service when we purchased our furniture. BUT once we had an issue with our mattress we recieved we've had heck ever since. The customer service is HORRIBLE!! We've heard every excuse in the book I think. Never will we ever buy anything from them again.

On 12-19-2013 we purchased a number of items in Schererville IN store. The Sales Associate, Steven Shurlow was very helpful and friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better person to assist us. We went in for 2 chairs and walked out with a living room set as well. I hope he will be recognized for his service! We are very happy with our whole experience and the products we purchased. Very professional and proficient company.

Worst service ever! Nobody knows what they're doing. Last time I purchase something at this store. Pharr, Tx.

Worst service I've ever had. Furniture ordered in June, 2013 and today is January 2014 and deal is still not complete! Jessica, the regional manager stated she would handle it and she didn't do a darn thing except write on a piece of paper for the managers of the store to deal with it. Ashley Furniture, you are everything that is wrong with salesmanship and a good faith business. I will choose my hometown, small business everyday of the week over your horrible service and lack of follow through on our entire sale.

I purchased a bed at the Lynchburg VA store worst mistake ever. I got the bed in Aug and the bed is broken in December they pretty much put us on hold for 2 weeks for someone to come only to take a picture and say yep its broke....will never go to this place again...

I will give Ashley a - rating b/c their customer service is awful... I called in to get my outstanding balance to pay it off and I was told to call the store where I purchase furniture so I did and I was told by Tina that she cannot provide the remaining balance!!! And that was it never ever ever again will by a Ashley. It also took them over a month to deliver furniture and gave wrong delivery dates!!!

Bought furniture from Midland store, but never rec 'd the delivery Bc 1 Pc was not available. Waited several months before cancelling. After many calls to Lubbock and Midland, I found out their system had erased my order and it only showed I had paid them money! Guess what - they still won't give me my money back -store credit only! Please don't be tricked into purchasing anything here. The reviews are real!

Worst company ever. No one knows what their doing.

I ordered furniture that was said to come with a free TV within 7 days! I'm almost a month into it, and I still haven't received it. This is the most unorganized furniture store I have ever been to. I will definitely not be returning!

Order two rooms of furniture and the order was messed up shipped a queen bed with king mattress. After dealing with a rude store manger that does not want to take responsibility for the sale and delivery. He just past the buck. Well we will see if we get a mattress to sleep on by tonight. I will not be purchasing any more furniture from Ashly's.

Ordered furniture, thought this was a great company. My order will be in by the 18th of December. WRONG, I get a call it will be January , this won't do! So then they call I want to cancel order oh it may be here the 19th and deliver by 23rd but they don't work the 23rd. What has happened to delivering on your promise. I furnished a whole house and they won't deliver. Worst company in the world ashley furniture.

I bought a table and chairs from Ashley Furniture in May of 2013. Ashley doesn't want to honor their warranty. They will blame a manufacturers defect on their customers. They tried to tell me it was my fault there are white marks on my table that don't fade. I put a paper plate holder with a paper plate on it on my table. Of course the plate had warm food on it and the result was white marks all over my table. I have had tables in the past and have never had this problem. I thought that is what kitchen tables were for. I paid a lot of money for the table and have bought several other pieces of furniture from Ashley in the past. I will never buy another piece and I would strongly recommend anyone else doing the same.

I have order several bedroom sets and have not got any respons for the past two months. Today I called finally they gave me an answer of two week. But after reading these reviews I am scared.I don't think I will order from them again.

I purchased a swivel chair in Puerto Rico about three wks back, it came damaged with a small tear on the back and it hardly rotates. I called the store the same day and reported it asking them for a new one as the price is high...still waiting to see what they are going to do, and still have the chair in my house. The service is very poor and so is the mgr. not solving clients needs, but already charged to my account!!

I will never buy from Ashley's again! Worst customer service ever! Delivery always missing parts or damage! I can't believe that Corporate does not fix this problems! All they need to do is READ the reviews!!!!!! PAY ATTENTION MAIN OFFICE!!!

Came back to order a sectional that I no longer saw showcased. I asked several times if it was still available. They promised me that it was. Days before the deliver I learned that it was no longer at the warehouse and I would have to wait. However, in the meantime they would deliver the other pieces to the sectional until it was ready. I declined and told them I would wait. After reschedule two more times and missing more days of work, the delivered arrived while in the morning while I wasa working as oppose to the afternoon when I had taken off. I had gotten a neighbor (that I dont know) to let them in. Of course they had dropped off the sectional not only with the missing piece, but with a missing cushion. Today the remaining piece is to be delivered this afternoon/evening. I get a call this morning to tell me that they are less than an hour away. YES...of course while I am at work. This is the last time I would order from them.

a bed was dropped on the first delivery attempt, than the bed came without side rails on the second attempt my ten yr old little girl was crying and i was told by the store in nanuet N.Y "oh well we will deliver on another date", they did'nt even try to make any resolution to fix the issue. and the website makes you at least give a one star rating or it wnot post.
