Bought a Power Reclining Loveseat less then 3 yrs. ago. AC/DC Power Converter went bad. NO REPLACEMENT PART AVAILABLE! Said they could not help me! A company that discontinues a part and does not have another to replace it with. MY FIRST and LAST purchase from Ashley Furniture!

Poor Customer Service

We have had (3) seperate orders from the Midland, Texas Ashley Furniture Store. We experienced problems with ALL three orders. Ashley Furniture does not accept the responsiblity of checking their furniture orders before they are shipped to the customer. Our last order, we received broken bed rails plus there were missing support pieces to the bed. The delivery man tells us to call the store to re-order, we call the store to re-order and they tell us that we need to call the distributor / warehouse to re-order the damaged and missing pieces our selves. Your customer service is a joke! Sleeping on the floor for now....

I just moved into an apartment and bought all new living room and dining furniture. It has been two months and I still do not have my furniture. The date has been pushed back about 8 times and no one will give me the time of day to at least cancel my order. I am a college student but work and pay for my things as best as I can and they wont take me seriously, do not EVER purchase anything from this company. I have paid for half of the furniture and was promised a two week delivery date, like I said two months and counting...

Never again

We recently bought a table and 4 chairs from Ashley. I have NEVER seen furniture delivered as filthy as this. Every piece had to be cleaned. The quality of the furniture is poor; I'm glad I got the extended warranty since I'm sure the chairs will fall apart rather quickly. The delivery men weren't the most friendly and seemed to stand around waiting for a tip. Too bad....maybe they should have at least apologized for the condition of the furniture. Needless to say, we will never shop at Ashley's again. I'll give a one star rating only because the salesperson was great!

I have never bought anything from Ashley Furniture and based on what I'm reading I most likely never will.

Never purchase somthing from Ashley's Furniture if so you are wasting your time and money.They don't delliver on time and are very rude.They clamed that they were gonna bring my furniture on a certain date and didn't come until a month later.

Don't go to Ashley's furniture save your time and money.

Never ever purchase furniture from here. You may be treated nice at the store and promise your furniture to arrive at the date you were told but it will not be so. They just want you to purchase. It has taken me a month to get my furniture and when you call corporate office, they are not human. Feels like you are talking to a robot. They have a few lines memorized and will repeat it over and over. Save your time. and stress go elsewhere. If not good luck. I had to give them one score but if could, I'd give them negative 100.

disappointed

I just purchased a furniture couch with a bed and it came with bed bugs, I have only had this couch for two months, they will not take it back or give me a refund, Ashley want money they don,t care about customer service or anything else please spreed the news and lets fight.

I guess I am not alone in my disappointment with the service and delivery of my furniture. Took them 2 months to get my bed to then deliver the wrong bed. Now they would like me to wait another week. Really!!!!

Poor Support

Leather sofa and love seat have discolored. Although we have a contract with Guardsman for elite service contract, they claim that discoloration is not part of the contract. The store where we bought is closed and there is no support. It is pitiful that a company like Ashley has this kind of poor support for their products

Dissatisfied with sales at Brandon fl

Bought bedroom set from ashley Brandon! Florida! Manager itself talking rude., I told hi the platform bed has a wooden slots, and it not at all giving support to the mattress, its just two weeks its absolutely new,manager Mr. WILL ( name ) is talking abt the mattress , that ur mattress is not good enuf to support the bed, I said what!!!! Really trying to call the main head quarters!!! Lets see

Awful Service/Delivery

I am so disappointed in Ashley Furniture's customer service and delivery service. I am sitting here waiting on furniture that was supposed to be delivered hours ago. From reading the reviews, it seems as though others have had the same problem. It is upsetting to know that after all these awful reviews Corporate hasn't done anything to fix it. When I called earlier, they didn't have any apology that my furniture wasn't at my home yet when I have already paid them in full for a whole bedroom set.

wont match their own online price???

Spoke to a salesperson at the store and got a "discounted price". Got online the next day and the price of the same sectional was over $100 cheaper online than the stores "discounted price". When speaking with the manager of the store all she had to say was "we dont match our own online prices?" Are you kidding me? Just lost a sale!!

Worst Furniture store ever!

Bought a sofa had to wait a month because it was out of stock the they tried to delivery the sofa outside of the assigned delivery window. now they took it to the warehouse and are trying to charge me a second delivery fee a bunch of white collared crooks!

bad experience at ashley store at palmdale, ca

please i need the help of corporate of ashley to help me! ok we had really bad experience at ashley store at 39626 10th st Palmdale, ca 93551 we bougth a living room set and cal king room set and full bed set for my girls no 06/25/2013 we deposit $1000.00 on this day and we paid off on 06/26/2013 of total of $4,764.42 they said we are gone received all furniture on 06/27/2013 my dad he is 60 years old he is the one who received the furniture, when i got at my house i asked my dad where is the rest? they just brougth the 2 mattress for my girls! and they just live the lupms on boxes and the carpet on hallway, when i called at the storei said i dont want nothing why do i need just the mattress!! just cancel the order ! they told me they can`t! i said we not happy with your service!!! and they told actually you have to wait for the rest of your girls full set bed till 07/09/2013!! i said let talk to the supervisor he just offer me $200.00 discount l said no please just came and take your furniture!! we paid off all and your store not have a good service!! we just bougth our home at Palmdale and we whent to ashley store because my friend she recomeded to go, please we have a lot stress already hopefully the ashley corporate can help us with this! thanks!!

Do not buy the stuff from Ashley furniture, they will sent you defective piece and will take ever to fix it. And their Customer Service in very very very poor.

Bought 2 items and 4 scheduled delivery dates were missed. No notification, no apologies, only a 'don't know what happened' answer when I called. Terrible service. Manager told me he would honor sales agreement for 50% off on second item bought but reneged on promise when I attempted to repurchase. I have to use store credit but will never shop there again unless dratic changes are made to their customer service. Wish I had read reviews prior to getting involved with this shoddy outfit.

Bought furniture, brought wrong delivery first time, second time missing parts of the furniture, wasted 2 days waiting on them.worst customer service, never going to buy anything from them.
