It sucks and demonstrates how indifferent ATT has become over the years. They update with so called design and features to force the user to use TV Uverse. ATT TV is expensive and cannot compare with Direct TV. The bundled services are a poor offering in price and options. Their is no customer service unless you want to speack to Indians with amrbels in their mouths. ATT keeps chugging along becasue of its realtion with the Pentagon and financial support. I truly wish ATT would disappear.

I have been working with AT&T to provide a bundle service for the retirement community I live in. I spoke with Cathy at the small business office in NV after being on the phone for almost an hour going through your system to try to find someone to help. She gave me both her phone # and Rich Gonzales. Rich, and Devon Wintrop and a lady came to our villa on 9/11/12. We told them what we wanted and that we have a board meeting on Monday, 9/24/12, and they assured me they would have prices by then. I called Rich on 9/18/12 and he told me he would e-mail me the quote for the bundle that afternoon. I have hear nothing from him and today is Friday, 9/21/12. I have left both Rich and Devon and voice message. I have spent 45 minutes on the telephone to find out that Cathy is off today, and Tracy tells me Rich and Devon are not logged in....what ever that means. Is this what you call customer service? I want to know what you are planning to do to keep my business. I hope I get some service from the top or I will personally contact all 480 homes in our Community and share this experience. I discovered recently you to change the home page and I must say it is atrocious. In the beginning and currently I have had att and yahoo because it was easy for me to understand and operate. It also had a pleasant because it filled the entire stage. Now there is almost 4 inches on each side of the stage. Now you look as bad or worse than AOL. What in the were you thinking. I've talked to friends and a few acquaintances who also have your service and I find that they are also are taken back by the flagrantly poor quality. In my discussion with these customers I find that each one is considering a new provider. I myself will start looking for a new Internet Service this week. If this is considered an update then you must have installed back to the future. Maybe you were influenced by Comcast because there interpretation of customer service is just as flagrant. Apparently you are trying to compete with the absence of artistic content of television and what they're trying to tell us is music. I guess the deterioration of quality on these two stages must be catching on. Is this a sad state of affairs when high quality programming such as devincis inquest goes off the air leaving the lower quality such as law and order and CSI to continue their pseudo interpretation of a crime drama. I'm not going into the regurgitative presentation of the unreality shows dedicated to the mindless. It was nice talking to you but it is time for me to go to sleep so I can be alert in the process of looking elsewhere and I know a few others that will be doing the same.Behave yourself and let us talk 209-712-7762. I work for a not-for-profit agency. The phone number for my office is a new number (6 mo.). Repeatedly, I have been called from a 404-736-6593 number. When ever I stop my work and answer, I get disconnected. I finally called the number back to complain. Instead I got one of your representatives that talked over me and then hung up. Is this the way you treat your customer? We DO NOT have AT&T service. How do I get you to stop interrupting the flow of business in this office?

My experience with ATT has been one huge nightmare. Can you really tell me that there is not a more efficient way to change an account after death of a spouse than spending more than six hours on the phone and still finding everything is not correct. I cringe at the thought of calling again to try to fix all the issues that are wrong. Something is very wrong with your company.

To whom it may concern, I just upgraded to iOS 6 on my iPad to realize that AT&T is completely restricting the face time application and forcing your customers to shared plan which limits the FaceTime abilities. I'm extremely disappointed in this decision And as a matter of fact I was going to get three additional new iPhone five for my family But with this decision that AT&T decided to go with I am now switching to one of your Competitor! It Is a sad day when AT&T treats one of their valuable customers in this fashion.

I wish there were a zero score. I applied for an account for my mother who lives in a nursing home. However, because she has no income a deposit was required to secure the account. I, as her surrogate placed the deposit on my credit card. A day later I cancelled the account and the installation which was scheduled four days after the account application. To my surprise and dismay, 2 days ago, I received my credit card bill with the charges from the cancelled telephone account. I called AT&T to request the deposit back and for 19 minutes they frustrated me. First they could not verify the account, so customer service sent me to the billing department, there they were unable to tell whether the service was ever established..of course it wasn't, so she referred me back to customer service, where after several more minutes of idiocy they referred me to the retention department. Of course at this point, I could not contain my fury. One I had wasted valuable time and two, my credit had a charge for an account that does not exist...oh, they call it pending. It appears that they are hoping that I will be paying them for their INCOMPETENCE. What a bunch of idiots.

Our business is opening second store. We were told we need U-verse. Two weeks later and 12 hours minimum on the phone and we still have nothing. The technician on site told us there is no U-verse to call and change to DSL well I did that and it is not available there either. Surprise Surprise. I tried getting a phone number to the corporate office but was firmly informed that there is no phone number available and I have to send a letter instead. We were suppose to open store on 09/01/12 and won't be able to until comcast does there survey to verify that they have internet services available. Once that is done, I will switch over our other business' to comcast. ATT worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

I have had nothing but problems with AT & since day one I cannot wait for March to end my contract with them my wireless is horrible rude arrogant customer service reps supervisors are not any better I did get the number to corporate office 1-800-403-3302 option 6) I did call last year and got a guy name ED he was great he was suppose to call me back never did hear back I let the know if it wasn't for us customers paying their salary they would not be working they should be lucky tonight I spoke with Lucy Moawad, Michael Martins, Bertha Putnam she was not as bad the others were horrible Lucy actually hung me up in live chat end the conversation just like that I find that most of them are from another country even on the phone they don't understand or speak English not good

this is the god awful service i have ever had and i have used 12.95 dail up. your sales people tell you anything to get you past the 2 mth period so you cannot cancel service. i worked for sw bell for 32 years and we were service 1st company. i have allmost 0 inyernet connection, must walk down my road to use my 2 cells. if i could afford to i would take leagel action

I had a horrible experience on Sunday, September 9, 2012. I called to get assistance for my u-verse internet service. My computer was freezing and some other issues. I talked to 3 different people. I was on the phone for 2hours and 15 minutes. When I finally hung up and began to try to use my computer, it was worse than when I first called. I called back again and asked to speak to a supervisor. He was so rude. I told him how long I had been on the phone and his response was, you are not the only person we are dealing with. We are busy. I asked his name and where he was calling from and he said Dennis and he was in the Phillipines. I told him I was considering cancelling U-Verse and he said, "that is your perogative", you can cancel if you want. Is this the kind of customer service you want At&T U-Verse? It was a horrible, horrible experience. No one seems to care. Everyone I talk to who has U-Verse says it is one big headache. Do you all even care. As soon as I have time to investigate another service, I will. I have already discouraged other people from signing up for U-Verse. What in the world is going on? Is anyone out there, does anyone care?

i upgraded to a new cell phone.Within 30 days i didn;t like got a different phone kept the old one.A store manager told me he would sell it fom.He did and then he transferred and he wont return my phone calls who do i contact

Back in June, 2012, I got rid of u-verse because it was getting too expensive for me. I returned all my equipment as was instructed. At the end of June, I received a statement showing -$61.18 (credit balance). I have called 3 times regarding this refund due me to know avail. It's been over 3 months and no refund!! I can see now how ATT makes money. If you hold-on to several thousand customers for this long, there's a lot of interest to be made. Meanwhile, us poor folk who can really use the money have to suffer. My recommendations to all my friends and neighbors is to stay away from ATT.

I do not know if this is the correct site to let you know of my strong interest in being able to have your channel lineup include the PAC 12 network as part of your offering. If you cannot provide this channel than I will need to change to another provider. Since I watch mainly sports this channel is very important to me. You do provide the Big 10 network which does not cover the West Coast so I don't see why you would not include the PAC 12 network. Also you include a lot of Chicago channels which do not really appeal to me since it is far from our area. Please let me know your intentions in this regard so that I can do what I need to do to obtain the PAC 12 channel. Thank you for your consideration

AT&T- the worst customer service- got U-verse - told it will work for your computer, phones, fax, etc. Never told it might not be compatible with some machines. Fax won't work. Second technician came out and figured that this is the problem. Trying to get it changed back has been horrific. Also dealing with the U-verse people in the store is awful.They do not tell you the truth about the charges. Being told that I should consider buying a new fax in order for them to keep me on the service so that they can get their commission. Person that was suppose to come out never showed, person who scheduled it gave me wrong date. Uverse store wants to charge more. In two days have spoken to Lacy, Rob, Brandon, Monica, Noreen, Althea, Quitta, Ebony , Corey and Vince.Was on the phone for 1.5 hours one day and 3.5 hours the next. Always being transferred to someone else to start over and never getting anything resolved. I had AT&T with a regular phone line and should have stayed. All was working well. They misrepresent their products.

you have told me dsl was no longer availble in our area, so you force uverse which doesnt work, and youve not fixed it in 8 weeks, never got my $100 card for switching, uverse is slower than dsl, if you need customer service they keep you on hold for hrs. and yes my bill is paid, i am paying $44 a month when they said our payments wouldnt change for one year since you forced uverse internet on us, my dsl was faster than the uverse you forced on me, and dsl was $20 so my payments where suppose to stay at $20 for a year, still paying $44 a month, when do the lies stop with this company???????

I got Iphone4s and i got mugged on the train. I have an police report. i really need an new phone because i am using an broken phone now. am i able to do an early upgrade for $200 ?
