AT&T is one of the worst cell phone companies I have ever dealt with. Their customer services are horrible, rude, condescending, and extremely frustrating. Their service is bad and not dependable and I have been a customer close to 7 years now. I suggest if you're looking for a cell phone company then steer away from AT&T.
Disgusting.
ATT is the worst company to have anything through.. I have only had terrible customer service for the 2 months I've had them. I was sent a phone and charged a 450 dollar deposit for it, when I didn't even order it. I sent it back 3 weeks ago, and It still has not come off my bill. I had asked specifically when I added 2 more lines to my account, if there were first-month fees that would be added, and I was told no, which was another lie. If I had the money, I would just get rid of my contract. Worst 2 months of my life.

Worst company out there!!!! Marty head of customer service in Michigan is a liar, horrible, horrible, customer service rep. This company is crooked at does not care for their customers. Do not waste your time! They will steal your money!!!!!
Really Really Bad Customer Services
this is ridicules that a big company can afford and give a right training to the customer service personal, is so frustrated going back in forth to get resolved issues.

at& billing
they tell you one thing on your bill and charge u another thing. Then when u call them to take care of it they say they cant because they never told u that price .
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I called into AT&T with problems with my bill, they charged for installation and for tech work, that I didn't request. I was transferred to seven different people and when asking for supervisor told they couldn't transfer me, nonetheless I am still fighting the charges and cancelling my services. I can deal with alot of things from a company but bad customer isn't one of them, try another company before you get thier servcies. You are forewarned!!
dissatisfied customer
I canceled an account on August 13 and customer service did not cancel the account. They continued to withdraw 150.00 from my account after the cancelation. Now they are NOT wanting to refund over 1100.00 dollars back to my account because they say they cant reteo back that far. Anyone reading this don not set up automatic payments as they will continue to withdraw every month and you will have to fight to get it back.
Worst Company ive ever dealt with
AT &T has the worst customer service . I have been stood up twice for new service and installation at my home and business. The representatives will not pass a call to a supervisor and u sit on the phone with their automated system going back and forth getting nothing accomplished .. It has been a nightmare and very stressful and time consuming. Horrible customer service even though they tell u everything with a cheery voice.

This is second time you say I owe you $35.92. I did not owe you but I paid you. check your documentation. Not going to do it again. will fight you on this one. Turning it over to the collection, just make me file a complaint against you.Working on another company for service. Hope to have one by February 28th, then my nightmare will be over. Hate Commercials
I hate, hate, hate the AT&T commercials with the guy at school with the little children. I mute the TV EVERY time they come on. If I did not already have AT&T for my cell service I would NOT consider switching to AT&T. Having said that, I do have AT&T and am very happy with the service. Just PLEASE change those awful commercials.
Problems
I have had two different phones that have not worked first one was the avial the second is the fusion 2 right now i am stuck with the fusion 2 that dont work at all no incoming call outgoing call internet text messages and they will not send me a different phone they keep sending me the fusion 2. i have had enough just beceause i am a payas you go customer i am treated differently and that is not fair at all. i should be able to get same or lesser value phone one that atleast works. i am about to leave att for good i have had enough......
I can't say anything good about the service you get from AT&T. Odd they can contact you plenty over a bill they feel you owe them but when you try to resolve the matter all you get is a bunch of employees that has fun and game's with you transfering you from department to another and then put you on hold and play music to you till you finally hang up.
POOR SERVICE
AT &T wants the money but give very poor service. I wish the CEO had to go through what I go through and maybe there wome changes. I have been on the phone for 1 & 1/2 hours and no service. They could quit spending money of advertising and improve customer service.

they sent my account to collection agency even after i returned the gateway. sending them all paper and proves of me returning the equipment did not solve the problem as well. had my attorney to take action regarding this mess caused by at&t

POOR POOR CS!!
I called ATT to switch from comcast to them for internet. They sent me a router that did not work. I called and they were going to send a return label. Instead they sent a technician (who showed up with a little girl by the way). he was also nmot able to get it working and refused to take it back with him. Now I am getting ROBO calls from att telling me I owe them money. When I call to try to speak with someone about it, I just keep getting passed around to RUDE CS reps and the numbers I'm getting are just looping around and around. I just want the return label they promised me and for them to stop calling me. Is that too much to ask???
Military Discount
As a military disable veteran I am unable to get a military discount. I have served my country and AT&T has promise me this discount and still I have not received this discount since Oct last year. I have submit the paperwork and talk with the store manager. Can I get some help from the people and the country that I have defended.
ATT poor poor poor
Unable to get a price from AT&T for Iphone services .. They say I have to come in .. Wowee .. I have received pricing from their competitors over the phone ..
The worst TV/Internet service EVER! the customer service centers are a joke and like to transfer from person to person. Even the cancellation department took me 45 minutes to cancel. I am seriously wanting to start a class action lawsuit let me know whos in with me. I'm even adding my brother and his family on my Verizon Cell service plan because it saves him a few buck and just knowing AT&T loses 200.00 a month there has me jumping with joy!
