Misrepresentation of service
I was sold a service that ATT new they could not support. They did not provide a name or number of supervision when asked. Someone needs to get fired. ATT mgmt is poor.

TV Commercials
I cannot believe that a big company like AT&T would have a bunch of kids talking away about nothing about your company. First you had a boy saying " You would like to be with my mother who is fast" now that's off the air and now you got four kids talking about every stupid thing in the world that isn't funny and so stupid. Wake up AT&T and put on something that Adults would like to hear about. I can't believe your big company to have these kinds of commercials.

BAD BAD BAD customer service
I have been with AT&T wireless for 22 years and I have had enough of this bad service. Your first level tech know nothing, some second level tech know nothing. Then there are some managers that have bad attitudes. Now overall I like at&t, that why I have stayed with this service this long, but NOW I have gotten sick from taking this waste. I will soon be looking for a new carrier.
Service at entry level
I called to have service stopped when I first thought I was leaving, A flood came and I could not leave as planned. called phone service and internet service. The internet service understood and corrected the cut off date however somewhere in your process the circuit was broken and I found no phone service this morning. I called on my cell phone and got many apologies and told phone would be on by 8 pm it is now 8:41PM and I still have no phone service. How come comcast can follow thru and a big company like yours cannot? In this day of computers it is difficult to believe you cannot have a plan to start phone service alittle faster when you did not follow the request in the first place.
AT&T Defendants
AT&T were named as defendants in a law suit. We had our hearing and the Judge ruled in favor of me, the plaintiff. AT&T sent sales personnel to represent them in a court of law. Then after the Juge ruled for me the plaintiff, the AT&T representative retaliated against me. She continues to breaking the law.
Reward
I gotten the internet, tv ,and phone, I have IPad and cel phone with At &T. I was called to switch to your service. That I was going to get 500 gift card. I'm getting only 150.00. I called and talk to people suppose the show. I got a screwed in this deal. Im looking switch back to my local cable or the dish. Because I got screwed with the sale pitch. Im going change back with whom I had before. This is the mistake I ever made. Plus referred neighbors they screwed.she fight to.im really upset. I have contacted dish they offered me more for less.so if I don't this straighten with you guys I'm going to switch dish.
very upset with at&t
I pay monthly insurance and was never told I would have to pay a deductable. I called them and they did not help me out at all and told me I would have to pay the deductable no questions asked. This was after they hung up on me twice. They are so rude and I am very upset. They said even if I send the replacement back I will still be charged. I am done with there phone service and terrible customer care

AT&T is awful service . Our cell phone got stolen and we pay insurance on the phone . Hey tried to tell us we didn't have it & then they said we do?? A month later we are still waiting on a phone after it was already suppose to be here but they don't remember talking to us!!! It's bs how AT&T treat people!!!!!!'

My emails to bellsouth email addresses were sent back because they changed their screening policy without letting other email servers know what they were doing...it took me 4 calls and 0ver 3 hours to finally get it so I could send messages to bellsouth email addresses. Once again the bigger the company, the less care about customer service.
begging for installation
This is the third day this week that I have dedicated a day to waiting for AT&T to install my phone and internet service. I have received confirmation text messages confirming all appointments as well as follow up texts telling me estimated arrival times. Monday at nearly 6 pm I received a text saying "sorry, we won't be able to do your install today." Today I have already received a text telling me that they are running late for my noon appointment (supposed to have been 8 - 12) and that a tech will arrive before 7 pm. This is the worst service I've ever had from any company. In addition, there's really no one to complain to. I've talked for hours to customer service and been sent to out-of-state centers only to be told they can't handle my order because I was transferred to the wrong center. This is terrible.
False Charges
I am currently in a battle to get rid of charges for TV and Internet services that were NEVER installed. I have been battling this since October, 2012. I ordered services for our winter home in Zapata, TX where I was at that time. The tech shows up at my regular home in Missouri. He calls with a flippant attitude wanting to know where I am. I called the service center and cancelled the order. Now after several recorded conversations, a case number being assigned, etc. I receive a letter from a collection agency. In the last conversation I had I found out the the tech signed the ticket off as completed. That's a lie - - I was in Texas. The house in Missouri was shut up for the winter. If it was completed how did he get in and where is the second service. That's right - "second" service. You see I already have AT&T internet service at the Missouri location and have had for a number of years. Why would I order another one for that location.
UVERSE
For three and one half weeks our UVERSE (phone, internet, and tv) have gone off and on; for about 4 consecutive days we had 4 different techs come and work on it. Finally, one said it was a problem underground. And, he'd put in a order and should be fixed in a week....a week later, problems again, this time an engineer comes out...he verifies what the tech had said...it's an under the ground problem ---put in the order again..and should be done in a week...now, 1 1/2 weeks later, supposedly, today was the day the order was written for....guess what, we don't think they did anything...our service would be turned off....guess what, it was not off at all today....i called, a technician, told me they're working on it (she got this info from AT&T Construction which is supposed to do the underground thing)rgiht now at 3:54 p.m...guess what...I know there was no truck at the area they needed to do it bec. i had just driven home from work and drove past that area. REALLY unbelieveable ---plan to go up the chain all the way to the President if I have to...we want out without any penalties (we've only had this for 4 months) thanks for "listening":)
poor performance
In Feb '13 I was told that my modem was the problem to internet blackout periods. It was suggested the modem be replaced. I ordered a replacement ($100) and received it in a couple of weeks. The new modem seemed to operate ok for about a month, then needed rebooting 4-5 times a day (like the original modem). Contacted a tech rep at AT&T and was told the problem was due to heavy traffic in my community and the solution was to go with uverse. At this time, I'm very dissatisfied with the performance of the AT&T equipment and feel as though the uverse option is a salesmans dream but not a true solution.
I called the Corporate Office number hoping to be directed to a number or current mailing address for the AT&T Pension Plan Administrator. The person who answered the Corporate number informed me that he could only help me if I had the Administrator's name. Really? AT&T is a telecommunications company and they only list by the particular individual's name. I would have thought that there would have been something listed under the title.
Service at AT&T
I broke my blue tooth, and had just purchased it in Sept.2012 AT&T was trying to get me to purchase a new one , because they said it was defected ,isn't that the purpose of the insurance. It took three vists before a sale representative took the time to help me. I have been a customer with Cingular before AT&T took over, for 18 years.They don't know how to treat a valuable customer.I will probable change providers, they have no incentives for valuable customers, as much competition they are up against.
I am looking for a new cell phone provider and cable provider. For the third month in a row my billing is wrong. I start speaking to one rep then they put you hold, call gets dropped, someone else comes on line, you go thru the same mess and then when I demand a Manager they will NOT transfer the call. I am a 12 year cell phone subscriber and 95% percent of my friends and family have AT&T. I will be spreading the word to take business elsewhere. This is just awful. I am going to call corporate in Dallas, TX and see what happens. The lowest rating to give is one star. I want a minus rating system.
I moved my service 2 months later they are still taking out money forold aaddress.
