unbelievable incompetence

I would give negative stars if I was able.. this is the third month in a row AT&T has made a mistake and cut off my service - they keep creating 'dummy' accounts and my payments are getting credited to accounts that are not even servicing my home... ok 1 time a mistake I can get but seriously 3 months in a row!!!

The absolute worst customer service staff. Have to hold on for long periods of time and then they hang up on you. How do they stay in business?

what a company. terrible

Had all services through att for yrs and yrs. Finally had it with them. Totally care so little about their customers. Changed my cell phone 4 days ago,changing land line tomorrow and working on internet as i write this note. just spent 20 minutes waiting for customer service who I spoke to and then waited for the retention dept for 32 minutes and finally hung up.

Nickel and dime

I had AT&T for 2 years we had everything with them. There was something wrong with my phone line and they sent someone out and then I got the bill. The change me 80.00 for them to come out and fix there line. Then at the end of my contract they said I went over my mins.but when I check it I had over a 1000. Mins left. I will never pay that I will fight it until the end. Stop nickel and dime people.

On three occasions recently she has answered my questions and helped with problems. She is courteous, friendly and knowledgable. I hope you can pass this comment on to the appropriate person. att don't care about there customers at because they don't want people to have there service. people need together and sue then because the service of then. I have cell phone and over pay then and they are say that I own then money now and cancel. went they own me money

I've been with ATT for 15 years on cell phone, never before have I had the most reading the script forum from ATT, including their manager. I've been on hold twice now for over 30 minutes as you suspended my account for a 6 day past due balance and you blame it on corporate policy and the computer, and then refuse to give me corporate's number, as your supervisor couldn't even be honest.

Customer Service

Your Customer service sucks. I am here waiting to speak with a member of the Management team. I have been on hold for Management for about 30 minutes now. I am seriously thinking about going with another company when my contract expires in 2014. For a Global Communications Company, you guys have problems communicating with your customers.

Our alarm system is off because att tried to double bill us after we switched to uverse. I suggest everybody get into a class action law suit.

I've had Att for more than thirty years. A couple months ago, they encouraged me to get U-verse. I've had problem with it since day one. Now they disconnected my service, which is on automatic payments and they say I own them for the equipment that I purchased. Of course no one had mentioned that I was to purchase the equipment. Now I will have to change the phone number that I had for so many years.

Service below expectations

Upon speaking with customer services, a guy literally challenged what I stated regarding why I asked for payment arrangements. He was very unprofessional and out of order. I asked to speak with 3 different "managers" and, they all have me the run around.. After my contract is up, I am done with ATT& T. PERIOD.

Commercials

If I hear that commercial with the 2 idiots watching tv outside and the visor, I'm going to puke. It's annoying and it keeps repeating over and over. Even worse than the "when I was your age" ads.

worst company EVER

I have been with AT&T SINCE IT WAS SOUTHWESTERN BELL and I cant wait to end my contract. I firmly believe since they merged out to so many services [u-verse,internet and wireless] they don't handle any of the services properly

poor customer service

talking to a supversior on the phone and very unprofessional she was eatting on the phone and drinking while talking on the phone her name was Tiifany Okray .. she was not caring at all

the worst cust svc reps

I have called for 6 mos. Consecutively any the same billing error and not one person knows what to do to fix it. Every time I call I have to start at the beginning as if my acct has never been noted. I have also called to get int'l calling rates and again...not one person can answer my questions...so sad. I am cancelling all my services wit att so I do not have to deal with this company for any reason.

How about a working number

Att sucks!!!! ..... They're thefts

I'm a new customer with att. I only been with att only a month and they took almost 300.00 out of my banking account and they said they never did but I have proof they keep saying I will get my money back and yet I haven't receive anything !!!! It's been almost a month and half til I get my money back !!!

Accounting

AT&T is the worst company I have ever dealed with. My advise is that they should go out of business. They are a misfortune and a total shame, not even worth typing these words. Absolutely a disgrace.
