I went to Wendys in Moncks Corner,S.C today 3/19/11 and got a BLT cobb salad. At the end of the salad, which contained eggs-hard boiled.Obviosly someone had not completely shelled the eggs, since there was a shell on the egg which completely turned me off. I wish compensation, like another salad sans shell!

Wendys of scottsburg Indiana is a horrible resteraunt. I was going to Mcdonalds this morning and at the intrance was a wendys employee he was telling people to come to wendys and there meal would be free. His manages name was Able im not certain of this gentlemans last name. He told him employee it was insubordination to not stand there and tell people to come to wendys being that these are next door competitiors I believe that is beyond bull. I have been trying to contact customer service and I cant get ahold of anyone I will not stop until I have solved this issue this manager will be contacted by corrporate if it is the very last thing I do. I dont feel like this is right and if wendys corrporate suports this mangers actions I will make it a public issue in my area and everyone will know. I honestly think it will result in a massive amount of people not going to wendys and possible shut down of the store

My friend works at wendys by dersert sky mall in phoenix. The manager there has hooked up & slept with about 3 of the teenage (barely legal) girls. This guys is like 32. Very unproffesssional

I came to this website because I wanted to write Corporate to tell them I just saw one of their commercials and an actor actually HITS someone in the face. I am stunned. It was 3:15 p.m. on a Sunday which means children of all ages are watching TV and now, they will associate eating some Wendy's sandwich and it will be ok to smack someone in the face. ALSO, as I've read the many complaints, let me say that it is NOT completely Wendy's fault about the employees. First, look at the school system and how kids are there to play instead of learn while parents are working and are not aware and many don't care that they have illiterate brats who make teaching them virtually impossible. As for managers and other employees, I believe but am not certain, that many of their "stores" are franchised. None of this would happen, I would bet, if Dave, the originator of Wendy's was still alive. OR, if it did happen and Dave had been told about it, that would stop immediately. None of this would happen now if those of you who are angry at Wendy's would instead take a serious look at the way people are taught to care today...including how to spell. Some of YOUR spelling is unreal so actually, your anger needs to make you look at yourself and decide if you want to be better and if so, start helping people instead of gossiping. In fact, go to work for some retailer and find out just how awful the public is to people who are employees and that will change your outlook quickly. What I'm saying does NOT mean you who wrote are awful people...actually, the fact that you wrote means a lot. However, someday just spend some time at a fast food restaurant, a grocery store, even a department store and watch the customers and how they treat the employee...and watch how some stores care so much about their customers that employees are taught every single day how to smile and be helpful. Maybe one of you out there will be so shaken by what you see, you'll make a documentary which just might if shown on TV or in a movie, make enough sense that people will get together and work to make a difference. Heh, WE ARE AMERICANS and we absolutely must stand tall...what you've all written shows we are slipping...and that hurts.

What's with the commercial of a man hitting another man in the face over a hamburger. This is a very poor example for children, expecially since we are trying to reduce violence. Cancel the commercial and create one that is a good example for kids. Wendy's should role model good behavior.

the wendys on 103n. expressway i have asked them to fix things and all they could do is threaten us with the law. the times we went there is 03/04/11 and 03/05/11 they fixed but today they wanted to threaten that we are trying to get free food and we were not thanks, penny

I go thru Seguin Texas to go home, there are plenty of burger places, Whataburger,McDonalds,Jack In The Box all on the same block along with some mom and pops burgers. I keep thinking that things will change but I think I need to make the change. Today we all went (there was only 1 car in the lot)in to Wendys and only 1 couple was ahead of us, we waited and began to talk to the couple that we are here and that we are not invisible. A manager came out in a blue shirt and took the cash register and said nothing, the employees looked at us and did nothing. After several and I mean several minutes a female said yes, to the couple in front of us( not a greeting, smile or can I help you)we then had to wait several more minutes while she completed the 2 people order, finally us, we ordered and then found out there was no ketchup in the dispenser,I asked the cashier and she said they were out, no ketchup at all. I thought maybe the manager could go to Walmart which is behind Wendys within walking distance( sharing the same property ) and get some. Nevermind, we just ate without, the last straw was the restroom, out of order and smelly. The school will never go there again, Here we come Whataburger!! The corporate office needs to go undercover and make changes or the next bankrupty restaurant will be WENDYS Good Luck

i recently visited a local wendys late night, ordered a asian chicken combo. when i was in drive through the lady taking my order asked what i would like for my drink and what size. i proceeded to tell her that i would like a dr pepper, and a small combo. drove up to window and handed her my debit card to pay. she handed me my drink and my card back. by the time i got my card back in my wallet my food was bagged and handed to me. i asked her for a receipt and she told me it was in the bag (in a snootie voice). when i returned home 2.5 miles (6 minutes later) i started to eat my food. the fries tasted like the grease had not been changed in a month and were cold, the chicken was ok except the only thing warm about it was the asian sauce. the only thing good about this experience was i actually had ice in my drink!

NEVER eat at the Wendys at Gumtree Rd in Winston-Salem N.C.. You will not get what you order of the food will be terrible. This has been the case since this location opened.

The Wendy's in Miami Florida on south Dixie has the worst managers and service I have every seen. I pull up to the drive thru and from the beginning to the end you feel like your bothering and pissing people off. I blam the manager cuz they are the ones that sent the tone in the work place. There is a male and female manager on duty and I feel like they are running that place in to the ground there is a lot of business in that location so people go there cuz the love Wendy's but I'm shocked that these two individuals are still employees for the simple fact of how they provide the Wendy's experience. They give you attitude like what you want and when they mess up your order they make sure you wait for your food till you either het pissed off and say forget it or if you hungry enough you put up with there Rude, unprofessional behavior. I promised my self and told others to avoid at all cost to visiting the Wendy's on south Dixie and sunset drive. Im telling you these two individuals are going to ruine the reputation of the name Wendy's and I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels that way. Fast food should be what it sound like fast friendly and coviniant. NOT slow, rude and unpleasant . I felt like I was in the twilight zone.

I went to Wendys today for lunch as I have done quite a bit lately. I drove back to work and opened my drink to find a hair in it.Since it was sealed when I got it I know this was a employee's hair. To top it off I had got the number 9 combo with the grilled chicken. No sooner did I get back to my work I started having trouble getting air. My lungs seems to close shut. I had to go home and lay down and relax for 6 hrs before I could get any air. Very scary!!!!! Dont know what set it off but I think I am done with wendys. This was the one in OKC on the I240 service road.

Wendy's has really gone down hill I went into the one in West Jordan UT and 2 people in front of me took 30 min just to get waited on and then another 10 min for my food I do not call that fast food. Why I waited I will never know. The location is 5600 West 6200 South in West Jordan UT. I used to work for Wendy's when it was franchised so much better then they had order takers and they treated their employees with dignity and respect where Wendy's international you are treated like a number. I am done with Wendy's!!!

The store in saginaw Texas is so poorly managed mostly because the manager Brandon is too busy having an affair with one of the employees and his only care in the world is when he will get his next lay and which motel. The store is dirty, the employees not supervised and the corporate office needs to get on the ball and do something or close that location!

Feb.5,2011 I left my purse at wendys in Weber city,Va. when i returned later to get it the staff was very nice and returned it with all its contents I was very pleased with the honesty of your evening staff Judy Pollard Wise,Va

I work at Wendy's and have been for 3 years now and I feel resturaunt owners take advantage of those dont have college degrees and cant find work elsewhere. Minimum wage is too low to raise a family and they offer benefits that the employees cant afford. I am 19 years old and am working on my degree so I do not have to deal with that nonsense, but I feel bad for those who do.

I ordered several meals from the Wendy's in Great Falls, MT and my sandwich wasnt even cooked all the way. This isnt a surprise to me however because its about the fifth time I had poor quality food from this store. I wouldnt even give my dog some of there food.

I've worked at Wendy's in 2008. I was hired to work as a cook at the new 24 hour Wendy's in Kilgore, TX. The location being combined with a Shell gas station and a Texas Bank. It was an ideal place with a country-themed dining room. However, a lot of the employees I worked with did one of three things wrong: 1.) Did not abide by company rules for breaks, cellphones, hairnets, etc. 2.) Brought their problems to work with them, along with their obnoxious obscenities and attitudes. 3.) Talked with their "friends" that they've made amongst the numbers that were employees in Wendy's and would chat away as they were meant to do their job instead. Part of the job could have been improved with several of the managers being trained better, and they would train their employees better. When downtime hit the store, employees would grab a chicken patty and make themselves a snack, as for myself, I'd take that time to clean something or go to the restroom. Restaurants, no...they don't deserve that title. Fast food places...should be called slow food now. They don't train correctly, they don't care about customers, they don't care about employees, and they certainly don't care about making the Wendy's franchise maintain the reputation it once held as a great fast food industry. We're so sorry that it didn't last forever, Dave.

It's obvious to me that Wendy's Corporate just does not give a damn about the customers any longer. It's all about the money. The staff at Wendy's are the worst I have ever seen. They have destroyed what Dave Thomas worked so hard to create!

I don't know whether to laugh or cry. While reading the previous entries complaining about Wendys, all I see are illiterate rantings. I understand how it feels to be disrespected by someone in the service industry, but cannot believe that the only people who attempt to communicate their dissatisfaction are those who cannot coherently do so. In this ecconomy, is it really so difficult to hire employees who have the capicity to think and communicate, or even have basic manners? Therein lies the main problem for the entire fast food industry! I guess the thing to do is cry...it's just too sorry a situation to laugh!

Wendys on Westnedge Ave. in Kalamazoo, Michigan The last few times that I went there my order was messed up in some way or another. This is very irratating as I have always liked Wendys Burgers. Today my burger had about 3" of lettuce on it and the pickles and onions were all in one spot. (Off the burger and in the wraper) My bill was $7.93 I gave the gentleman $10.00 He kept looking at the cash register and then he gave me some change (silver) I didn't count it, I gave it back to him and said I gave you a Ten this is not right. He looked at the cash register again and then he opened the window and asked how much do I owe you ? I said $2.10 he again looked at his register and proceded to give me $2.02 I said thank you and went on. As I was telling my office workers about this they told me that they never go to that Wendys because something always is wrong with their order. Im not going to eat at any Wendys for 1 year. In 2012 I will try again, if there is anything wrong with my order then that will be my last time forever.
