I have never dealt with a business like this!! HORRIBLE!!! My 13 year old daughter booked a hotel on priceline without my permission. The hotel is over 8 hours away. It was a accident I left my wallet home when I ran out for work. The total was over $200 for 2 nights in the haunted hotel. I have dealt with my child but priceline will not issue a refund for this error and were actually very rude about the whole thing. With a deployed husband this is just another thing put on my shoulders...Shame on you Priceline!!!

I will NEVER use Priceline ever again!! They need to regroup and hire new management, change their customer service policies and take a close look at the online ratings, page after page of bad ratings. I booked a hotel in Charleston, SC through Priceline and paid $15 more then the online open rate. In addition, I got this same hotel 5 months ago from a Priceline bid and it had stained linen, sagging uncomfortable beds and pillows, no internet, bugs in the bathroom and a non smoking room that clearly had been smoked in.... When I called Priceline customer service (an oxymoron), they told me the issues had been addressed. When I called the hotel, the desk clerk was straightforward and said there had been “no changes”. Thank god for American Express!!

While traveling in France, We have booked our Hotels through Booking.com - subsidary of the Priceline. The worst experience we ever had. Booked hotels were not even remotely close to the description Booking.com placed online. When we tried to cancell, Booking.com stated that they had nothing to do with it, that description of the Hotels has been provided by the Hotels management advising us to deal directly with the Hotels, and Hotels stated that they had nothing to do with our dissatisfaction, that it was Booking.com which set up the whole transaction including scoring system, and we had to deal directly with Booking.com. It is a big scam! After months of communications getting meaningless emails from Booking.com we are in process of filing Legal Complaint against Booking.com and Priceline.

The service from Priceline was the absolute worst experience that I have ever had. They did not get the best lowest price for my rooms, they would not cancel my reservations, and the customer service was the worst I have ever been around. I would never ever refer Priceline.com to anyone and will tell everyone that I know to never use it.

Customer Service terrible and their website does not make clear tickets are non-refundable.

I booked a hotel for my daughter who was suposed to come in the end of November now I find our she is not comming in Priceline is the same as booking the hotel directly they will not refund my money at all this is nuts no way to do bussiness I am done no one speak s English very rude so I eat the Cost to the tune of over 400 dollars or stay there myself ! Pissed

Total experience with Priceline was a joke. 1st: as I was booking my flight and rental car deal, the price went up and down 3 times as I was booking it. 2nd: my husband and my seats were not booked together on all four flights. 3rd: regarding the rental car, we booked an economy car, 4-5 passengers 2 luggage. When we arrived at the Hertz rental desk we had 2 pieces of luggage and a large picture box. The representative asked us if we knew we were booked for a Smart Car? I said no we booked an economy 4-5 passenger, 2 luggage. They did not have anymore of these cars and wanted to put us in a mini van. Finally, they found a RAV 4, but we had to pay $56.63 more. Hertz should have given us a free upgrade. They say that a Smart car is an Economy car. It is a downgrade if at best. It is not what I rented. Hertz has refused to reimburse us and Priceline has not responded as of yet. Filed a dispute with the credit card company. I will never use Priceline again.

After years of using Priceline for hotel, car rental and airline tickets ... I have decided that this is the end. They have totally went downhill with their customer service. Obviously they are no longer providing any reasonable type of customer service. It stinks, stinks, stinks.

If there was 0 stars, that is what I would rate my experience with Priceline. I booked a room in Santa Rosa, CA on Sept. 17, 2012 because of the rating that Priceline gave it. I now know that Priceline has no idea what the rooms they are rating look like. They put an awesome picture on-line, but in reality the rooms look nothing like the picture. The Palms Inn in Santa Rosa, CA is the worst hotel experience I've ever had. My 4 yr. old granddaughter found a syringe in the parking lot either full of blood or heroin, (we don't know which) when we notified the office they acted like this was a normal thing. No smoke alarm, clock, phone, or bathtub plug. Worst customer service ever. I will never book anything with Priceline again.

Just for your information i'm asking priceline for my money back on a car I will be renting on Oct11, returning on the Oct 12, 20012. But there have change my sons football game has been changed and we can't missed because it is his homecoming game. They moved from the Oct 12 to the Oct 11. We ask for our money back. they will not refund our money. It is still early, but they say it is there policy. I ask for there supervisor or someone in management, and they do not have only one, because there are in Mexico All we wand is our money back. you can't even transfer this car to one of your family that is going

The worst 25th anniversary I've had, Thanx to priceline canceling my return flight for me. I will NEVER EVER purchase anything from Priceline. My wife, and I missed our flight on the way to Vegas, and of corse, price line tells me that there's nothing they can do, so I bought a one way ticket down to Vegas, that cost me $450. I asked the gal on the phone, everything is still in place, of I get a one way ticket to Vegas, the gal tells me that everything is as it was before, including the return flight. I call delta airlines to check in in the Am, with a pm flight, and delta tells me that priceline cancelled my return flight. I have to spend ANOTHER $450, to return to Portland. The priceline staff will tell you, I'm sooo sorry, but I can't help you. Priceline is pathetic. I work for a huge corporation call good Sam/camping world, and our corporation will NEVER do buisiness with these idiots, and we will spread the word.

Priceline STINKS!!! I will NEVER use Priceline for ANY of my reservations. I could have saved a LOT of money and stress if I had just reserved through the hotel website instead of Priceline. We didn't even get a discounted rate using Priceline....I was just trying to have my trip planned out. Stupid me!!! Never again....and they have absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. All they can do is read from a script and are of absolutely NO help at all.

They are a rip off. I agree with all the above. I will talk to a lawyer. They are ridiculous ripping people off left and right.

PRICELINE absolutely sucks....they are a total scam with a bait and switch program, their customer service is horrible and of course their call centers are over seas and in Mexico...so all you get is policies read back to you with no resolve, their goal is to offer you no assistance whatsoever.....and hope you go away....This was the first time and only time they will ever get my money...I will tell everyone I know to avoid them word of mouth is the best bad advertisement....

After seeing all these reviews I can honestly say that this company is ridiculous and nobody should do business with them. When you book a trip its so misleading because it says you can get a refund at the beginning then it says you can't. I called and got the runaround and all I asked is if I could come home a day earlier and they told me I would have to pay 600 extra. An emergency situation came up and I can't afford to go so the least they could do was giv e me a voucher to go at another time. Their customer service is horrible.

Priceline is a big scam. I booked a room for 3 nights. My brother who had a medical problem and can not go. So I called priceline, I did not want a refund I wanted to push the date August 23 to sept 6,7,8. I do not get my money and I wasn't asking for that I just wanted to move my dates up. I I still want to go one this trip, they keep my money and charge me another 3oo.oo. I told the dope on the other line that I worked hard to make my trip and did not have the money to pay them their fee and book another hotel money to pay six hundred dollars to pay. I am extremely pissed and I want a refund or I will never get off this computer until everyone knows what a theif they are.

Priceline is horrible!!!!! I was trying to get a very inexpensive ticket to greenville, sc to help my 9 month pregnant daughter get the baby nursery ready. I tried bidding for a flight and it was denied. They offered a flight to Charlotte NC,(an hour and a half away from Greenville) for $253.00. including taxes and fees. I decided not to take it and keep checking as the weekend approached because I needed to get to Greenville SC not Charlotte!. Well I checked again, same deal. So, I decided to try a different return day and checked three airports in my search!(big mistake). I was just trying to compare pricing for different airports not book yet! I named my price and the they took it! They did not let me see all three airport prices to compare they just took my money and told me I was going to Charlotte NC. They also added taxes and fees of 46.00 to the $250.00 bid I made. Making the ticket price $295.00. I called them immediately and told them that their own price beats the one that they just charged me!!!!! Because they say if you find a cheaper price they will match it! I have an email that was sent to me saying it would be $253.00 including taxes and fees. Priceline said to get the price match it has to be the exact same itinerary they sold me at a lower price and that flight is not the $253.00 flight! What!!!! Hotwire also offers a deal for $249.00 but you have to book before you can find out flight information. So priceline will not match that deal either!( because they say it is a different flight) The big kicker is now I am getting into Charlotte NC at 11:30 pm which my 9 month pregnant daughter and her 22 month old has to drive an hour and a half to pick me up and then an hour and a half drive back home!!!!! WAY TO GO PRICELINE!!!!!!! Your customer service is horrible!!!!!! I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I was desperate enough to purchased 2 tickets from priceline.com. I would never use them again. I purchased tickets to save money within our budget. My mother has alzheimers and had a stroke last year. I promised to visit her every year instead of 3 to 5 years due to unavailable funds. My husband had not seen my mother in 11 years. My husband and I had been together for 29 years. I could not get the date of departure within my budget, so I picked the day before not knowing my husband could not have the day off. To make a long story short, I needed a flight later that evening, so my husband can join me, however I spoke to priceline executive offices and they refused. Which means, I am about to lose $301.00, since my husband could not travel. I am on a tight budget and only receive checks once a month (my husband also the same). If priceline and anyone who would hear my story on how I acquired the funds, they would say change their flight. May God help me not lose this money because we cannot afford losing $301.00. I would understand $50.00,but not that amount. Thank You.
