WORST WORST WORST

They put you on hold for long periods of time to try and get you to give up and hang up the phone. THey read from a script in which they are required to tell you that they are the supervisor (they can't all be supervisor's!). On the rare occasion that you ask to speak to someone in a different department, they tell you "Just as a warning they are only going to tell you the same thing I did." They do not give refunds under any circumstances, ANY circumstances. HATE THEM.

RIP OFF

After making reservations to co inside with a court date. The courts can change dates on a whim. Priceline would not let me reschedule the date. After many hours on the phone, I have decided that Priceline does not save you anything. It just cost me $100.00 for nothing. Would not recommend Priceline at all, they are just a RIP OFF.

Priceline and their scripted message!

Someone made a purchase on my daughter's credit card from Priceline. Once she found out the card was immediately cancelled. Priceline, through there scripted message told her several times that the charge will stand. My daughter is very ill and in the fight for her life and they really don't care. I will be that voice for her, until she takes her last breath! I'm pleading for help, if anyone has any suggestions please post them.

If you are trying to talk with Priceline Customer Service, dont press a 2!! You need to try to find a person in their directory.

they are thieves

My fiance purchased a package deal from them. wouldn't give us the airline or times till we booked it. when she did it had us flying out of st. louis.mi. we live in iowa 7 hrs from there. talked to a rep she said book another deal and you will get a refund. she did and now they won't refund her money from the mistake their system made. what a rip off. never use this site again. even that rating is too good for them.

Misleading False Advertising

I went to the "name your price" area to purchase an airline ticket. The advertising indicated the percentages of travel times I would NOT be given. However, when my bid was accepted, I was given the times that were shown in the advertisement as 0% likely. Now I have to leave my home at 2am to make my flight. Thanks a lot Priceline! You TOTALLY misrepresented your service. I would encourage anyone to go elsewhere, don't use Priceline!

False claims

Let it be known that Priceline would not uphold the price guarantee. They charged me $10.00 more than if I had made a reservation directly to the hotel. Priceline doesn’t recognize a Military discount, but the hotels do. So, do yourselves a favor and book direct.

I reserved a room and it was nothing like I was promised.. I requested a non smoking room an my room had cigarette burns and smelled like a cigar... Customer relations was not helpful at all and the representative actually hung up in my face... I will NEVER use priceline again for any travel services and I would recommend nobody else used them.. I would sleep in my car before I ever did business with them again... All the rep did was quote company policy and wouldn't even give me the number for the corporate office... Heed my warning, use another service... Priceline will probably take my post down but I hope someone reads this before they remove it

Horrible service

Flight Attendant

Priceline didn't cancel hotel reservation, so the hotel charged us anyway. Now Priceline is saying it is the hotel's problem and Priceline is playing Ping-Pong ball with my phone calls for the past five months. It is like a fortress! Can't get a person on the phone and when you finally do it is a careful script of I'll get back to you later routine. This is not a business it is a way to take your money, Priceline hopes to frustrated and stale until you give up.

misleading

I booked a hotel in Millennium Park, the Loop or Grant Park in Chicago. They gave me a hotel directly on the River. This is was very unacceptable and the label was misleading. A terrible site.

executive director

This was my second contact with priceline for travel services and will be my last. The company is very misleading regarding its services. Do not work to assist the travel other for the advantage of priceline. I feel they should be removed from providing so call low prices or discount travel service. Very, very poor service!!!!!!! Very poor should not be rated.

Stuck me for my papers

I was online looking for pricing information. and I was biding on a room. I didn't realize that i was buying!!! I contacted my bank immediately and we got price line on line only to find out that it was non refundable and I was out of luck? I spoke with someone from customer relations only to find out that i was stuck with a room. I got the executive number and I'm writing a letter of complaint. I also put in a complaint the better business bureau.

Know what you are buying!

I just booked a flight and hotel to daytona via Priceline. It as the best deal of ALL the vacation sites. I have to say reading all of the bad reviews are you people ignorant? Complaints of amenities, room sizes, beds, cancel lung trips and no refunds... 1st who doesn't research the hotel before selecting it? You can check any hotel online outside of Priceline to see reviews and amenities. 2nd I was able to choose my hotel room and bed type no problem. 3rd Priceline offers trip protection for a whopping 27.00$ and covers cancellation! You cannot blame Priceline if you don't do some if your own research before selecting your options and paying! I will agree that outsourced call centers are awful! With that said I am looking forward to my trip!

Customer Service

Absolutely terrible customer service. I also take issue with the fact that all these positions are outsourced. My first call went to the Phillipenes and the call to the supervisor went to Mexico. I was refused when asked to speak to the supervisor at customer resolutions. Will NOT use priceline again and will be sure to let my friends know how.

Bad first time (last time) transaction

Booked a room through mapquest - found out later this went through priceline. Tried to change (not cancel) the reservation for a week later - business meeting got pushed ahead - and they charged me the PRICE OF THE ROOM to change - as if I were cancelling the order. I was expecting to pay a transaction fee - not the price of the room. I called the hotel directly only to find out the rooms were $20.00 cheaper had I booked through them.

Deplorable Customer Service

I work for a company that lives to offer customers the best experience possible ... so maybe I am jaded, HOWEVER, being told that we are out of luck, or that there is nothing they can do, when a computer auto corrects and mis- spells a name incorrectly on an e-ticket ordered through Priceline.com is unacceptable. We are cancelling our tickets and NEVER USING PRICELINE AGAIN! Beware... they are wolves in sheeps clothing an out to cheat you!

contact your credit card

It's time the attorney general puts Priceline out of business. With over 3000 complaints. I did contact my credit card company, they have argeed to fight my battle with Priceline, In the meantime, It's been taken off my credit card bill, until it gets resolved.

Contact the credit card to used for Priceline, Tell them you have tryed to contact Priceline, (phones calls, e-mails) Priceline refuses to work with you. Your Credit card should be able to get your money back. My rating for Priceline minus 10!!!

Warning enter at your own risk

I made the mistake of checking out site never been on and now i have 4 tickets from 2 different airlines for the 2 same people on the same day I was able to get a hold of cutomerservice the first time they told me tough luck cant help you your stuck with it 1057.00 worth the air lines said i had 24hrs to cancel but now i cant get through they say my phone number doesnt match i tried corp number and they are unavailable and hang up. if tis is the way they conduct busisness they shouldnt hacve one. I will be sure to tell eveeryone about this experince never to go there.
