I did a "name your own price" and ended up getting a hotel for a price that is way more than any other site. I spoke to a Supervisor who only gave me a refund of the hotel difference. I would have rather chosen a hotel on Orbitz where offered the lower price. Do not trust Priceline. Their customer service is horrible as they did not provide me anything but make me stuck at a horrible hotel that they tried to charge me more for!

Extremely unhappy

I will NEVER use Priceline again!! I booked an express deal that let you pick star level and amenities. On the advwrtisement it said quarantined amenities and this hotel did not have a pool available when sent the itinerary. I think that it is horrible customer service to not be able to help me an re book a hotel room that had one available. I will be contacting a lawyer to see if that is legal. I have screen shots of the advertisement and will be checking into this first thing Monday morning.

DO NOT USE!!!

Do not use Priceline.com!!!! They will bait and switch you then refuse to help. I paid for a Chevy Malibu, Ford Taurus or similar vehicle, I received a Chevy Malibu. Their response was that the make and model are not gauranteed, and I guess neither is the class of car!!!!! The worst customer service I have EVER had!!!

I booked a trip for college to take a class and they gave me an overnight flight. I called and asked if I could pay the difference for an earlier flight and they said there is no changing it. So I will not get to where I have to be till two in the am. They charged me more bc they dont offer a a hotel/air/and car from chicago il. Very bad customer service and will never do buissness again with priceline again.

I have rented a car from priceline.com and it has been the worst experience I have ever had in my life. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Not worth saving $50 on a rental. Pricelines operators are the most rude people I have ever talked to. After getting so upet on the telephone, I hung up and he called me right back just to be smart. What kind of place is this?? And all this was was just to add one extra day to my car rental. Priceline or budget both were very difficult with me and I will never use either one of them again.

I'll never use priceline again!!! The worst!!! Don't expect to talk to a live person ever, you can try to call corporate but you'll be on hold for hours waiting... I will never recommend their services!!!!!

Booked a vacation package but i needed to change the last name on one of the tickets. They said I had to cancel the entire package and pay a $600 cancellation fee. They also said that if I rebook the exact same package, they would refund my $600 and just pay a $30 cancellation fee for the one ticket. I rebooked the package with another operator about 5 minutes later, but the price changed. So I called back to confirm my $600 refund and said that since the price changed, you can't get your refund because it's not the same package. Still fighting for my money...

scamming corporate scum

priceline is a joke they are a scam and offer deals to entice us yet its no deal at all. I was scammed with a one time $30 off car rental and when i rented i was not given a discount it didn't make sense and no one could help me. It was a deliberate false misleading tactic to make me purchase a car rental before the offer expired. I will never ever use priceline again nor recommend them. in fact i am going to slander them all over the internet

DAYTONA BCH DISASTER

I booked a room for daytona race at the Host Inn.Ihad to cancel one of the rooms do to a death in the familybut kept one room.The one room had one bed that wouldnt sleep two let alone 2 adults and a child. Had to pay 250.00 for a rollaway which was more than the room itself. I will never ever use Priceline again for my travel itinerarys again TRIP NIGHTMARE

Poor service

Priceline outsources its customer services to third world countries. No problems saving money. The only problems is they do not comprehend English well, cannot write it, and are not allowed to move phone calls forward to a U.S. based representative. Poor service, and the only citizen hired appears to be Mr. Shatner. You might have good luck; might not. More like Vegas that a business.

SCAMMERS!!!!!

went online to get tickets due to family death. online told me to click button to review, it slammed my card with charges before i could review, sent me to an airport hundreds of miles out of the way and from november last year to current i am still fighting to get my money back!!!! AND they want another $300 for THEIR mistake!!! This will be my third time in dispute and next step is LAWYER!

i book a reservation the price dropped in two days they didnt want to give me the lowerst faire. they told me told me to called the airlines and the airlines told me call priceline.smh

Car Rental Run-around

I rented a car through Priceline from Budget for 28 days at Sky Harbor Airport, Phoenix in January. Then I rented once again through Priceline and Budget for an additional four day period. When I returned to the airport a Budget representative siaid I could simply extend the initial rental agreement and cancel the second one with Priceline. Well, that was not acceptable to Priceline, so I was charged an additional four days for rental of a car I did not ever see, or need. Talk about POOR customer service. Budget complicated the problem by extending the original agreement, but Priceline was the main souce of this problem. Their refusal to effect an adjustment results in my decision to avoid Priceline, and Budget in future. They will lose more than they will gain by maintaining such customer service practices I am sure.

Terrible Customer Service

I booked a flight over 6 months ago. The flight was cancelled due to weather, and I couldn't be put on another flight. The airline couldn't give me a refund since I purchased the ticket through Priceline. Priceline customer service keeps telling me they'll investigate and call me back. They never do. I've called 10+ times, and wasted several hours. They won't let me speak to any management and will not give me names to hold people accountable. At this point I've been told I need to file a lawsuit...which I will be doing.

Not happy

All i wanted was to switch the date of my hotel reservation to the following day and NOBODY could help me out with that. I have used priceline every week, 2-3 times a week for the past 6 months and its safe to say ill NEVER use them again.

Car rentals

I liked Priceline but I rented a car and was quoted 61.00 and when I turned in the car they charged me $410.00!! I literally spent 2&1/2 hours on the phone and emailed. All I get is anti-customer service agents repeating prompts off of a screen. I want this mistake fixed but I get no response at all. I tried to give it a negative rating it won't let me.

Customer Relations is joke.

Traveling to Arizona and my wife (while we were driving down the road) made a hotel reservation by accident that was in the wrong location, which was 80 miles out of our way. We discovered the mistake about 45 minutes after she made the reservation. Pulled over on the highway and called Priceline. Explained the situation and that we had used Priceline for over 10 years and requested they that allow us to cancel the reservation and make another in the appropriate location. They would cancel the reservation only If we made another reservation that night BUT I would still have to pay a $25 cancelation fee. Spoke to a young lady in Customer Service who said she could not waive the fee. Asked to speak to her supervisor (apparently not a supervisor but someone In Customer Relations. Spend 25 minutes explaining and requesting that they waive the fee, to no avail. Either accept the reservation and drive miles out of the way, or make another reservation and pay a cancelation fee. Ended up driving the miles to keep the room just on principle because I refuse to pay a cancelation fee after years of using Priceline. Apparently Priceline does not allow supervisors to use common sense. So, for $25, Priceline lost a customer. Arrived at our motel and immediately downloaded Orbitz and Kayak.

Priceline is the worst company ever! I called them to tell them that I couldn't use the hotel reservation for my trip to Virginia because my husband got extended on his deployment. They wanted information from me that they very knew that I couldn't get a hold of...,captain's name and telephone no., and the date that they were coming back. Now my husband is out of $200 and he is serving this country!

HORRIBLE

PRICELINE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!! My mother in law is in a coma and I couldnt make a flight for work so I called to get them to change it to a different date, they wont unless I pay an absurd amount! NEVER again will I use them!!
