Horrible Customer Service

The worst customer service at West Edmonton Mall!!! From front store to the manager.Atmosphere in this store is very uncomfortable,it"s as though the people working there just cant stand people! They just stand and stare at you! So,so dis-appointing for a brand like Micheal Kors! And you can just walk a few stores down to the Coach store and the moment you walk in to the moment you leave the customer service is outstanding!! Maybe the manager of the Micheal Kors store should hang around the Coach store on her lunch break to pick up a few tips from the professional's!!!! Was a huge Micheal Kors customer before,but because of this 'group"of complete 'moron"s" that pretend to work in the store, sorry Micheal,I'm gone!!!!!

I have had the best customers service in Atlanta, Ga I buy all the products. My stone fell out of my clear rose gold watch and the vendor was there and just exchanged it for me @ Macy's Stonecrest Mall. Love, Love, Love Kors they have all they best syles.Yeah Baby

Michael Kors still uses FUR!!!!!

I was appauled when I received your new magazine, and many of the models pictured, were wearing FUR! SHAME ON YOU! How outdated and cruel of this company to exploit animals for your own profit! I will never buy your products again!!

Horrible Customer Service

I took my daughter to the Michael Kors store in the Chestnut Hill mall. I have never been so disappointed. The customer service was absolutely horrible. I have never been to a Michael Kors store that was so poorly managed. Such an unprofessional atmosphere.

disgusted by the service

Just like everyone else i have never delt with such a horrible company my story is very similar to everyone elses, no one cares i cant get a refund of exchange on my bag after it clearly has many defects and ofcourse nobody does anything about it. never will i purchase anything else from MK extremly poor quality! ill stick to coach

NEVER again

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. My husband, who is in the military, purchased a bag that was $400 for me. The bag he got was very big, and I saw a smaller version of it, so he purchased that one when I visitores him before he left for deployment. I went to return the larger bag and they would not return the bag without the actual card. I explained to them that he was deployed and I am unable to contact him. They STILL refused a refund. I have spent thousands of dollars on Michael Kors products & NEVER again will I ever step foot in any of his stores. I will make sure to tell all my friends & family to never purchase anything from him. Michael Kors obviously doesn't care for his customers which is a problem. Try working on your customer service & maybe you will start to see positive reviews.

Very poor operation

I went to Michael kors outlet in river head Bought my wife a three hundred forty dollar Hand bag . I was told I have 30 day return policy I bought the handbag as an gift for my wife I explained this bag may not be the bag she wants I was told don't worry you can return it with in 30 days . Well I returned bag my wife could not Find a bag she liked so I asked for a refund I was Told I can only get a store credit.now I'm stuck Found a mk bag at Macy's bought it with a full Refund policy and I'm stuck with a store credit Thanks michael I've learned my lesson .

horrible customer serv

I will never buy another anything Micheal Kors. and if i was him I would clean out my Customer Serives dept and start over. I have been waiting over a month for replacement lock and Key and never got it. I have called and emailed the customer serive people and never recieved an email letting me know if they mailed the lock and key. Now I can not use the purse until I get it. I would rather put in in the trash. I will go back to a company that cares about the people that buy their product like Coach, gucci ext. Now those are companies that care....

I have bought lots of Michael kors and all of there stuff have been in perfect condition. I think they should keep up the great work!!!!

Don't Buy Anything from MK

I have a Michael Kors handbag that I have carried for a month and the weaving at the bottom of the purse is coming undone. I paid over $300 for the purse and this is completely unacceptable. I have tried to call their customer service dept several times and have never received a call back. I emailed them as well with no avail. I have spend a lot of time and money and will NEVER purchase any of their products EVER again. Back to Coach and Dooney I go. Thanks but no thanks. Upset in Lubbock, Texas

Poor Customer Service

I bought I pair a Michael Kors booties, 1 of the shoe came without a lace I tried calling several times and no response, I bought a bag and the MK tag came in less than 15 days I returned it back to Macy's. After I was given a 2 bags for my birthday and I'm planning to return them even though I love the brand but after the service and review I'm discourage and I will return them.

Michael Kors Sandals Broke

I had purchased a pair of Michael Kors sandals from Macy's. The strap on the sandal broke. I contacted Michael Kors Customer service and sent them a photo. They said unless it was purchased within 30 days AND I had a receipt AND they deemed it a manufactured defect, then they will reimburse me. They do not offer repair services. I will never buy their products again because a company that charges that amount for something that they only stand by for 30 days is crazy.

Poor Customer Service

I purchased a grayson bag and my MK logo (emblem) was stolen. I am simply trying to contact the company in an effort to purchase a replacement part. I have called six different numbers and spoken to three different representitives to no avail. I have been a die hard customer of MK for years. I have over 20 MK bags, shoes, and jewlery. I am so out done with the company's piss poor service. I will not be purchasing any more MK products and I will be tweeting and facebooking this information for all to see. WoW!! I am truly mortified!!

Buyer BeWare

Awful customer service...they do not care about their customers. The corporate office does NOT return calls when you have an issue. I will NEVER buy anything from Michael Kors ever again. We should all go on twitter & Facebook and spread the word about this awful company & stick it to them where it hurts their profits, because that is all they care about. Send the feedback to Michael Kors so the world will see what is going on...the WORST COMPANY EVER!

Bad approach

I often shop at MK store at different locations including Bloor st. Toronto, and it really bothers me when every time I look at a item, the sales associate mentions the price without me asking, it happens in all the locations. This never happens at other stores. I have walked away because of this matter. A store like MK this should not happen.

Horrible Customer Service

This review has to do with customer service within a Dillards store in St. Petersburg, FL where the acting manager couldn't bear the thought of dealing with "corporate" if she honored a discount advertised. Dillards and their management can keep all the Michael Kors handbags they want at their overpriced prices. I wouldn't buy a MK handbag now if they priced it at a dollar.

Bad quality

Straps are wearing off after very short time. Very bad quality materials are used in this bag. No help in exchange at the store.

not a happy person

All I can say is the customer service is horrible, they will send you around the world with phone numbers and no one ever calls back. You spend a lot a money on their products and they tell you to kiss were the sun don't shine. Thats how I see. I will never spend good money on a MK bag again. Don't get caught up in the name. The rich just gets keep getting richer at our expense and apparently counld'nt less.

Major disappointment!

I purchased a coat from Michael Kors in Yorkdale Mall, Toronto. The lining torn within 2 weeks (shredded). I brought the coat back to the store and asked that I get a non-defective coat, or that my lining get replaced. I talked to the store manager, she said she had to talk to her manager. After waiting days for a return call, I called the store again, and was told someone would call me back. When I got the return call, I was told that there was nothing they could do to help me. I wonder why I had to pay so much for a coat that wasn't on sale, and that looked good for only 2 weeks. I can not recommend Michael Kors to anyone. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

Great Service in CA!

I'm looking at all of these horrible customer service reviews and I am shocked! The customer service at the M.K. store at Fashion Valley Mall in San Diego, CA. is outstanding. For example, my aviator sunglasses broke. I brought them in to show the manager. On the spot, she gave me a replacement pair for free! And, you know, every time I go into that store, the sale staff are so friendly, cheerful and amiable - it's one of my happy places in the mall without a doubt.
