You need to hire a new advertising agency. The current crop (What?....it's only been 17 years, gosh it seems more like an eternity) of double entendre and/or blatent sexual or stupid overtone commercials are killing what little image you have left. I mean really - a guy telling his mother he is going to "marry bacon" and the minister telling him he may "eat the bride" is just......creepy! That comes from both the 50 year old male/ 13 year old female demographic. The idiot(Dick Sittig's voice)in the clown head is so tiresome. No one can stand his voice, his wife, his whiny son, or the annoying catch phrases. Pull the plug. (If you took BK out of the list, yours would be the most hated mascot in America) You've taken your once "kitschy" icon and allowed the clown actor to turn your image into a tasteless copy with no relevence or reconized value.

many jitb television advertisements are "tasteless" - just like the "food." it's sad to say, but this sort of grotesque and juvenile vulgarity that this young generation of up-and-coming ad "execs" are playing-off as "creativity" only serve to scream to the world the fact that today's "educated" are mostly frauds that that lack any sense of decency or actual creativity. the whole "sex sells" thing is cheap in all regards. the fact that jitb so freely promotes their public image thru use of such profane vulgarity speaks volumes concerning the lack of character of today's "educated." (...SO YOU SPENT AND/OR OWE HOW MUCH FOR YOUR EDUCATION AND THIS IS THE BEST THAT YOU CAN COME UP WITH?) my dog can do better.

Went to jack in the box and the service is always great love the food and the employees ...there always smilling and carrying a conversation with me I think this restraunt#3705 is doing great keep up the good work

The innuendo in your commercials is not appreciated. Nothing about them inclines me to want to buy your food Jack.

your drive thru Employees are very RUDE and barely speaks ENGLISH so we can understand her, one in particular (Isabel or Isabela ) anyways everytime we go to your store in Palestine TX she is always in a bad mood . dont you pay her enough to run the register or what we love your food but her attitude SUCKS . do something about it for Gods Sakes. thanks. Dear Jack I worked at a jack in the box and it is very poorly put together. There are rarley any gloves, no one washes there hands when they are supposed to and many things on that line, i am very disappointed with the quality of the store

Not the store it is the bums outside the sore.You need to contact the local police department in Sparks, Nv. The jitb here on county road st. Odessa tx denied us service two days in a row claiming that they couldn't due to shift change didn't even say it will be a few minutes before we can take your order, just straight up said no.. I thought jitb is opened 24 hrs , I honestly think the night time employee just hang out there doing nothing but turning down there customers because they don't wanna work, cuz the nights I go there is never no cars in there drive thru and it always looks dark in the whole restaurant, someone seriously needs to put a stop to there rudeness and lazyness

I moved to ABQ from LAS and was shocked that there were no JITB restaurants here. Glad to say that has changed and they continue to expand in the region. Only complaint I have... I wish they would put a restaurant closer to The University of New Mexico main campus or The Health Science Center on north campus. BTW, what happened to Jack's Office on the Jack In The Box web site? Is it gone for good? It was great and tons of fun! Please bring it back!

Nobody will see your childish rants, and, even if they did, in most cases the grammar & spelling is so atrocious as to render each of you unworthy of a response. Two of you are complaining about giveaway contests...really? The lady at the corporate office would not help you manipulate the sweepstakes system so you could spam entries? Odds are you have been dumpster-diving or are trying to use receipts from one location to enter "from" another. @Nick...every single contest/giveaway like the one you're whining about has a disclaimer of "while supplies last." An employee's kids are running wild and making a lot of noise here at The homestead rd @ bing store in santa clra, CA. They have bEen asked by several customer to be quieter To no avail. When asked where their mother was, they pointed @ The counter and said "working in there". They were dropped off at approx 2 pm and have made this place impossible to enjoy eating in.

A sweepstakes for completing a survey that ended 10-31-11 is still printing on receipts (11-15-11). the survey still is up and running and still confirms entry into the sweepstakes. Only upon reading the rules on a separate page did I realize the contest was over.If they are still gathering data for advertisement and/ or marketing purposes in lieu of this survey, aren't there legal implications?

I love Jack in the Box BUT I took a survey and today I got a call saying I was to receive not one but two gift certificates. Great I though. BUT when he said I had to pay shipping I told him know I don't like giving out my credit card number on the phone. He then said " ok just hang up the phone you poor bitch" and hung up. Is this the Jack in the Box way if so I will not be buying anything there anymore.

@PHYLLIS ECKHARDT From what i know the survey receipts only prints out after 10-20 transaction or customers. I would know cuz i used to work as an employee then move up to shift leader for JITB - San Antonio, Texas. May 2002 hired day and worked for them 2 1/2 years lol. Only reason why i stop working for them cuz of being miss treated and the over turn was to high that we pretty much had to re train all shifts / fire someone every month. The customer service and there standards back then was above average. But after JITB change from Corporate Run to franchise run here in san antonio, texas. The over all customer service is just horrible. Everyone that use to work for jack in the box is now working for Whataburger LOL. Even to this date we still talk about stories how we used to work for JITB. Oh and my friend that i train them to be a shift leader for JITB left them to work for Whataburger. She told me the new Area Manager for JITB that Corporate hired to run these franchise JITB has no clue what he's doing lol. They should of train the new area manager first before the old area manager move up to regional manager. >.<

my brother my mom and a friend of ours and myself went to the jack in the box on north street in nacogdoches,the manager was very rude with dealing with the public,he was sarcastic and had a constant look of dont mess with me,i dont know what his problem was but he needs a talking to,9-27-11

On Oct.7th 2011 my pregnant wife and I went to Jack's in fresno ca on blackstone closest to the city college where all we wanted was 2 sourdough breakfast combos. When I get to the drive thru I pay and am handed to o.j.'s and a bag (nice right o.k. here we go). My wife then looked inside the bag to find 2 sandwiches we were first like its ok well eat those and go from there since all she charged for was the drinks and sandwiches until we opened them and there was no meat. So we go back and I explained hey just make 2 new ones and charge me for the combos (More money right UPSALE) Well the cashier then told the drive thru worker where she just began a long rant of No No No he said 2 sandwiches so she storms around the corner with the bag in hand slams the bag down and says No YOU SAID and that was all it took for me I laid into her ignorant young stupid self about how the customers always right and in this situation she really does not need to be trying to handle this all she needs to do is charge me more for the combo and give me my food RIGHT!!!! This ignorant childish girl says "Im not the one being an asshole!" I looked and said let me get your name and she runs away while another employee comes up and says" Excuse me sir u cant talk to my employees like that" I Looked at her and said "Your talking to me and Im the customer" I then got her name (Paula) and wanted a refund, so the other girl starts to think and wants to explain herself, at that point I didnt even want to see her anymore. Then the Shift supervisor (Jose)finally comes out of the back and is very apologetic and gives me a refund. They were all very nonchalant like shes done this before or there use to her bickering to the customers. You know this isnt the 1st time Ive been treated like this at this Jack in the box its just the worst. My brother in law said the same employee gave him attitude too. So Jack in the box please do something about this location either its the employee or the Management but were gonna be on this until that employee is gone or gets it straight. She walked away when I asked her name, she cuzzed at me, she called me a liar, and stormed in my face like im some kid, well im 32 yrs old and some lil girl like that should have more respect. Sorry Jack but I got alot a letters till this ones handled. Oh yeah We most likely will never go to Jack in the box and will make sure all our people wont go either until this situation is ratified Sorry Jack I love the food but hate the service. Your commercial with the three "hard-working guys" stripping is crass. Who are you marketing to? 20 year old boys? Families have more money than starving kids in college--think about it. Your hazing commercial was way out of line too. We have a huge problem with bullying, yet you make a joke of it. Your commercials are memorable, but they make me remember not to eat at Jack-in-the-Box despite how much I love your milkshakes.
