I would be almost sure U will not post my complaint however there are many other blogs where this will be seen. SERVICE CONTRACT SCAM I never used the plan and was told at the time of puchase that it was 100% refundable minus the 75$ admin fee. Now when I go to turn the contract in I'm told that I have used 57% of the plan. The vehicle was still under the manufactues warranty (7/70) and no services or parts where ever provided to repair the vehicle. The 1500$ Service Contract is basic highway robbery, 800$ refund is half the cost for doing nothing. Once again Chrysler is showing why the government and the tax payer has to bail them out. Poor management and horrible customer relations. I will not again make the mistake of funding a company that should had been allowed to go belly up.

In 2002 purchased new Dodge Ram 1500; garage kept, oil change every 5,000 miles. As of 1/5/2011 has 130,000 miles...noteable (warranty was 100,000). Driving along and guess what...no oil pressure. However, it came back and we at least made it home. After checking engine, well heck it's full of sludge...need new motor...are you kidding me. Called Chrysler and that new motor will ONLY be around $6,500. Checked internet for issues related to 2002 Ram 1500...guess what...major complaint...OIL SLUDGE! This truck was bought for me to start my own business and call me naive....I thought it would at least last over 200,000, especially since it has been babied. Bought new truck on 1/3/11 and guess what...it was not a Chrysler product. We are happy for Mr. Anonymous who has so many miles on Jeep; but you don't hear many stories like that from a Chrysler owner.

Chrysler Motor Corporation is one of the worst first they ripped me off for my $1500.00 know they want to keep my $50.00 pre-paid card for test driving a new ram truck. I will never buy a Chrysler product ever.

I bought a Chrysler 300 it now has 21,000 miles I had nothing but the same trouble with this so called top of the line car. The problems started @ 15,000 when I almost came to a complete stop on the thruway they said it was the fuel hose not connected, I also told them the wheel sqeeked bad they said it was only cold. Sine then I have been back to the dealer numerous times for the stirring wheel, they said it was my rotors, cost me over 500.00 and I need new tires @ 17,000 my car read no oil on the dip stick they had my car 3 days and said they changed the oil bring it back in 3,000 wanting to charge me 100 $ deductable plus the oil change now the oil is gone again they said it was the cpv had a leak the oil was going in the motor so 7,000 driven on my car with oil going in my motor, Mine you I paid 36,000 for this top of the line Chrysler Vehicle..Im very unhappy !! Thats just a few of the things that have gone TOO wrong

The rating of only one star applies only to the discussion that follows. I have a 2004 Dakota crew cab, four wheeler. Purchased it brand new, and I am for the most part happy with the truck. Now is is the however. Very minor issue - when the engineers figured out the location for the cup holders they must of been on a coffee break to put them in such an awkward location. Now here is the biggest gripe. I live in Minnesota, and as most people in the northern tier of states know that we must occasionally drive when snow is falling and the exterior temperature is below the freezing point. Well my trucks heater will make you feel like you are in a steamroom but yet the windshield and wiperblades continue to ice over due to the poor excuse of an outlet on the defroster system. One would think that a vehicle that is to be used in these conditions, which I think well over half of the United States experiences, would be designed in such a matter as to promote safe driving. A five foot wide expanse of glass is to be kept warm enough to keep ice off of it by an 18" wide vent. Let's get real. Yes I have lived with this stupid problem for 6 years now, but every time we have a heavy snowfall and I have to drive in it this issue really piss's me off. The courtesy of some sort of reply from the Dodge/Chrysler engineering department regarding this issue would be greatly appreciated. I do know nothing can be done to re-design the vehicle now, but acknowledge that it will be considered for future vehicles!!!!

i have been a chysler person from 1961 had a ply then in1969 had a road runner 1980 had a power wagon with plow 1996 a 4x4 dodge brand new also which i still have its got 28,000 miles on it only used pulling a trailer also a 2003 1500 van used for handicap andit has only 30,000 miles used only for wheel chairs and a 2007 dodge calaber which is my reg car..now why wont i ever buy another dodge?? i have had all serviced done by morristown dodge i brought my 2003 van to be checked out before i bought it the manager said they have a 100 and something ck for 100.00 plus dollors and changes oil air filter ect ck brakes i pick it up all was ok they said and all work was finished WELL about a week past i saw that the center cover for the eng. was never removed i then checked the rear wheels to see if they were ever removed no they were not but i was told i had 1/2 of lines left and my air filter was never changed..a month later all the feron 135 left my air i brought it back to be fixed cost 150,00 i pick it up they said no leaks maybe under the dash might would be over 700,00 to fix well a week later no more air i took it now to morristown ford they said no problem found the leak in my handicap van was not under the hood but my van has a rear blower abd coil cost 600,00 to repair..now other then for you guys meaning chrsler are doing their best to recover but with a problem as big as this with your maintaince dept that sucks more so tell a handicap person their braks are fine and never check them in tyhe rear and liveing in the mountains brakes are very inportant.so sad when a life time chrysler man leaves to buy a new ford trades in his calaber ,,hope i save someone else always check and make sure the work they say is done is done 100%

I purchased a PT Cruiser in 2006, milage reading at 10 miles. Currently the odometer reading is 78,335. I wish I could say that I was a satisfied customer, BUT I AM NOT. I took the vehicle to a reputable mechanic in the area due to the "knocking" noise and vibration- free of charge, to later find out that both axles and motor mount need to be replaced. I called the dealership, $98.00 to find the problem and of course the parts were marked up, not to mention my call was transfered several times and everyone I spoke with seemed annoyed. It's hard to believe that both parts need to be replaced! This will be my LAST CHRYSLER!

NOT TO MENTION THE 704-357-7052 constantly has a busy signal!

The Radio/Navigation unit quit working at approx.80,000 km (49,000 miles). There is documentation of a fault with these units, and Chrysler Canada's 1-800 number refuses to acknowledge the problem. It was the worst customer service experience I ever went through. It seems that every person answering the phone is a manager and that is as far as a complaint can go.You can NOT send a email, fax or what ever means possible to Chrysler to explain your problem further. One thing for sure is that after that phone call and the nasty response I received from that manager(Victoria), this will surly be the LAST Chrysler product I/Family ever purchase.

I am an owner of an original 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee what currently has 327000 thousand miles on an untouched drivetrain. I write this to let whomever know that Chrysler Corp.,contrary to some, does manufacture a quality product and with other Chrysler products in my extended family we are thoroughly satisfied with our vehicles.
