Dec. 2011, I purchased a $50 gift card and was told I would receive $12 additional free. However, supposedly the company had not sent the Bob Evans Restaurant in Davenport, FL the correct form to indicate the extra $12. So, I was given six $2 coupons. I put the items in a drawer and did not look at them until yesterday. The six $2 coupons expired 11-30-11. When we went to the restaurant last night they honored one of the $2 coupons and said I would need to have a manager each time for us to be able to use those coupons. Why do I have to go to the restaurant 6 times to use the extra $12? Their problem last Dec. has now become my problem. I'm thoroughly disgusted!!

I think you need to retrain your so called bosses at the Bob Evans on St Charles Rock Road in St. Louis Mo. They don't know how to schedule the help and are very inconsiderate, With gas as high as it is they have them drive 25 miles for 1 hour and send them home because they are not busy. In fact, they just let my neighbors son go because last Saturday when gthe ice was on the ground, he couldn't get out of the drive way. He called in and told them. Later in the day, he went to the other bob evans that he works a couple of day a week as they cleared the streets. the next day when he went in to work, they laid him off for a week and when he went in today they told him he was let go. why take a chance of having a wreck and kiling someone. what kind of people do you have working for you.

I like many people have celiac disease, allergic to wheat & gluten. About the only thing I can eat on your menu is your vegtable beef soup & some of your salads. I would greatly appreciate it if you would please offer more things that a person with celiacs disease can eat at your restaurant. Thank you.

Bob Evans does not care about their employees. Several servers have stated that they have family emergencies and the restaurant doesn't care. Find someone to cover the shift or you get written up. Some servers are lazy, yet they get employee of the month because they are manager favorites. Other servers are excellent, yet they get no recognition because they have to call off due to an emergency. Bob Evans only cares about sales. We were bombarded with "quarts of soup", "Deserts", "Loaded", "extra drinks", "Loaf of breads" and "Feasts". When I go out to eat I want to eat in peace. I don't want to have to hear a sale every 5 seconds. I am tired of Bob Evans. It isn't a family place at all. Especially to their servers. However, I will say that one manager is the spotlight of the whole bunch. NINA! Was able to help us when we had a complaint and she was down to earth. Other than that, I will not return to Bob Evans. EVER!

I usually go to Bob Evans in Boardman, Ohio. There has never been a time that I have not received good service from all the staff. And I have never had a bad meal there; however, I tend to go with the sausage gravy and biscuits and Bob Evans makes the absolute BEST, bar none, other than maybe my Aunt Grace who died many years ago. That good old country cooking is what I was raised with and Bob Evans keeps that tradition going strong.

I worked at bob Evans for three weeks. I trained for one week earning no tips and about a week and a half as a server in south charleston wv. I quit one evening because ticket times were so horrible every night I was only making about 25 to 30 dollars a night because customers were unhappy and not tipping! I went in to pick up my paychecks and only recorded one check for 14 hrs, at $2.13 per hr! 40 dollars for three weeks! When I tried to explain it to the manager calmly she did not want to deal with it and threatened to call the cops on me while I was holding my two year old son!

I ordered carryout at the Pickerington Bob Evans, the person running the cash register asked me to leave a tip. Emphasis on "can you leave a tip for this service." It was so irritating that I don't think I'll ever go back. If I go through the drive through window at McDonalds, are they going to start asking for tips every time too?

Went to eat dinner at the dale Mabry bob Evans , Tampa fl. Order the cranberry spinich salad with grilled chicken.. Finally a nice big salad came, chicken was 5 small dry pieces of paper thin, tasted terrible, told the waitress raspberry vinegar was too sweet an the chicken was terrible, just give me oil an vinegar, we don't have any, so the manager Greg come over an tried to convince me that the chicken was cooked fresh since he came to work, I didn't ask when that was, he just tried to get me to eat it, finally my husband said bring her what I have grilled chicken marinated Breast an 2 fresh vegetables, we only have one broccoli Took 2 orders . ....was half cooked the brocolli took half home to cook it, I was getting heart burn. Already. Passed the manager Greg on the way out an he gave me a real dirty look........i'm 66 years old an he got one back..... I don't like anyone to try an appease me. Last time ever eating there......

I have sat back on many occations and see and heard the worst possible things go on at the Bob Evans in Greenville, Ohio. I know that to get on here and complain does absolutely no good but going to do it anyway. Bob Evans cares nothing about their employees, bad or good. I have watched managers put down the waitresses and busboys right in front of customers and belittle them in front of anyone and everyone who will listen. I have seen one waitress that I will keep name from on here post crap on her facebook page about other workers, and seen many of the others gather on more things to really put a person down. Nothing is being done because they didnt use the persons name????? Big deal, oviously all who work there knew exactly who was being talked about because they added their 2 cents in as well. I have gotten dirty glasses, with lipstick and other "gunk" on them and food that was absolutely unedible. I do not know what has happened but Bob's used to be a nice place to go and eat. If it was the only place in 100 miles to eat at, I would go to another place or just eat at home. Do something about the crappy management and your employees will be happier workers which in turn will make happier customers.

My daughter has 2 sick babies, 3 year old and a 1 month old, she works at B.E.'s, and had to call in, her new boss said she was responsible for covering that shift and he considered it a no call no show! Is this the way Bob Evans wants to be represented? Company first and the hell with our families? I have never heard of anything like this before and I feel sorry for any employee who has to struggle to make ends meet, works for Bob and who is told that their job comes before taking care of our families, if not you will be wrote up so you can be fired. Thank you, Dad

My wife and I are regular customers @the Bluefield,va.bob evans location.we live less than 1 mile away. This past fri. Dec23rd we received our regular bob evans emails with discount coupons.the email was stating about the breakfast special for today dec. 26th only.Buy one breakfast and receive one of same or lesser value free. offer good for today and today only.printable coupon included. the email further stated that if we could not print the coupon we should supply the Restruant with the upc code numbers. At about 5:30pm eastern time today dec26th the wife and I decided that with all the holiday meals we had eaten athome with our kids and grandkids we should eat at Bob evans tonight since there was the breakfast coupon on the Email.Guess What? the email would not display graphics or the coupon.some one at corporate decided that they had better stop this promotion because it was to popular or monday dec.26th ended at 5:30pm east coast. the barcode number was on the email though 0759001145.I called the local bob evans blfd. va told them of my problem the young lady ask the manager on duty.she said that they had to have the printed coupon to scan the barcode. Gee even the grocery stores and wallmart knows that there are numbers and letters to punch in if a barcode isn't readable the same should apply to this email as was suggested by the email when we first opened it up.needless to say that we had our meal tonight at another local restruant. Later we traveled to my wifes office and checked on her office computer it would not display the Email so it could be printed either. We are very upset. So sad! Respectfully George&Sharon Leedy, Bluefield, va.

Rating is(1 Stars) Poor as I see No reminder's of the Christmas Season at Bob Evans in Tuscarawas County Ohio (New Philadelphia. Wondering WHY??? My business can go elseware. Only thing that can suggest Christmas is I believe a garland at entrance, believe a star and something else but nothing good to mention. REMEMBER-CHRIST IS THE REASON FOR THE SEASON

Club Wildwood is a senior citizen mobile home park in Hudson, Florida. On many occasions we have called on Bob Evans to cater different functions in our clubhouse. Stephanie Hannan, general manager of your Port Richey location, has gone above and beyond our expectations each and every time we have contacted her. She has been extremely helpful and courteous and we truly believe she is an asset to your organization. We would appreciate your letting Stephanie know that her efforts on our behalf have not gone unnoticed and are greatly appreciated. Sincerely Jim McDermott

I wondered if you guys were ever going to open any resturants here on okc, oklahoma and run ISLOP I

a cook at your marion store is making this a horrible place to eat! his name is Rocky, it shouldnt take 30 minutes for two peices of toaste and two eggs, sitting in the dinning room i could hear this guy screaming and cursing at the waitresses one of them even left in tears! this guy should be fired for harassment and intimidation which he could actually go to jail for!

Who ever got rid of the large to go cups you need to get rid of that person I will never eat at Bobeven again. I travel and I like to have a large tea to take with me. Also I ate at the bobeven today at the one at 71 exit 100 in Columbus and the chicken was hard as a rock she told the manager be he did not even come out to do anything about it it was very poor service.

For several years I have eaten at the Canton ohio Bob Evans on Rt. 62. I can tell you that I will drive 10 miles out of my way to eat somewhere else. I am sick of the way that the employees are abused by the GM Pam. She yells and screams at them often throwing things. I am also sick of the way that the managers let other employees abuse the staff. Brittany has actually gotten in the face of two employees and using the F word threatened another employee who was just doing her job. Apparently Brittany thinks that she own the counters customers because she also was seen stealing this girs tips and customers and stated"What are you going to do about it?". The worst thing was that there was a manager Nick watching the whole thing. On another occassion, the hostess Courtney was also seen stealing tips and another customer told the manager and he did nothing. I will never eat in there again and I will tell my friends not to either. Something need to be done. The fodd turns bad in my mouth when I have to witness this kind of behavior.
