I have a 2 car policy and a renters policy with your company. My car policy is 945391610. I normally get a refund every 6 months for having no accidents or claims with your company. I did not get my July refund and through my checking was told that only Platinum policies get a refund. I had my coverage reveiewed by my local agent to save any money possible because I am now retired and drive very little. I can get no local or corporate response to fix the problem so that I receive my 6 month discount. Please look into the matter as I have been working for about a week on this problem and can get no results.
