WELL MY STORY IS THAT YOUR CORPORATION DECIDED TO USE ANOTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTION AND I WAS REJECTED FOR A PEOPLES CREDIT CARD WHEN I ALREADY HAD ONE THROUGH CITIBANK INSTITUTIONS THAT YOUR COMPANY USED PRIOR. NOW I MUST CONTEND WITH NOT HAVING A PEOPLES CARD IN WHICH I WAS IN GOOD STANDING WITH THEM. WHAT I THINK IS THAT ZALE CORPORATION SHOULD HAVE HAD TD FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS HONOUR ALL PEOPLES JEWELER'S CREDIT CARDS WITHOUT THE INDIVIDUAL HAVING TO RE-APPLY FOR CREDIT. PLEASE RESPOND WITH REASON WHY!!! UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER: BRIAN MORAN- ( b.moran67@gmail.com )

I ordered a ring in Jan 2010 a 20 year anniversary upgrade from my husband. After waiting almost 3 months I had my ring 3 hours and the prongs started breaking off. The manager at the store said it was difective product and it should never had made it past the inspection. The ring was sent back to quality control? What ever that is, and a new ring ordered. That was in April. Now, susposidly it is tied up in customs some where, and they can't tell me when it might be in. One story after another and It's now almost July and I still don't have my ring. But Zales can make sure that the payment is made. We have/had an extensive account with Zales, but we will not buy another thing with them. I think Zales owes me for putting up with their crap and not filing suit against them. Very, very bad customer service. Shame on you Zales. People are spending hard earned money for what.....

In December 2005, my husband and I purchased a 3 stone anniversary ring from Zales. We looked through several rings and found one with no visible imperfections. I purchased the lifetime warranty with my ring and have had it checked every six months. I took the ring in to the store at Town Center Mall in June for a recheck. I was told that the center diamond was loose and they would have to send it out to the jeweler to be fixed. Two weeks later I was called to pick up my ring. There was a visible flaw in the center of the large diamond - my ring DID NOT have a flaw when I sent it off to be repaired. The store manager had the audacity to say that maybe my ring was dirty and I did not see the flaw. This is an insult to my intelligence. My ring was never that dirty and it was cleaned by their person before it was sent off. The manager of the store kept insisting that this was my ring. I refused to accept the ring because of the flaw in the stone and still have not received a resolution from Zales.

My husband and I purchased our wedding rings at the Zales store in Fayetteville,NC in April 2010. Since then I have had my ring for a total of 10 days off and on due to the stores incompetence. I bought my ring a size 7 asked for it to be resized to a 5 1/4. They said it would be no problem, and gave me a est. pick up date for a few weeks later. Well that date came and went so I called the store and asked why my ring was not ready yet. The store manager said that they had no idea and would get back to me. A day later they call and tell me that it was in. When I went to pick it up I realized the center stone was very loose, so they sent it back to get tightened.once again the promise date came and went this time by over a week. Come to find out they had cracked my center stone and had to replace it. When the ring came back I was in tears. It was not the same ring!! I originally had a blue colored aquamarine center stone that was a very good clarity, and the stone I got back was grey blue and cloudy. Not to mention it looked as though the whole ring was different quality and clarity. The store then had another ring sent up from FL that was no where near the Clarity or color of the one I originally purchased. Due to my husband reacieving orders to Korea for August I decided to trade for the new ring sent to the store. It had a bit more color to it. Again I send the new ring in to be sized and I just received it back two days ago and it too has a very loose center stone. I am so pissed!!!! I am getting ready to PCS with my husband and still do not have a ring.I requested the ring be sent to a local jewelry repair shop to be fixed so I could get it back before we move and they refused. Twice I have had to send my ring back to get tightened by the same incompetent company who broke my first ring!!! I want something done about this now!!!! This was supposed to be a very sentimental ring and it has turned into a nightmare!!! I deserve a partial refund for my time and suffering!!!!!

I Will Never Purchase AnyThing For Zales Ever Again Customer service At The Store And Call Center Was The Worst Service Ever there was no sense of Urgentcy regaruding my situation after it was a mistake on there behalf i will never deal with an company who is so money hungry that they let value of customer go out the window for the almighty dollar when we are the ones who pay there paycheck none of my family will never purchase anything from them ever again.

I was currently serving in Iraq last year (2009) to Februray of this year. While awhile my wife sent me a photo of a wedding ring. WOW! I loved it when I called her she was happy to make the purchase at one of your store in Fresno, Ca. at the Fashion Mall on Shaw Ave. in fresno. Our payment of $127.00 a month has never been a problem but, recently I happen to look very closely at the interst charged of +91.43 per month 29.99%. Wow! 5Karats, beautiful and I love it when she wears it and shows it off but, I will make sure we never purchase any more Jewerly at any of your Zales stores. We have paid $200 up to $500 payments and this is how we are serviced! R/S Juan & Judy Garza
