My daughter and her family have been customers of the Providence RI Main st store for the last 5 years. Their 19 mo old son was recently diagnosed with stage 4 neuronal storms a rare children's cancer. My grandson was admitted to Hasbro children's hospital and after discussing my grandsons long treatment, the doctors have agreed to letting my daughter additionally treat her son with various supplements, etc from whole foods. The doctors are actually getting info from my daughter on these supplements. I contacted their local store and asked if they could provide some kind of discount for the family considering the extremely costly medical road ahead. I was told it is not their policy to do any kind of assistance. I am extremely disappointed that this is the response from whole foods. And furthermore will never support this corporation.

Hello I previously worked at Whole Foods West Los Angeles. I was hired in the produce department in late October. I was a reliable, hard working employee eager to learn and grow with this company. Unfortunately, Whole Foods doesn't take hard work into account since on day 90 Feb 2, 2012 I was terminated for no apparent reason. As a employee and new hire, I realized I had no rights working at WHole Foods. Fairness does not exist. The team leaders have poor management skills. All employment decisions are based on nepitism and yes their is a good amount of reverse discrimination at whole foods.

I am a firm believer of products from USA whenever it's possible. Recently I have noticed that most of WholeFood produce and seafood are not from local USA producers. Please ask your local WholeFood of where the products that you are buying came from?

Hey! I've been going to whole foods in greenville S.C for sometime now and keep running into this employee named Garry in the "produce" section. What a great guy! Everyday I go there he helps me tremendously! He goes out of his way to inform me on whats fresh daily and even let me try a type of blood red orange that i've never had before..I loved the flavor, i ended up buying a bunch. He's always hard working and still keeps his customer service approach while working hard.. Today I went and found a very smallll amount of mold on the kale and he apoligized and said I'm so sorry! Let me take care of you". He goes to the back and gave me some fresh kale right off the truck and told me it was on him and I didn't have to worry about it. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I went home and enjoyed the great tasting fresh kale and will be back soon..But I wanted to write you all because you have an outstanding employee and he needs to be acknowledged for his great customer service and wonderful personality.. THIS IS WHAT KEEPS WHOLE FOODS ON TOP OF THE CHARTS! Ryan

ATLANTA STORES BECOME WORSE

Hello, Is there any chance that Whole Food Markets can establish a store in Brick N.J we have a wonder vacant lot on Rt 70 in Brick NJ. I was at your store in Princeton , NJ and found it to just wonderful. My husband and I loved everything about your store. I'm sure it would be a big hit in our town. I hoping I will see Whole Food Market in the near future. It would be a gold mine to you the truth. Thank You for you time Susan Thul

I live near the whole foods market at 6350 west 3rd street in los angeles ca i was going into a local clinic that is located around the corner from whole foods market and by the way this clinic sells weed.I was there because my boyfriend is a guard there and i was dropping food off and i saw a manager there whom apparently works at whole foods market buying weed his name was Kevin because i heard another employee call his name out whom walked through the door, He Kevin turned red in the face i am very upset to see this because i love whole foods and its about healthy eating and is this a mission statement that your higher ups who are in leadership are smoking weed i say WOW. I also say this know this employee saw you at the weed clinic how are you representing whole foods market and as a leader i do not think so.

Here in Johns Creek, Ga. you have started a new policy of NOT taking checks. This is what you guys call customer service??????????? perhaps, if you have taken bad checks in the past, you need a better check system. I now will not shop in your markets till you understand CUSTOMER SERVICE. WAY to go in a down economy, loose customers. I will also start a word of mouth campaign, so others will also stop shopping in you non-service store HERE I COME FRESH FOODS AND TRADER JOES. SEE YA. SHELDON NEEDLE

I was shopping in Whole Foods Jericho on the night before an important Jewish holiday when I saw, much to my surprise, that they were offering pork at the meat tasting display. I discovered that they had offered brisket of beef the week before, but were now offering pork. How extremely insulting. Shame on you, Whole Foods.

I'm in my early sixties. As I was exploring jobs that would be nice in retirement, I came across the website seniors4hire.org. They have you listed as a featured employer. However, on the Whole Foods home page, there is not one person pictured who looks over thirty. Way to go, Whole Foods!

Dear Whole Foods, You are known for horrible customer service. Please try to do better.

I shop every week at the whole food market in Vauxhall NJ and spend hundreds of dollars everyweek because I like to try different things so a couple of times I end up returning a few items especially bread that easily gets molds because theirs no preservatives and meats because when k come in Sundays most of the produce I only have a day or 2 before the sell by date and since I live 45 minutes away I end up buying them thinking I can always return them. So today after spending over 150.00 I did return worth 15.00 worth of food, including bread they have on sale 2 for 4, no wonder after 2 days it has mold. I brought back blue cheese which the other container I threw away since my stomach hurt, I took back the other container unopened, anyway it was worth 15.00 worth of returns. I don't know if he was the manager but he ask me why I return the items coz it will go to waste. I told him of the thousands of dollars I spend in the store I should never be question why I return things, if I return them it is obvious that something us wring with the item or I am dissatisfied . If I return some I spend more than an average Shopper. For this manager to question me infront of a lot people is unacceptable. Anyway that would be my last to spend money in a store where I have invested money shopping everyweek. I can take my business somewhere else. The policy that they have hanging on their wall that you can bring back anything that you're not satisfied is not true. If someone questions and embarass you. After being a customer for a long time it's time to move on

On Sunday Aug. 28,2011. I went to your Silver Spring Md. store at 5:20 am. The storm from Irene.had mostly past by the area but many of us were without power. Your store and the ones surrounding it had not lost power. When I got to your store there were many of my neighbor standing outside. One of you employees told us the store would be opening at 10:00 instead of 8:00. You had not lost power and when the community could use you the most you were closed. This is not the first time this has happened. Safeway and Giant Foods are always opened under the same circumstance. Eli

I have several complaints. I shop in the Jenkintown store in pennsylvania. This store has gone downhill as some of the others. They definitely lack consistenacy. Not to have plums in the middle of the summer blows my mind. To hear from another employee we could not order the candy due to the manager was on vacation what kind of a lame excuse is that. When you check out and sometimes I said sometimes they ask if you found everything you were looking for and you say no they drop it and dont even bother to try to help. Something is wrong here. I feel there is age discrimination also. I feel if there were more capable employees we the customers would not experience these problems. Good Luck Whole Foods because you need it.

I am a former Whole Foods Team member, as was Prepared Foods Team Leader, Salvatore Campanile. He died due to diabetic complications at 45. He was my love. I have gone to many lengths to have been considered for a 5% day to support Diabetes Research in his name and so many others. Almost three years and still I have hope that Southern California will take it upon themselves to honor this man and to make a difference.

WHOLE FOODS has always been one of my favorite places to shop... As of today I will no longer shop at whole foods because whole foods has promoted islam . They serve halal foods which is the worst inhumane way to slaughter an animal. they promote islamic foods from the middle east and have discontinued Israeli foods. This is a absolute ANTI SEMETIC ORGANIZATION. I am not a Jew but I would not give another penny to support terrorists which is what whole foods is doing. SHAME ON WHOLE FOODS.

Walter?, John?......why is the service so bad at so many of your stores? 98% of the comments are negative! Man that needs to be addressed.

I am writing to request that Whole Foods carefully check the "organic" foods that you have coming from China. China is not known to supply products that are what they say they are. This is an important issue to our health and the extra mney we pay for organic.

I was at Whole Foods in Palm Beach Gardens, Fl. today and had a few free manufacturer's product coupons. The dummy at customer service, Kerry- Ann, couldn't figure out how to ring them properly, then kept trying to pass off my total bill as if the coupons had been rung up but they hadn't. I even tried to help her but she was too stupid to understand. I had to leave without my groceries as I didn't have more than the 40 minutes she had already left me standing there to spend. Even when she called the manager to help, she didn't know how to explain it to him. What a bunch of dummies, I will never go to WF again. I took them up the street to my Publix and it took the 16 year old cashier exactly 3 minutes to ring them.
