Whole food store in Framingham Ma. Very poor rating for this store, I have been shopping in whole foods supermarket for years paying thousand of dollars for grocery. On July 26 I try to get whole cheese pizza .as I did not had time to wait for new pizza to be made I asked to,purchase the on which was already made. The whole pizza was sold for $12.99, the server try to charge me per slice I asked why? I am buying the whole pizza he should not charge me per slice I asked to speak to supervisor and was told that the supervisor said I can get the whole pizza for $12.99 only this time. I asked to talk to manger who came after long while, arrogant and did not try to remedy the problem, actually try to tell me I was wrong. Dear manager I do not need problems with your staff over pizza and your poor customer skills will make you loose customer not gain. Why Whole food supermarket are so arrogant in the dealing with customers I guess you have too much money from us poor people, the only thing is if we stop buying you products you will not have employment.

I visit Wholefoods Folsom, California. I find cashiers there very rude. They make personal comments on what food I pick. I wish Whole Foods has self check-out lanes.

I am dissapointed to say I will no longer be shopping at Whole Foods markets because of their decision to surrender to GMO foods. This decision defeats their purpose alltogether! By shopping there, it helps support monsanto and other goverment owned organizations. I will not buy foods poisoned by monsanto. Too bad they chose to give in instead of sticking out the fight! Shame on you whole foods!!

Tasteless deli, rude employees,overpriced produce seafood and meat- time for everyone to wake up and realize whole foods is a ripoff- will never shop there again- much better alternatives exist

I am a share holder of Whole Foods and want to congratulate you on your food contributions to non profits including public schools and universities. Food specialists not only help Whole Foods but also help those who consult with them learn a healthier way to eat and shop (mutually beneficial). My husband and I love soups and wonder if you could make them thicker and less spicy. Two concerns: packaged wet, moldy blueberries and a dirty store (lots of dust/dirt on the device we slide our credit cards on - perhaps the check out person can be more conscientious and give it a wipe). Otherwise, Whole Foods is a healthy option. Hope someone from there is listening.

Good Evening, I Have worked in retail for over 15 years now, the past nine years was for a major grocery chain, I no longer work for them and would not only love to work for your company but also, bring a breath of fresh air to your deserving customers, my college experience is Culinary arts but I have a passion for people and good wholesome healthy food. When are you going to open a store on the south side of metro Atlanta, GA I understand that whole foods is pricey and cater to a customer base that doesn't mind paying a few cents more for real food. However Henry county georgia would love the opportunity to partake in such a store. So until we get a store on this side of town I guess I will have to drive the 48 miles to fill out an application. We shall see what happens next......

recent employee of giant no training avail for employees low morale between employees at chemical rd store dwayne and wayne dumber and dumber if you know what i mean/ aksed to be shown time clock first day let it go second day still not able to punch in or out etc fend for yourself in this dept and employees like you to be a fool //an employee states to me fill buckets i have not worked in a deli at supermarket dont know lingo went to fill red buckets with santitizer sorry i was not told it meant for deli meats TONY maybe you should find a suitable job you cant train anyone at all I called resolution over weekend and spoke to dwayne whom states we are not going to hold your hand i dont want my hand held dwayne i need to be trained with structure which you dont have is this why food source closed down all you care about is purchasing more stores to have more money in your pocket with the expense of poor training give the money to someone whom can train their employees mr herring doesnt get back to anyone makes his people in HR dept handle calls which are useless to say the least shuana dougherty 3 people to gang up on one employee dont work for giant all dan deli manage states dont uner charge customer it is money from his pocket etc laney t

Despite the numerous times I have asked for my groceries to be placed in my cart, the WF in Santa Rosa/Yulupa does not promote or train their checkers to do so. I have contacted the regional office about my concern, spoken to the site manager Chris, and to this day, the checkers as a whole do not put grocery bags in our carts. I expect this as a token of good customer service. I also expect this because I have shoulder issues. We deserve good service for the more than fair price we pay for our so-so groceries. I see quite a few employees hanging around the customer service desk on any given day. If you're not busy, pitch in for your team WF Yulupa!

Honestly, whole foods is awesome. I find it so funny that there are complaints about whole foods. I mean, of course there are! Have you seen the people that shop at whole foods? The majority are stuck up unhappy people that have something to complain about no matter what. The kind of people who complain to get things for free. A lot of the customers seem to think it's okay to treat the employees like crap, too. I'm sorry they don't sit on their pampered asses all day and use their magical credit cards to buy whatever the he'll they want, but it's no reason to treat them like second class citizens. I heard a customer, an old man, be very rude to a sweet young lady cashier today. He asked her why she had a small tattoo of a leaf on her wrist and after she happily explained it to him, he said "well you'll be regretting that in 20 years." in a very condescending tone. Naturally, she quietly said to him that that was very rude of him to say. And then he called her a "f*****g b***h". So, whole foods customers, why don't you try to improve your people skills? Thanks.

I've enjoyed WF stores since first visiting one in texas. My doctor changed my diet and insisted I eat better whole foods with no pesticides back in 99. Now hyere in MN we've got 3 stores but they have changed from using natural products to chemicals like bleach & other cheaper less-safe, toxic cleaning products. This happened in about 20008-09. I complained & asked why they don't use safer, natural products since they are supposed to exemplify such clean green principles. After 3-4 complaints & one major complaint along w a bad customer service experience w a rude, unfriendly employee, when asking about when they'll change the no-lid policy on the strong essential oil/fragrant bath salts that make myself & other chemically sensitive folk ill; I was ridiculed. The next day I was fired from the store and told by the team leader that the shift leader had said to "get rid of her after my phone call complaint, saying I was abusive- I guess for asking questions to protect my health!! I had a mask on due to the high pollution and my intolerances. I was shocked at the lack of professionalism, concern for my health and inadequate communications skills shown by this man. I've decided Whole Foods does not hire people for their expert skills/experience/attitude/communication abilities & it is really all about the mighty dollar-in the end!!! They don't care if people have a disability & require safer products over toxic ones like bleach; because they have no real greener, healthier policy or Mission for the environment-or they would clearly ONLY use what they also Sell in their so-called natural non-toxic stores!!!

hey folks i want to share my experience at santa rosa ca coddingtown whole foods.. on jun 5 2012 at 330 pm.. i am a foster parent whom i love to work with teens who suffer from social society.. i teach them how to become trustworthy in genral society.. these are teens who have either been mentally mistreated and hurt as they were growing up..and where taken away by cps and placed in foster care... today for the first time in a long time my two teens where ready to start adapting in society. ive been a shopper at whole foods over 30 yrs. i thought it would be a good start for my teens to shop with me at whole foods so i can start teaching my two teen boys how to learn to buy healty foods...as i was talking to my teens we were suddenly approached by store security telling my boys they needed to get out or else??/ very rude with no reason at all!!! i asked why the security responded managers request!!! i ask to speak to manager.. the manager told me he has the right to refuse service to anyone if he felt like it.. and if i dont shut up then i needed to leave too!!! i was very disappointed i told the manager can you please tell me why? he ignorned me and escorted my boys out...in my opinion the manager needs training in sensitivity and respect.. it seemed very obvious the manager was racist and he had hatered all over his face he was very rude and very disrespectful that he even had a smile on his face like if he enjoyed a power trip.. i honestly think that whole foods is going to loose alot of good customers because of this jerk employee!!! but i also think the main corporate don't even have a clue how us good faithful shoppers are being mistreated!!the main corporate should go undercover in the stores where their loosing most of their up to date buget!!! because of selfish power trips of their employees?? i wander if they even care?? i am also going to try to publish this story on 7 on your side and every where i could until im heard or until i know there is new nice respectful managment!!! im not going to stop until the store whole foods is history,,once upon a time!!!!! the end.. good bye whole foods thanks for nothing!!!!! this posting is for the love of my teen kids.. please anyone out there lets make a difference!!!!! On Friday June 1 2012 I purchased a small container of tuna fish from the plantation whole foods in plantation florida and developed food poisoning !! this is the second time at this location I became sick. The first time was after eating soup!!! they need to do a better job of handling the food. I will contact headquarters!

I love Whole Food Market, but there is not one in our area, so I don't get to go as often as I would like to go. I've been talking with some of the neighbors and I felt it necessary to email the Corporate Office to inform you that we would like a store in our part of town. We live in the 77069 area of Houston, Texas (Champions/1960) and would be thrilled to have a Whole Food Market nearby! Thank you and hope to a Whole Food Market in our neighborhood soon!

The Whole Foods in Sebastopol California needs to clean their eating area for patrons. It is always filthy dirty, if you need to eat there you have to wipe it yourself. It is a chronic issue, the windows window coverings, tables, floors, are constantly sticky. Also, the sidewalk benches for outside eating need pressure washing they are black with grime. I wrote countless comments in the suggestion box about it with no improvement so we spoke to one of the managers and he was defensive. So sadly needless to say it remains the same unfortunately. It is a pity they cannot see it, it is a cute store with a great crew of people working there.

whole food stores in santa cruz and capitola california need to train people who work there on customer service. The deli department in both stores are pathetic. I don't see a reason to shop there.If you sell high quality lunch meat, learn how to slice and package it.

I was at whole foods at went to a check out line with approximately five women standing around a counter talking and having fun. When I got to the counter they said the line was close and were very rude and almost menacing about it. It was around three pm . So I go to another line and the clerk became very rude when I didn't feel like talking about my day to her. After she was done ringing me up she asked me " what my problem was " and called me a " bitch. " I felt this was very innaprorpriate behavoir and it is obvious that there is absolutely no manegment at this store or it is not managed very well, unless Whole Foods agrees that this is " good " customer service. IT seems obvious to me that this is a management issue and not soley a customer service issue. If the store was being managed well , this would not have happened in the first place. I called and talked to the manager on duty named Mike. He was also very rude, saying he gave his name t o me twice, because I forgot , and saying I was accusing his employees of something and that they can't trust customers. I think this is very unskilled customer service policy. Recently "New Chapter" has been purchased by Monsanto. I call Whole Foods to protect its customers and stop carrying New Chapter. If u continue carrying this product we shall know that u have sold out to UN agenda21 and no longer can be trusted. Take a stand for American people! thank you!
