I have had my car for 1 year and was never late till now with Wells Fargo and I have had the WORST CUSTOMER SEVICE EVER!!! I am going thru a very difficult time and I called your customer service department to get some help for extension on my car payment. The first female Rep did not give her name and was VERY RUDE to me when I was explaining my Hardship she said "ARE YOU DONE?" and refused to listen to me. Then without telling me transfered the call to what i was told was my asigned Rep Joe, who refused to tell me his name just kept saying how can i help you? When I finally got his first name (did not give last name) and he keep talking over me and refused to listen to my problem, told me to call back when my hardship was over and then hung up on me. There was no SERVICE received from your customer service department and I have been good customer. Now that i need help I get none. I just wanted you to know how bad the customer sevice is in your Auto Finance Department. I am requesting a call back from a supervisor so that proper arrangements can be made to bring my account back to good standing. My Name is Lori Kent and my car is financed in the state of Arizona. I WILL LET EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO USE WELL FARGO FOR ANY SERVICES AUTO OR OTHER FROM THIS EXPERIANCE UNLESS THIS IS RESOLVE QUICKLY! 2009 MITSUBISHI GALANT.
WELLS FARGO SUCKS THEY SCREWED MY WHOLE ACCOUNT UP THEY MADE A MISTAKE VERIFYING MY CHECK AN SAID I WAS TRYING TO COMITT FRAUD WITCH WAS A LIE. THEY HAD CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AND CALLED THE POLICE AN TOLD ME I COULD NEVER COME BACK TO THE BANK. I HAD ASKED WHAT ABOUT MY MONEY AND THEY TOLD ME LOSS PREVENTION WOULD CONTACT ME WHITCH THEY STILL HAVENT AFTER 4 WEEKS. I HAD LOST MY HOUSE BECAUSE THEY ARE HOLDING MY MONEY BECAUSE OF THERE MISTAKE AN I DNT KNOW HOW TO GET AHOLD OF LOSS PREVENTION. I LOST SO MUCH HAVEING AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM. I HAVE BEEN TALKING TO MY LAWYER AND I AM TRYING TO GET THIS STRAIGHT BUT IF YOU FEEL YOU WANT A WELLS FARGO ACCOUNT I WOULDNT THEY ARE A BAD BAD BANK THEY MAKE TOO TOO MANY MISTAKES THEN BLAME US STAY AWAY. ANY BANK IS BETTER THAN THEM THANK YYOU FOR READINNG AND PLEASE TAKE THIS IN TO CONSIDERATION
I went out to eat with my 2 year old daughter and my bank card was declined. I only had 20.00 cash on me, (not enough) so I called customer service and they told me that the card I am using is closed and I need to give them my checking and savings account number. I do not have these memorized. I use this card for everything. I gave them my social sec #, my daughters social, answered security questions too ..but since I could not remember the last purchase amount (exact dollars and cents) they informed me that they can not do anything for me. I told them the name of the store and the dollar amount but since I could not remember that it was $20.32 and not $20.92 they told me to go to a branch (AT 6:30pm)CLOSED. I called three times and when I asked to speak to a supervisor they said no mam. He will tell you the same thing I am telling you. Knowing that I would probably be arrested if I walked out of the restaurant without paying, my husband had to leave work to pay my bill. I went the next day and closed out all my accounts. Customer service did not care about my issue at the restaurant, well being, or how I was going to get home now that they completely closed my main accounts and access to all my funds. The bank informed me that my account was POSSIBLY closed because I made more than 6 purchases in one day????? but they are not quite sure. WELLSFARGO will have no problem leaving it's customers stranded with no explanation and no cash!!
I am officially switching from Wells Fargo and anyone thats offiliated with them. Their service is not what you want! I went to the ATM to deposit money and as always it was conveniently down, so I deposited the money into the night deposit box. Here it is 9:42 and it is still not showing in my acct. I called the branch to let them know that I would like it if they could go ahead and post it because I had some things to take care of this morning. They said they dont usually post money left in the night dep until later. (WTH)! Anyway I explained what was going on and they said they would pull it and post it. Here it is 30 min later and its still not posted. So I called back just to be told that they were short and would get to it shortly, so I asked to speak to the manager. After holding the phone for all of 8 minutes and 15 seconds (I know because my phone keeps track) I finally hang up and call back. Then I am told that she is on a conference call. I hold for about 4 more minutes and hang up and call the so called Corporate office I thought it was. And I talk to some guy name Barry who tells me they have no human resource dept for bank complaints. I said well who do I talk to to make a complaint. He said I DONT KNOW< CALL THE BRANCH MAYBE. Ok thaT'S REAL SMART CALL THE BRANCH WHO ALREADY DOESNT GIVE A FLYING FLIP TO COMPLAIN ON THEM??? Barry was very limited in the knowledge and info he gave me and since he wouldnt give me a last name any bank employee that is high enough up in the company that cares to handle the poor customer service andsituation he can be reached at (800)869-3557 if his name is really Barry which I am beginning to think is not! I just needed to vent my frustrations but today I will be changing my direct deposit and acct to our company's credit union entirely. This is like the 3rd run in I have had since Wachovia swithched to Wells Fargo enough already.
All the banks today have changed since the 1990's. Basically they only want to make big loans only. In the 1990's I could borrow as low as $1500 dollars up to $5000 dollars with just my signiture. Not any more, and if you are a senior citizen like I am on a fixed income you might as well FORGET about trying to borrow ANY amount of money from Wells Fargo or any of the mainstream big banks today UNLESS you want to pledge everything you own to get that loan! WELLS FARGO will not loan less than $5000 dollars to anyone and to get that you got to put up your property and house as collateral for it! My wife and I own a small home and 8 acres of land in Florida-FREE AND CLEAR NO MONEY OWED OUT ON IT. We have a two year old horse breeding operation on it with a nice sized barn. I wanted to borrow $4000 dollars a while back to clear off 2 more acres for pasture and to have a well drilled as city/county water to expensive to be watering pasture grass with. WELLS FARGO would not loan me the money-$4000 dollars citing they would loan me $5000 or more if I would put up the deed to everything we own! Needless to say I told them NO WAY was I going to put up a collateral that was more than 20 TIMES MORE than the amount I was trying to borrow, and me as a senior citizen on a fixed income should not have been used as a EXCUSE to require that much collateral to begin with! TO be truthful about Wells Fargo I have not had any problems with their accuracy regarding me and my wife's bank accounts there. We have banked at our particular bank location now for 10 years. However we only keep enough money in our accounts to keep the accounts open cause the way I look at it is this- WHY SHOULD WE leave any excess money in their bank for them to make interest off of when they want to try and BLOODSUCKER us like a back street PAWN SHOP if we should apply to borrow any money from them!! The bottom line with WElls Fargo is this-- They would rather not make a loan to a SENIOR CITIZEN RETIREE on a fixed lown income UNLESS THEY AGREE TO SIGN OVER EVERYTHING THEY OWN as collateral- BUT they will make a MULTI THOUSAND DOLLAR LOAN TO a NON SENIOR PERSON who is still in the work force making a $100k a year whose NET WORTH is MINUS $520 thousand dollars to include $40 thousand dollars in credit card DEBTS! I know that to be a fact because I am speaking of a friend of mine! He is in debt up to his eyeballs with ZERO NET WORTH, while my wife and I have a net worth over $125 thousand dollars, BUT I AM A RETIRED SENIOR CITIZEN ON A FIXED INCOME SO FOR ME TO BORROW A MEASLY $5 thousand dollars from WELLS FARGO I HAVE TO LET THEM HOLD A DEED WORTH $125 thousand dollars or more,LOL, THEY CAN KEEP THEIR LOANS AND STICK THEM WHERE THE SUN DON'T SHINE as far as I AM CONCERNED! About half or more of the Senior citizens in this small town we live in has already taken their money out of WELLS FARGO BANK and REGIONS BANK and now banking with a credit union along with about 70% percent of the non young retirees in this town. WE will be joining them next month ourselves!
I'll keep this brief, but 3 strikes your out. In the past short while they have shorted me almost $600 of interest, but I caught them so they credited my account, it took them almost 3 weeks to put $33,500 of my money from a certified check they wrote out to me back into my account and now finally I needed a document notarized and they wouldn't do it because the notary has been instructed not to do that for anything having to do with court. I walked across the street to a bank that I have no account with and they notarized it for me no questions asked. My personal banker next day said it was a new state law. She won't even call me now at my request. I withdrew $350,000 on the spot and opened a new account with Anchor Bank. These people have taken arrogance to a whole new level. She did send me an email however saying she was sorry to lose me as a customer, but keep her mind for future.
Wells fargo is the devils advocates home. While they make us suffer an pay by their rules and scam filled policy they want to get as much money out of us as possible. Look at how the deal went down with Citibank, they slithered on their belly along wall street and coiled up to strike. How they went about that deal was absolutely horrible. Wells fargo is going down. This institution will be broken and served justice by the very people whom they scam. They do not care about you and how you are, they just want to impose fees and high interest and repo your cars and forclose your home. They do not care about if you have a family or if you have a place to go. I just wish a billion flyers goes out to every american to not do business with wells fargo. And if they ask why tell them to look up the consumer reports on the bank. 95% of their customer HATES wells fargo.
Hello Every One, My Name is Mrs Barbara Arnold, i live in USA and life is worth living comfortably for me and my family now and i really have never seen goodness shown to me this much in my life as i am a struggling mum with three kids and i have been going through a serious problem as my husband encountered a terrible accident last two weeks, and the doctors states that he needs to undergo a delicate surgery for him to be able to walk again and i could not afford the bill for his surgery then i went to the bank for a loan and they turn me down stating that i have no credit card, from there i run to my father and he was not able to help, then when i was browsing through yahoo answers and i came across a loan lender Mr Prosper Hook who provides loans at an affordable interest rate and i have been hearing about so many scams on the Internet but at this my desperate situation, i had no choice than to give it an attempt and surprisingly it was all like a dream, i received a loan of $35,000 USD and i payed for my husband surgery and thank GOD today he is okay and can walk and is working and the burden is longer so much on me any more and we can feed well and my family is happy today and i said to my self that i will shout aloud to the world of the wonders of GOD to me through this GOD fearing lender Mr Prosper Hook and i will advise anyone in genuine and serious need of loan to contact this GOD fearing man via prosperhooksloancompany.link07@yahoo.com and i want you all to pray for this man for me THANKS
I am posting this on all other sites dealing w/ Wells Fargo complaints & clear, clear, wrongs to their clients. I have heard several complainants suggesting class action or whatever appropriate suits. I too have been cursed,outright called a liar, CONSTANTLY interruped-(never aloud to speak),& after completley working all things out with my bank, was still called a liar & white trash All over a SSI check mistake & 285$. The & in many common thread I am seeing that this is extremely intrusive,& in many cases, defaming & slanderous. I more of these posts than I can count, i have heard serious mention of grounds for a lawsuit. If you agree, plese post back, I will open an email site only for this, & as a group, see if we have legal grounds. Thank you in advance.
I have been with Wachovia since 2003 and never had a problem with them. Wells Fargo is a different story. I deposited a check from my contractor into my account for a little less then 3000.00 I day and a half later, my account is negative and when i called customer service, I was told his check bounced but they would re-run the check back thru since it was his business account. When i called to check on my account i was told by loss prevention (idiots) that the check was redeposited and if they didnt received word from his bank that funds werent available, the money would be placed back into my account on 9-22-11. The funds were placed in my account but I was not allowed to access my account. I called loss prevention again and was told by someone else that my account was in the process of closing therefore I could not access my own money. I go to the branch where i deposited the check and spoke with the branch manager(joke) and she informed me of the same thing. I told her my paycheck was about to hit the bank and i needed to know if i could access it. Of course she took my number down and said let me send them an email and I will call you back. Never heard from her. Friday morning (6 am) I call the bank and was told my paycheck was deposited and i could actually go in and close my account. Before I left, i received a letter from Wells Fargo and it said that my account was closing due to a check that was deposited and later returend for insufficient funds therefore suspending all transactions. The letter stated my account would close on 10-3-11 and a cashiers check would be sent my mail, taking up to 3 days. I drive back to the branch only to find the branch manager was not in, so I spoke with someone else. Loss prevention said the only way they could release my funds is if the branch manager got with her district manager and he appealed the decision of loss prevention. The guy is telling loss prevention that I have had no money since the 14 of September and they said there is nothing they could do. SO the guy calls the branch manager and she says that she tried to call me but didnt get a hold of me, my phone never rang, and she did get with her DM and he said he would not make an appeal to release my funds. So they expect me to wait almost a whole month to get a cashiers check because someone wrote me a check that bounced. That same check cleared the contractors bank on the 19th of September. I called customer service and of course they all tell you different things never on the same page. I told the one lady I wanted to speak to someone else and she placed me on hold for 52 minutes and no one ever picked up the line. They suck and word of mouth goes a long way.
I am very dissapointed with Wells Fargo Mortgage. I have never missed a payment in eight years with with Wells Farge until March 2010. I was physically attacked by my boss on my job resulting my going on medical leave. Wells Fargo representative/collection agency have been very rude and nasty towards me. They told me that they didn't care about my situation they just wanted their money. Now the last representative Brian who is assigned to me has been very abrasive toward me twice in this month of Sept. I would not recommend Wells Fargo to anyone else.
I have found fair lending faults and issues trying to refinance my home, which is with WF, fraud when my bank account was debited for a credit report when no permission was asked, had our credit pulled three times in 45 days when we were only changing mortgage loan typed, tried to call and complain only to be routed to a branch in another state where a smooth talking sales mgr promised to correct all the errors to date. He provided the worst package, the worst service and I should never have thought that this company would fix these issues. I just plan to take these things to the proper governing authorities and let them investigate WF mortgage policies, procedures and problems. DO NOT Go TO THEM FOR A REFI or NEW MORTGAGE. Warning to the wise.
My ex-husband and I had a house together with WF as the mortgage company. My ex, Chris Kuzava failed to make the house payments for 3 months and the house was being forclosed on. I have 2 children, one who is 17 and a 9 year old daughter. I have called your company numerous times and even faxed you a copy of my certified divorce decree which states I get the house. Why is it....when I call your entity, nobody will consult with me...because I am not on the mortgage. I am trying to maintain a roof over my daughter's heads, cannot even make a payment...unless I lie...which I am not willing to do...today. I really don't know what you want from me...Mr. Kuzava lives in Az and could care less about the house, will not respond to my texts/phone calls...and I keep having to talk to his girlfriend...Shawn Hammer....Please give me some advice...God bless
Wells Fargo is a JOKE... They will set up payment plans to get you current and at the end of the prescribed plan, you are still past due. If you make the payment they detailed for the correct amount of time and the end of the agreement you should be current. That's just common sence... Apparently common sence does not apply to Wells Fargo. After I completed the "payment arrangement" I was still past due. Go figure... I am suggesting all of you who have a valid complaint and there must be thousands of us file a complaint with your states Banking and Finance office. Maybe if enough complaints are filed, something will be done... Good Luck!!

I am very disappointed in the customer service I have received from the Wells Fargo on Windy Hill in Marietta, GA. The entire staff has been inflexible and unable to accept responsibility for a $5.94 mistake made by a teller. Instead of owning the $5.94 mistake and taking care of it they have debited my account as if I was the one that made a mistake. They are losing a customer of 17 years over $5.94. Wow!
I find it extremely fasinating that a company sitting on 112 BILLION DOLLARS continues to rape its customers. I will be terminating my accounts with wells fargo after my latest headache. I had a check clear at 12am midnight on the 12, I deposited my paycheck at 9am, the difference was $10.06, but after fees, I was charged $45.00. What????? Upwards of 400%, disgusting. You think I would get some help from customer service?? Wrong they dont care either. So thanks for the years of misery. But you will not have me to rape anymore. However I know you guys will continue to laugh all the way to the bank on the blood and sweat of those who support you. In closing be happy most people are sheep. I give your bank an 0 rating ... the poor service issued to me and my wife ..purchased furn and was financed threw 1st wachovia prior to the name change .. my wife made each month 2 or 3 payment making the acct payment advances.. to our suprise we made a super advance payment 5 months in advance .. my wife get the bill with the total balance and we then made a check for the full amount .. to our surpise they send us a letter stating one late payment and interest.. my wife then calls them and she not able to get information because her name was not on the acct and was treated very disrespectful by csr , i then walk threw my door and speak to the CSR very rude w me as well , I authorize her to speak with my wife and she continues to be rude.. my wife then request she puts the supervisor on the phone and she place my wife on hold ... she then comes back to the phone w.out the supervisor and states I explain your situation to my supervisor and she stated she would clear the fee from acct and consider the acct satisfied.. I then request the send me a letter stating so in which I never recieve .. to our surprise again we get the bill threw the mail again .. So I decided to call again .. the CSR stated I will issue you a one time courtesy but you still have to pay the interest of $7.83 .. I then get upset and stated are you serious...and he stated there nothing he could do about that .. so i hang up head to the bank in person were we used to bank and they appoigized to us , and said they are a separate entity from us ..so we then closed the acct w watchovia now named wellsfargo .. my money will not sit in an bank that treat us so disrepectful and my wife at that .. wellsfargo you just lost 2 acct .. on this taste-less service ..
I am so disgusted with Wells Fargo Customer Service. They are incompetent, everyone you speak to about a matter gives you different information and they do not take responsibility for their actions. Customer service is just horrible. If the company is training them to treat customers badly eventually they will be out of business. My issue is with a credit card which I agreed to be on a program for repayment but things had changed and I wanted them to lower the payment and they refused. So I requested to be removed from the program and 30 days later it is was not done. They do not care if you have to call them a 100 times. I wish they will get their act together.
