Wawa Corporate Office & Headquarters

I went into a wawas today and was very unhappy! All the coffee they was empty except 2. There was only a couple of creamers no sugar and tje trash was overflowing where the coffees are. That was the first time ive seen a wawas with no coffee. Someone needs to oversee the employees better.

I visited a rather new WaWa in the suburbs of Richmond, VA. Their coffee stirrers are not individually wrapped, I mentioned it to the manager that in my neighborhood they are wrapped, I think it's just sanitary.Her answer blew me away-she said "the wrapped stirrers are not even on my order form-they are only for stores in certain areas". By the way, my location in inner city. IS THIS TRUE?

When are you going to do something about people leaving their car at the pumps while they go shop? ! Can't you make one of the island just for express gas? This way people that are in a hurry can come and go without having to wait for people shopping . We have 3 large trucks and 1 SUV that we always filled at WaWa but because of the cars being left at pumps we STOPPED getting gas from you so you LOST over a thousand dollars a month from us!

i'm a diabetic and I stop in wawa every day for cigs, newspaper and coffee. no more splenda which is suitable for diabetes? wawa sweetner to take its place? bad move.

I think that you would benefit a lot if your company were to open up a wawa in the city of Chester, right near the soccer stadium.....especially if it would have a gas station with the wawa..... I hope that you consider my ideal

Store at 7030 s. orange blossom trail 32809 will not provide reciepts of purchace,I have been in store a couple of times since it opened and can never print a fuel recipt from pump"no thermal paper",then when i go in the store I have to get in line,wait again,only to have manager say "I cant print right now"isnt it a law that they must provide a reciept,I cant shop there anymore ,to hard to get reinbursed

It really seem that when I go in for a hot dog ,the rolls are on the stale sid, the hotdogs are over done. In addition you took away the relish and onions, and put those damn relish packets there. On Monday mornings getting a bagel and creme cheese, the bagel is also stale, and the counter isn't cleaned up, so that my bagel tastes like a a sub sandwhinch or taco. What is with the stale food? Also, those coffee containers need to be Cleaned out periodically, not just rinsed out. Stale oils build up and effects the taste of the coffee. You are going to lose a long time customer. The store in question is at the Atlantic City Airport Circle in EHT Twp, N.J.

Very disappointed that the wawa at Littlecreek Rd. And Chesapeake Blvd. In Norfolk, VA has no hand sanitizer in the store.

Our family moved to Florida almost two years ago from Pennsylvania of all the stores we missed wawa the most now there are two and then the Philly pretzels came I just wanted to thank whoever came up with the Florida idea genius we live in the Tampa area and are looking forward to maybe more stores opening closer maybe walking distance

Your 24 hour location is a great idea providing one only thinks they can get fuel and regular fuel station items. But you offer a 24 hour deli. To me this would mean all items are available at all times. I work a midnight shift and have been to your new location in our area 4 times now and each time your deli is out of something I want. Perhaps I'll not shop with WaWa anymore since they only have a item every now and again...very disappointing!!

I came in today and ordered my sandwich. I had to have it made 3 times for them to not but a half gallon oil on it. I paid for an icee and then was told I didn't pay for it. A paid for my son child's they then charged me two more times for the same icee they found out the cashier made a mistake and ring me up for a ice tea not a icee but they still didn't give me my money back now I'm having to try to deal with corporate to get my money back

I could not believe my eyes! I just stopped at WAWA in brei nigsville pa to get a sandwich to take on my ride to the airport. Much to my surprise when I opened the wrapper the sandwich was tiny and made with both ends of a loaf of bread. I never saw such a thing before we save the ends to feed the ducks!!!

I went into my local store last night intending on buying some lunchmeats for dinner. I placed my order and walked away to get some other items. Upon return to the deli counter I realized the clerk was pulling meat from the sandwich station & not actually slicing my meat fresh. When I asked her when it was sliced, she responded "I don't know...we don't slice it here". Now, how would I know how long it can remain in my fridge? This to me is unacceptable. I don't understand how the health Dept hasn't caught up to this practice of not dating meat which we all know can cause illness if it's been sliced more than 3-5 days. I will NEVER step foot in a WAWA ever again. They just lost a long time customer. All WAWA cares about is selling their souls for profit.

Great Job, I just visit one of your Gas station, I was suprise of how nice and clean, you Location are kept, and the service was Great, and fast, Finally we have a touch of the North in Florida with a Great and clean, place were to eat and enjoy , a Sub or coffee in a fanstic looking convinence store, good luck in Florida and dont pay any attention, to some of the people their like to get free stuff, is typical of the Florida, Iv been in the restaurant service all of my life, Keep it up Great JOb!!!!!

First ? Why is you little biscuits $1.29 when they are not homemade and I ask for lite butter and she put enough on both pieces to butter 5 slices of bread and than it wasn't toasted it was just heated up. The price should be no more than 59 cents. And the coffee, carmel steamer and cappuccino's are all watered down. My new stop is definitely Dunkin Donuts. Newark Delaware store # 819, and the store in New Castle on Rt 13 south near Castle Brook the restroom is horrible

I have lived in Orlando for 23 years. I was curious about your opening on OrangeBlossom Trail, but once I tried it.. W O W !! I'm hooked. Cheaper gas than anyone and I haven't missed a meal at WaWa since the store opened! You people ROCK!! THANK YOU!!!

The Wawas in Westminster Md. is the best it is always clean and well stocked , and the people are very friendly. Wawas iced coffee is better than any place that has iced coffee. the taste is great please dont change. Thank you. Bill Farroux

We are so happy Wawa is in Florida and in the Kissimmee area. We have enjoyed several locations and everyone has been outstanding. Great people skills. My husband and I are in sales and it is nice to see that you are training your employess to be customer service oriented.

Plaudits to you for using such a great company to pack your grab and go. Now...could we get some oatmeal? Mc Donald's already has it...and I have to stop twice ...fruit and maple...yum!!!

I could not belive that once again I go into wawa in somers point n buy two of there pretzels filled with cheese n I take a bit n guess what it was RAW. both them were I can't believe that I keep getting them n 95% of the time half of it is still raw. it made me extremely sick n it keeps happen what do u have to do to get COOKED FOOD. fron wawa
