I live in Phila. pa I was at the Parkwood wawa getting gas it was pouring outside. I went in the store to pay for the gas , my son pumped. Only to find out when he tryed the car would not start.I asked a man behind the deli for help. In two minutes there were two men outside pushing my car and then another employee came out and pulled up to my car and gave me a jump ! I mean there wassnt a second guess they just helped. They have no idea that they just helped me make it to my chemo therapy appt. So thank you WAWA. Those guys are angels.

Your French vanilla brewed is awesome. When will you make it for the k-cups.
Fired employee
Sir/mam, I am writing to express my diappointment regarding your decision to fire an employee that fended off a robber at one of your stores. He should have been commended and/or rewarded for his actions, instead he was fired. Someone in leadership is out of touch with reality. David

Why does WaWa allow employees to smoke directly in front of their store entrances? This is a terrible way to greet your customers with secondhand smoke that infiltrates our bodies as well as wafts into your store with food inside. Employees should have an outdoor designated area behind the store out of plain sight and away from patrons. Also, if this is a new policy to ask zip codes for filling up gas, I dont like it. As well as annoying when you allow people to leave their cars while gassing up to go shopping. That's unacceptable.

I am a frequent customer of several WAWA stores. I felt compelled to write to you to express my disappointment and disbelief that you would fire an employee that fought off a would be robber. He protected himself and by fighting the man he fled. That robber could have potentially hurt one of your customers. If it's your policy for your staff NOT to defend the store and customers then I don't feel safe shopping there anyone. You've lost a customer and probably more. Do the right thing....hire the hero back!
WAWA request
We have been extremely pleased with the quality of service and the really great employees that we have dealt with since Wawa came to the Orlando area. The competitive prices on gas is marvelous. We just wish that you would expand to the Village area in central Florida!!!
Manager issues
The wawa at 5048 Ferrell Pkwy, Virginia Beach, VA . had a manager there tonight that was so rude that i left the store and didn't buy anything. His name was Mikeal or close to that not sure of the spelling. I commute to work on a bicycle and stop regularly there and park my bike just inside the outer doors because my bike is expensive. There is no place to lock it up at this location and he would not listen to me he just insisted i leave! Is this how you do business? Forcing your customers away, no. If anything he could have asked me nicely to try to find another place to park it, but he didn't do that. Please look into this manager problem for me thanks.
Unhappy
When into the Wawa on 37 times River as usual to get my small stuffing. Felt alittle lite, when I opened it there was this 1/2 filled container . went back inside and was told they could no longer fill the container, corporate's orders but they'll make me happy this time and do what they usually do witch is fill the container. Corporate I spend money in Wawa and if you're gonna continue to do these silly things I'll have to pull out. Thanks
parking
Why are tractor trailers allowed to park, for long periods of time, behind the stores? So many at times that I feel the situation is very unsafe for cars. Parking in general is a challenge and the trucks only add to the problem.
educate your store employees
Traveling on vacation & heading to 6 flags Jackson nj.stopped for gas at WaWa . My phone indicated we were in clarksburg, but I think it was jackson as 6flags was very close. Before filling up we advised we were paying with travelers check. They refused at the pump. We went in side & they still refuse even when we tried to explain that travelers checks are to be treated as cash. They said no & we got our gas, snacks & drinks elsewhere . Please educate your stores! We should NEVER be refused!
new bread!
worst move for what? Profit over quality. Bad move. My wife and I get hoagies 3 times a week. and will not frequent anymore unless you go back to bakery rolls. Your bread is stale, hard and no flavor. What a mistake!

Bathroom issue
Im a frequent customer at your pennsauken, nj store. Stepped in one night and i stepped into the bathroom only to find a wet floor and a stinch of urine, and toilet paper on the floor,mnot to mention the toilet had urine all over the seat. Lets keep it sanitary guys, please consider adding a hand sanitizer dispenser in store or in bathroom. Thank you.
Replacement for Splenda
I don't know what's in the yellow packets that you have placed in the stores to replace the Splenda, but it leaves a bitter after-taste and I won't use it in my coffee. The cost savings of replacing a good sweetener with a cheaper nasty version isn't worth the loss of sales that may result. Please consider going back to Splenda.
bad customer service.
I am a customer who comes in a couple nights a week. There is a gentleman that is working it is on 3rd shift. He never says hi he always seems like he's in a bad mood. This is in the east Petersburg store. He is cashier. I'm not one to normally complain but when your working in retail it is always good customer service to say hi to. Your customers . It wasn't even busy. I think it would be a really good idea if the gentleman was giving a talking to before you loose any customers. Thank you very much. I hope this matter gets taken ccare of.
gas pumps
I am very displeased with the way Wawa handles people who purchase gas and leave their cars and go into the store to purchase additional items. I live in South Jersey and all the Wawa's do the same thing. I waited 20 minutes to get into an end pump because I was driving a mobile unit for my company. The woman driver was in the Wawa for 20+ minutes while I waited. This is the norm now with Wawa's and it's about time Corporate does something about it. I asked the young man at the pump why they don't tell the people they cannot leave their cars at the pump and then go shop and he replied, " I am not allowed to tell them to move on." Well, I intend to write to Corporate Headquarters to see if anything WOULD be done to correct this situation. There are hundreds of other parking spots for them to move to once their tank is fueled. I intend to tell my supervisor to purchase another gas card for fueling at another location.
Manager Drove Careless Hit my car
I was at WaWa and while attempting to pull out of the parking lot to continue my journey, I was involved in a car accident with the stores assistant manager. She was supposed to have gotten off work 3 hours prior and was in a rush to get home. She swerved over and hit my front end of my car with her passenger tire taking off my bumper damaging my hood, fender, core support, header panel and light, also damaging my frame. She refuses to provide video of accident, told me NOT to call the cops, told me I should just go get full coverage then report the accident so she could get her RIM fixed. This employee is VERY dishonest. I will never go to WaWa again..
Very Bad
I was in a store on sunday in Folsom pa. I bought 1 Pepsi Product which were marked 2 for 2.50 when I got to the register they charged me 1.59 which = 3.18 per bottle I questioned that to find out that it is store policy to charge you more when you only buy one... That is a complete rip off . Simple math 2.50 DEVIDE by 3 = 1.25 some one need's to go back to school.
WAWA on Rt. 30 in Downingtown, PA. Upset that WAWA would allow a large number of pickets holding signs against our U.S. President in front of the WAWA store!. Please advise
