wanted to get pricing from wawa at 36th and Chestnut Streets in Phila PA for a catered work lunch. Called several times and let the phone ring over 20 minutes each time. No answer. Very disappointed.

Hi Im always trying to figure out why the Wawa in Oakly is the worse kept up store. The parking lot is dirty. The shrubs in the front of the store filled with trash.The one in Audubon and Collingswood look good.

I like visiting Wawa but have a concern about the red stir-ups I feel that they need to be individually wrapped because it is unsanitary because when you reach for one you always end up hitting others.So that's my concern.

Stealing from Customers

The wawa in Westampton, NJ is stealing from their customers. My hoagie was supposed to have 3 helpings of meat on my hoagie and I only got 2. This is the 5th time this has happened to me and I am never going back. The GM made my sandwich so this makes me believe that this wawa is doing this on purpose to save money. Absolutely ridiculous. Not every wawa is like this and I am NEVER going back to that store.

Too much for poor service

The frozen coffee drinks at wawa are my favorite, at least 4 times a week I hit wawa for one. So when I saw a new wawa on Basin Rd. In New Castle De. I was happy til i went in for my favorite drink and it was flat, the next time I asked for extra coffee, It was better but this morning I was told I would have to pay extra for more than the 1 oz. shes supposed to put in,$2.99 for a 12 oz.drink, u would think they could get it right!

Dumb marketing

I have passed by your location at rts 175 and 3 in gambrills maryland for years because I didn't think you offered premium gas since there was no listing for it on your street signs. Dumb marketing on your part

Wawa going down hill for sure, I used to look forward to hogie fest. Now the rolls are so terrible I wonder why I stopped again after the first bite. so now they use premade pre packaged lunchmeat and under cooked or burnt rolls. YOU GUYS LOST ME. probably dont care! but if enough of us ride on by YOU'LL CARE

Consumer fraud

Went to wawa in Leonardo ATM says no surcharge. But they charged me 5 dollars to make 2 transactions and charge isn't on my statement. Thought it happen a week ago. But wasn't sure. I had $622. 17 on card for 2weeks for my vacation went to take it out would let me do 500. Then went to do 120 and was declined took out 100. Checked my balance it was 17.and change. This is consumer fraud and I will be making a complaint about consumer fraud tomorrow. thank you

lunchmeat counter

i go in many wawa's. all are great. i miss the fresh lunchmeat counter. maybe corp. could re-think bringing them back.

Rude manager

I visited the Wawa in cherry hill #8311, which I stop in often around 4pm. There was a manager Mike facing the candy and a girl talking to him. He was really rude and ignorant to her, not sure if they were friends or not but he should not have spoken that way especially at work! Very unsatisfied

So disappointed

Like any other morning I went to my Wawa on boot road in downingtown. For my favorite cup of coffee. I was very displeased when I saw the stores manager belligerently walked up to one of the associates who was hard at work and started yelling at him for a reason I do not know. This is one of my favorite stores to shop at, but I do not know if I can return if that is how the workers are treated.

Great wawa

The wawa I visit store #8040 the employee named April Anderson is a hard worker and she enjoys and appreciates her customers every time i come in she always has a smile on her face and is in a great mood she goes out of her way to make sure everyone leaves with a smile and has everything they need her mangers should name her shift manager she deserves it my visits are special because of her

I am shocked to learn that a Wawa employe who committed a blatant act of sexual harrassment is still working for the company. I was in store 794 Lanoka Harbor, last year, when I heard the employee at the register, an older man named Bill, make a very inappropriate comment about my friend. When I complained to the manager on duty he said this was unacceptible and would be dealt with. I recently returned to that same Wawa and noticed that Bill was still working there. Sexual harrassment is a very serious problem and i am saddened to see that Wawa is not dealing with it. Dissatisfied with the look the other way policy!!!

Complaint

I want to make a complaint about the Wawa store at 8049 e colonial st Orlando fl 32817 They always give my change in $5.00 bills and tell me that it is a safety precaution. I pay with $100.00 bills sometimes and this creates a problem and it's unprofessional, why do I have to carry $80.00 in $5.00's, why can't they give me the the proper change in multi denominations. The last time they did this to me Ion 01/16/2014 I refused and changed my mind and went to another station Please help.

Great working crew

I like to say outstanding to Elisa Marchiano, Mark Nazerth & John Rupert all employee's of (MY) Wawa in Pottstown, Pa 19464 these group of young tough hard work men and women go out of there way to see I have the finest service possible each and everyday in inter (MY) Wawa. Nothing like home !! So please take the time to let them know you as business men you care for not just my favorite new friends but all of my Wawa family!!
