I went today to purchase some items from a Walgreen store and found out that my teacher discount was no longer available. What a big disapointment for me. I really felt appreciated by Walgreens and I had a 8.5% pay cut this year. times are hard and I may have more cuts next year if I am employed, Now I do not feel appreciated by your company.

Wow. When I got fed up enough about a specific Walgreen's Pharmacy, here in Fl. & decided to go straight to the top with it, I'm glad I did! I spoke with "Tiffany" and while she has only begun this investigation, I have NO DOUBT she will get to the bottom of it. Having a problem with a Walgreen's? Can't get any answers? Corporate is the way to go. Period. Thank you!!!

bad customer service

on new years day i went to the walgreens located 10090 rushing rd el paso texas at store #10414. I needed a humidifier for my three month old grandson because he was so congested. two registers were open and when there was no one else in line, i asked the male cashier to assist me in getting someone to get a humidifier from a top shelf that i could not reach. he said "i will help you". i waited about 30 min and he just kept standing behind the counter and waited for customers to come. i gave up and flagged down a female employee and she assisted me by getting a stool and got the item for me. i do a lot of shopping at walgreens and usually the employees are very friendly and helpful. i checked out at the cosmetic counter (female employee that helped me) and as i walked by the male behind the counter, i thanked him for nothing and told him that if he worked for me, treating a customer that way, i would fire him. i was in retail mgt for many years and nothing was more important than good customer service. what in the world happened to caring about the customers, the ones that pay the employee salaries and helps keep the business afloat?

Litter all over

I am writing to complain about the 5 or 6 plastic bag wrapped circulars that were thrown on every driveway apron in the neighborhood sometime this morning. It is litter, as far as I am concerned, clearly labeled Walgreens liter. Bad for your corporate image. Certainly not a corner of health and happiness, or environmental sustainability.

TODAY IS 12/312 THE PHARMACIST REFUSED TO FILL A SCRIPT FROM THE DOCTOR BECAUSE SHE DOES NOT LIKE MY SON OR HIS FRIEND AND STATED THAT THEY COULD COME BACK WHEN ANOTHER PHARMACIST WAS THERE TODAY TO GET IT FILLED , OUR FAMILY HAS GOTTEN OUR SCRIPTS FILLED SINCE THEY OPEN IN RIVERVIEW , WE DONT NEED YOUR RUDE PHARMACIST, ,OUR BUSINESS WILL GO ELSEWHERE....

Put the date you can refill a prescription on the plus plus the date you can no longer refill your prescription bottles. I have ordered my perscriptions over the phone, a recording saying my prescription will be refilled. Then I go to the store to get it., The girl behind the prescriptioin counter says "Sorry, it is too early to give you your prescription, Why doesn't the recording say that so I don't go to your store for NOTHING. I used to get e-mail saying that I could now order my prescriptions. Where are they? They no longer come. I run out of pills, no e-mail message was sent, and now the pharmacists says "Sorry but the last date you could have refilled was ______. Put the dates when a prescription ON THE BOTTLE as to dates it can be refilled. I am sick of going to the store for nothing. Clean up your act before I move my prescriptions to another drug store.

Watch out if you make a complaint, because instead of improvement, accountability, and professionalism from the "Professional" pharmacy individuals. If you think you are going to get better customer care when you go back. It gets worst. Moving to another pharmacy. I really liked their store. Too bad.

My husband and I fill our RXs at the Bemidji, MN Pharmacy. We have since it opened. My sister also filled their RXs at this same Walgreens. They have since taken their business elsewhere, because of driving 60 miles to get the meds, only to find out that they were not filled for some reason or another. We are having the same difficulty. 2, 3, 4 trips later, we may get 80% of our meds filled. Then we are told each time to call our Dr's and pester them to get the RX faxed over. Why should we do their work for them? We do not get the paycheck for our work, gas, time, and effort. This Walgreens is relatively new, and I hardly ever see the same associates working there. Seems there are problems from the inside, and outside. Slow and pokey service, billing wrong insurance, price always different for same meds, and lack of customer service, makes for a crummy shopping experience. Please clean up your act. Customer service within Pharmacy in Brentwood ca

My wife & I have used Walgreens Pharmacy for many years now and have been very happy. But, recently the service has not been very well. We have many times waited over 30 minutes in drive thru with only one car in front of us. And tonight we went to pick up a prescription at 8:50 p.m. . There was no customers waiting inside and no cars but us waiting outside. We waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the window. The girls inside were assisting the pharmacist and not paying attention to the drive thru window or counter. Once the girl did come to the drive thru window, she greeted us with an attitude as if we were bothering her. She was not corgial or very polite. If this kinda of service was to continue we would change to a different Pharmacy. We hope Walgreens can remedy this type of behavior of it's employee's. And if it's helpful, it was the Walgreens pharmacy on the corner of Lone Tree & empire in Brentwood CA. on this day 9/13/2013. This is not the first time. Thank you.

Today I had an horrific experience at the Walgreens store in Boynton Beach, Florida store #4176. I went to make a purchase at Walgreens around 2:00pm and handed the cashier 2 coupons. The cashier was uncertain what to to do with the coupons so she called the manager. I have never been so humiliated in my life. The manager began to tell me that I couldn't use the coupons and "you can't do that" saying it as if Inwas trying to do something illegal. He Was loud and when I explained I had read Walgreens coupon policy he asked "who is the one who works for Walgreens ma'am" I than asked if he had a copy of the policy he refused to get the coupon policy. He never offered an alternative or said what he could do he told the cashier I didn't want the products and voided my transaction and walked away saying "You can't do that". I would never step back in a store that has that management that treats its customers in the way I was handled today. I wonder even about the corporate office since the manger acted as if it would have been his delight for me to call corporate office. And when I called to file a complaint the customer service never asked me what the manager's name. Walgreen's may have lost a family that enjoyed shopping there until today.

The pharmacy department at your store on Devon/Milwaukee needs to be inspected as there have been many mistakes both with amount of pills being incorrect and also wrong prescriptions being handed out. I have personally been on the receiving end of 3 mistakes this past year. I would like to add that the auto-fill is being taken to far. Prescriptions are filled that are not meant to be automatically done. Though I do appreciate cetain scripts to be auto refilled, you need to also let people refill others on their own terms.

Recently I went to the Stevens Point, Wisconsin Walgreens I was told that I could not get the discount/SALE price marked because I needed to have a WALGREENS CARD...than take down the SALE SIGN that is false advertising....did you not learn from the HANCOCK FABRICS ordeal.They had all the personal information of their customers in COMPUTERS and it got stolen....that is terrible!!!~!!! And you want my information to just shop at Walgreens NOT...HAPPENING I WILL SHOP some where else!!!!!!!!! Get rid of the Walgreens card because I do not want a CARD to get the SALE price !!!!!!!!

I want A pharmasist to be reconized for beyond the call of duty. i have been on medication every month for 12 yrs and i have had a lot of problem with all the pharmasist understand my metal and emotional condition. always seeming to judge me for the medicine i took .Now i think one phamasist deserves some reconition for being considerate and helpful of my needs . ALl i can say in this small town of RED BLUFF <CA on MAIN st. Walgreens . all i know is his name is "BOB" NO ONE HAD ME DO THIS ,I FEEL HIS WORTHY OF RECOGNITION,AND BE REWARDED. got harrassed becuz I parked in Walgreens parking lot by a manager standing outside who had nothin better to do. Then followed me inside to harrase me even more cuz I got his name and told him I would speak to his superiors about him. Walgreens is NOT the Store for anyone with this type of behavior.

customer how to maintan relationship between a customer and retail help manager much teach reatail help that the customer no matter what yes { the customer is always rigth } most customer come to tht wallgreen becouse of a neccesety and really what to get something that will help them. whaeter its a medice with a script that they just brougth in or its becouse they want to munch on something or they need candle ,or they have a toothake the retail help should realize that this customer are the base of they salary and with out the customer you have no store , managers teach you retail help to be nice it doesnt take a lot of effort it the good of the bussiness and if you want to generate sales gaing thats the way to do it ceo take note it doesnt take much just be nice it ripple ones its started your friend and customer mr. happy

I just reviewed a receipt from 10/7/12 from a Walgreens store in Columbia Missouri. I am extremely upset that I was charged additional money for a contribution to Susan G. Komen,; which I was not asked to do or had any knowledge of. I feel Walgreens has stolen money from me. I have tried to contact the Columbia store but to no avail. I have nothing against Komen, but I will not stand for money being taken out of my pocket for any not for profit without my knowledge.

Yesterday my son and I waited in line at the drive through for his medication for 25 minutes!!! We told the clerk that we had waited that long and his reply was that the person ahead of us had insurance problems. It seems to me that this person should have gone into the store to fix his insurance problems. Is not the drive though a drive through. We talked to the manager and she was very discourteous. I think Walgreens needs better customer service and management. No wonder their stock is falling!!!
