always shorted on my prescription

I was shorted on my pills the last 3 times i have been at store #03314 located at 5400 pearl rd.parma ohio.44129 .they always say they need to count the machine and of course the counts are always on. There for i was charge for my meds cash no insurance there for its in full. I think its time to contact the proper people and make the pay for what they are doing.. to top it off how many other people get theres taken. Like the elderly that needs there meds and that are on a fixed income.and the insurance companys pay for things that there costumers are not getting..we need to shut these theifs down for good....

TERRIBLE customer service!!!!

I have a foster son that went to see his mother over the weekend. While he was there he got body lice!! Well I didn't even know anything like that existed. So when I went to the dr he just gave us all Prescriptions for it. I NO lie dropped them off a week ago and have called everyday to see if they were filled and EVERY single time they say they are missing some of the Ingredients!! That it will be done tomorrow! Well, now I'm pissed off cause I am leaving town. And today I've called 3 freaking times and the man EVERY time says that I never dropped anything off at their location. So he puts me on hold only for me to HUNG up on!! What is happening?! We get ALL our meds from y'all. But keep this up and we are going to Walmart or somewhere else!! Get people that can work with people!

customer service

the walgreen store in kansas city,mo on antioch rd and vivion, they play there music way to loud and its awful music, when i complain about the loudness , all they say is they have no control over how loud it is and cant turn it dow, the maanger was laughing at me for being so complaining, when i have complained about this before, he says no one else is complaining, the music is set for very young people, wich is what the manager is, so i dont believe him, i will take my business else where, and hope you go out of business soon.

Refused to fill prescription

Went to walgreens in Immokolee Fl to get my husbands prescription filled after spending hours at hospital getting MRI of his back (which is in very bad condition) and the doctors office and the pharmacist stated that he did not feel comfortable filling his prescription. We ask Why?? He stated that was his personal opinion and walgreens policy. He told us to call walgreens corporate offfice to find out why and my husband stated "we are here at walgreens talking to you why won't you tell us" he had no answer or explanation for it. Went to another walgreens where I get my meds filled for years and that pharmacist stated that since my husband had ahis last prescription filled at Walmart he had to go back there to get it filled. This is totally insane the way they treat customers that have a medical condition and have the meds to fill but refuse. How can this be legal??? This is a legit prescription and legit reason to have the prescription and still they go against doctors orders and refuse to fill meds?? REALLY?? I will NEVER go back to them again and advise anyone that really has a serious medical condition and trying to fill your prescription will more than likey experience the same thing we went through with 2 walgreens. They SUCK.. Find another pharmacist.

manager resprect

Recently I was shopping in the Washington Township Walgreens on Gantown Rd. I could not believe my ears. The awful things the manager was saying to this young beautiful lady(an employee) was so disturbing. He was telling her she didn't neet to eat she was fat. By all means she wasn't fat. Maybe a little chunky. Would he treat his children with such disrespect. People have feeling. This is a form of bullying and should not be tolerated in the work force. Maybe Maybe you need to reevaluate the people you have hired for these positions. I will be sending more to corporate . disgusted customer

Mail Order

The mail order division employees complete idiots. Really. They read from a script on the computer screen, and get you off the phone as quickly as possible. I've been waiting 44 days for a prescription to be refilled.for my 90 year old mother. I'm contacting the Deerfield office today and we'll see how that goes..

store on west state st in tennessee

every time i go to wallgreens on west state in bristol tennessee, the service is so slow in the pharmacy. i use the drive in and it takes about 20 minutes to be waited on and there is only one person in front of me. or if i am the first person in line, it takes about 10 minutes to be waited on cause they are waiting on the people at the counter. my Husband goes to cvs pharmacy and waits no longer then 5 minutes to be waited on, if there is a car in front of him...it is unacceptable to have to wait so long to be waited on at wallgreens. you need to hire more staff, or organize your pharmacy in a better way. if not i am going to take my business to cvs pharmacies.

Over charged for prescription

I brought a prescription that was written for a generic pain killer, so my father who is terminally ill, and has no prescription insurance. The attendant never told me that they don't carry the generic, so she filled it with the non-generic, costing my father over two hundred dollars of what the cost would have been at another store for the generic. I called corporate and was given absolutely nothing refunded. Not to mention the attendant lied when asked about the situation.

Hiring Pharm Tech as a "cover"

My son was hired as a Pharmacy Tech. He is certified and not an intern. When he was hired they said they would cross-train him on registers in retail before putting him back in the pharmacy. They have his certification hanging on the wall, and after 5 months they have had him in the Pharmacy for a total of about 40 hrs total. He has asked the Mgr many times what the deal is. And the Pharmacist wants him in her dept because waits can be about an hour. It's ridiculous! The mgr has since said that his certification is up on the wall in case he is audtited. What a jerk to mess with someone's talent and hard earned knowledge. He even toldothers if they ask for a day off to go for an interview- they are fired. Walgreens needs to pay for everyday they had his certificate on the wall and had him stocking shelves or running front register. Considering talking to a lawyer about this. He never applied for anything other than Pharmacy. Texas

The Walgreen's store #10356 made a mistake by chargeing twice for same prescription. When confronted they did nothing. Instead they sent in a report stating a bad check was issued which made my life miserable. Even after I showed them that the check was paid they did nothing. I have taken my file to the store and I can't get any response from store manager. I guess I'll have to get an attorney

Waxing floors

Just this morning i stop by a walgreens 1963 calle loiza san juan, puerto rico around 6:15am and to my surprise they were waxing the floors. They had blocked off some aisles and those were the aisles i needed to get some OTC meds. I was furious. Of course all they were saying that the floor was wet. There was not a manager in sight. Why don't they do that at 2 AM! Had to leave without the meds. Terrible terrible customer service. It has been years since since i have bought rx meds there they are higher than local pharmacies.

Customer service none

Walgreens in Hopewell, Va on has no customer service skills at all. My sister and I were dropping off and picking up a prescription from this hopewell va Walgreens store.when asked how long it would take the young woman stated 15 mins. We stated we were going to sit in our car because we both were sick and were trying not to spread germs or get anymore.the young woman then said "well if you're not back in 15 when we call your name it will take 1 and 30; which makes no sense if you call our name in 15 that means its already done.we came back inside and stood behind the "enter" pole eagerly waiting for someone to ring us up.the cashier was on the phone, hung up shortly, started typing and we stood there for 10 mins. The pharmacist then looked at us a couple times but then put his head down as if we'd disappear.still no one acknowledged us.then 3 people got in line behind us and we all waited.finally the girl who rang people up at the drive thru came and rung us up, then the girl that was originally at the cash register typing took another person.i dont understand why we had to wait over 13 mins to get acknowledged and rung up as the line grew longer and longer.the worker's attitudes there are very poor and I would hate to refer someone here without them getting their customer service skills in check.

Customer Service

I am a pharmacy customer at the Modesto, CA Standiford store. I want to let you know the staff are always kind and helpful. They know me by name and I appreciate all the staff at this store. The photo and store employees are the nicest and friendliest to their customers. They go out of their way to help you. I decided to send this review because I am very fortunate to be a customer at Walgreens.

The Walgreens pharmacy on S.W. Military Dr. in San Antonio Texas is the worst for customer service. If calling to check on the scripts, I am immediately placed on hold and asked several times, when a customer rep finally comes to the phone, what I am needing just to be placed back on hold again. I have just waiting over 17 minutes to finally get someone to help me. The results of my questions are:they are either out of medication, or waiting to call the doctor about my medications. There have been times that it has taken up to three days for the pharmacy to fill my script. This is a waste of time and resources. Taking my business elsewhere!

For several months the service of the pharmacy of your store located in the San Marco shops in Delray Beach Florida has been dreadful. Normal waiting time to pick up a prescription is a good 30 minutes and I have walked away at times rather than waiting. I have had it with that store and will be switching to CVS.

I think walgreen service has dropped so much because of very poor customer service. The people that work for them has no people skills and no concern for the needs of the customer. I have been dealing with a lift chair for my mother that I odered in November and it is January 11, 2013, I still don't have the chair and my card has been charged. I need to contact legal to get my money.

Pharmacist

I was a pedestrian hit by a car several months ago. I went to get my rx filled there, have been using this same pharmacy in Rockville Maryland for months, the female pharmacist came over to tell me that she was not comfortable filling my perscription from my doctor. I am so upset and appalled by this, I will take my prescriptions as well as both of my daughter prescriptions to another pharmacy and will no longer take my business to any Walgreens store again.. What a complete disappointment. I will tell others as well.
