Wal-Mart Corporate Office & Headquarters

I purchased tires from wal mart about 2 years ago and also purchased road hazard protection. I had a bad tire were it blistered on the side so I took it to my local Big O tire shop were they put on a used tire for free. I then took the old tire back to walmart and they want to put it back on the car to see the blister. I feel they did not beleave me but why would I bring it back if it was not bad?????. I see why wal mart has so many complaints. We have let them turn into a little goverment. If there was other stores that could match they prices wal mart you would be out...

I was once a dedicated Wal Mart Customer for many years. As you can probable tell, I am no longer that dedicated customer. I am so disappointed in Wal Mart the I very seldom go in there anymore. Wal Mart portrays itself as am employer that cares for its employees, but I know this is not true. My daughter was an employee at the store on Hanes Mill Road in Winston Salem,NC. She has had problems during her adult life but when she was hired at Wal Mart, I saw a change that I never saw possible. She would go into work any time she was called and would work late whenever asked. There were other people in the department that would go on extended breaks, wander all over the store instead of staying in their department and performing their job. They are still employed so evidently hard work and dedication is not what Wal Mart requires. She was in the hospital the last of November with a serious kidney problem. Her family received a call in early December that her mother in law who was out of state was in critical condition. They left of Friday and the mother in law passed away on Saturday night. Susan had planned to return home on Sunday to go to work on Monday, and after the death was unable to do so. Whe she returned she was terminated. What kind of company if Wal Mart. We do not have any control over this kind of destiny. I have been to the Wal Mart on Peters Creek Parkway. The deli clerk acted like I bothered him to have to wait on me and then yesterday, the shelves were not stocked. I do not expect to receive a reply to this, but I am sending a copy to corporated headquarters. I guess if you work for Wal Mart you better not get sick or have a death in your family. That is unexcusable.

The Wal-mart in Selmer TN is a sad excuse for a store.They have messed up my husbands w-2 and wont fix it and this is a major deal.They lie constantly. they over charge for everything.They fire people for no reson they want employees to lie for them .When they dont comply they get there hours cut.this store should be closed and replaced by a store that will actualy help people.I will be going to the local newspaper with this,I wont stop until these people are fired.This is outragous someone needs to fix this store.

I WENT INTO WALMART TO GET AN OIL CHANGE DONE ON THE 31ST OF JAN. AND THE CAR WAS RUNNING GREAT. I HAD NO LEAKS ON THE CAR. THEN I GOT THE PAPER AFTERWARDS SAYING I HAVE A TRANSMISSION PAN LEAK AND AN OIL PAN LEAK. SO I LOOKED UNDER THE CAR AND SEEN A BIG PUDDLE OF OIL ON THE GROUND. AND SEEN THE TRANSMISSION LEAKING. SO I CALLED THE WALMART HERE IN ZANESVILLE OHIO AND THE ASST. MANAGER BOB TOLD ME THAT IT WASN'T FROM THEM, THAT THEY DONT TOUCH THE PANS. BUT I DROVE THE CAR FOR A WEEK STRAIGHT AND NOT A SINGLE LEAK DETECTED. AND NOW THAT EVERYTHING IS LEAKING AFTER THE OIL CHANGE I CAN'T EVEN DRIVE THE CAR. I THINK WALMART NEEDS TOO HIRE PROFECIONAL MECHANICS INSTEAD OF THE ONES OFF THE ROAD. MAYBE THEN WE WILL NOT HAVE TOO WORRY ABOUT AN AMITURE DOING THE JOB AND LYING ABOUT THE JOB. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR TO WALMART AGAIN BECAUSE IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO IT WALMART WONT PAY ANYTHING TO FIX IT BECAUSE THEIR STIFLERS AND DONT CARE ABOUT THE PUBLIC LIKE THEY SAY THEY DO.

I was wondering what the employee policy is on dating>? My daughter in law is who is married to my son is having an affair with one of the managers at the store she works at in burlington,nc on garden rd. I have called the store manager matt adams but it doesn't seem to bother him. I have tried to call the district manager anthony soto several times but he is never available. For a store like this that prides themself on family values and they let stuff like this go on between employees is totally absurd. I think that both employees should be dismissed becasue of moral conduct in a business place. I also have tried calling corportate to get the personnel policy on this but no one answers the phone there either. Poor managers, poor employees is what they employee to work at there stores.

Your MP3 download site is terrible. About half the time I login to my account all of the information pages are blank. Worse than that is nearly every other time I download a song your site says it has downloaded but it's nowhere to be found on my computer. I think I will do my MP3 download business elsewhere until you find a webmaster that knows what he or she is doing. Your current one is clearly incompetent.

i just went into the walmart on 52 ave and indian school in phoenix,AZ to return some items i had purchased. i cant believe the way i was treated .......

i have worked at walmart for 18 years and all of us are just a drop in the bucket it is much worse than this they have written rules that no one follwes and unwritten rules that they make up as they go they do as they please and corprate dont care walmart can go under as fast as they went up

I recently visited your Anderson, California Super WalMart Store. What a nice place! The shelves were stocked, the staff were friendly and helpful. There was even one lady walking around asking if she could help customers find what they were looking for. My compliments to the manager and employees of the Anderson, California Super WalMart Store. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I can't say the same for our local Anchorage, Alaska stores, they are filthy, the employees are not helpful and/or they don't speak English and the shelves are empty. I have been three times to the mid town store on Benson Street and they don't have the Emergen-C Joint Formula vitamin drink on the shelves and I have purchased it there many other times. dear sir I bought a sanyo camera for xmas for my daughter I had to bring it back becouse it would not charge they replaced it with out a problem. when they gave me the receipt I put it somewhere and i now can not find it the camera touch feture is not working so my wife tryed to reurn it for an exchange of the same camera she had to wait for the manager to come over for about an hour and when he finally came over he was very rud and still would not swap it out for the same camera what ever happened to your highly advertised return policy?

I have been working for wal-mart for 12 years and am a department managerfor 10 years out of those 12 years i have never been coached or talked to about anything i have done wrong until we moved to our supercenter. i had called in sick one day in august and then one day in december had been coached for my performance in a department i just got into that i knew not much about with no training i did my best and within a month i was coached now in december of last year i got the flu and was out sick for 3 days i started feeling better and decided to go in the following day i could not make the whole day and threw up and i went home after talking to my manager. i called my assistant manager during this time and asked if i was going to get in to trouble or get fired because i couldn't work because i was really sick those days she said don't worry we'll talk when i get betterthey sounded soo concerned and made me fell like i had nothing to worry about so when i got better i came back and was called into the office and was wrote upfor my call in's. i had called in on the 29th and was off 2 days and she said that was one unexcused and when i came in that friday and left it was also an unexcused if where to have just stayed home that would only be one instead of 3 in that one month now i have within the last 6 months i have called in 4 times one in august 2010 and 3 in december and with the coaching i had in may or so ago it caused me to have a written now she say's i have to have no callins until june of this year. plus i call to ask her about the snow we had here last week if i where to call in because i couldn't make it would i get into trouble she said it wasn't up to her or managment that it would be up to home office. so i took the chance and went to work it was bad out on the roads that day when i got to work there was 18 callins that day and someone told me that that day was concidered a excused because of the weather. Now i feel like they are trying to get me fired and i have done nothing wrong but be sick she said it is the policy that you cannot have more than 4 callins in the 6 month period where can i see the policy for associates. plus if i get talked to about one thing and i do another thing that adds up in to all this this is wrong.

I have been sick with several femal problems since april 2010 i asked walmart for a medical leave and then i needed to take a personal leave because of further trouble concerning my nerves i have been very sick and each time walmart needed paperwork from my doctors they got it last week 1/18/2011 iasked for help to get apersonal leave again and was told they would SEE WHAT WE CAN DO. today i called to let them know my doctor was sending them info that i needed more time to recover they told me BE AT WORK ON MONDAY 1/24/2011 or there is nothing ican do . BEFORE THAT CALL I SPOKE WITH CORP. THEY SAID IT WAS THE MGRS CALL TO HELP OR NOT HE CHOSE NOT TO HELP.NOW WHAT DO I DO I LOVED MY JOB BUT IT DOSENT MATTER TO THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT IN MY POSTION I HAVE A FAMILY AND I NEED INSURANCE BUT I AM JUST NOT WORTH KEEPING. It is not up to The government or Walmart to dictate what I eat. I will encourage everyone not to shop at Walmart. It is funny what kind of deal did you all make with the Government last I heard you were being sued by a group. Makes me wonder all of a sudden...

I am a unloader at Walmart I do not like it at all they make me work until the truck is done with out any breaks one time the truck was not done till ten at night I worked almost six hours befor I got a break they make us skip our breaks all the time the managers treat us like we are dirt one manager threw shrink wrap at me because I could not find it and one time I had on shorts because I did not have any thing clean so he made me go outside and pull in 25 pallets in 20 dagree weather he is very rude to us I hate working there if I did not have bills to pay I would have quit a long time ago so for all the people who say Walmart is bad it is take it from a worker

walmart is unfair they say if you need any thing will help.. well when i was stranded and couldnt make it to work for 3 days did they bother to help... HELL NO!! and then i got fired.. economy sucsk for every one except walmart so they dont care if they fire a single momther of 3 who then has to move to streets with her kids cause cortez,colorado walmart fires her.. SHAME ON YOU WALMART..... and your stores are so unorganized. espeacilly the one in colorado to many bosses that just wanna boss round and not occasionally help out..
