I went to the North East MD Walmart with my dauhter to grosery shop.While shopping we saw two guys pushing past customers,hideing behind shelfs,acting very strange. When I said to my daughter I was calling 911 one of the guys tried stop me buy acting like he was going to atack me.When this did not work he called for his partner to come over.His partner said they were store secruity when I asked to see there bages or security ID both said they had none.Then the ast manger walk over said they were store secuity.They then said we had leave store.After leaveing we went to State police barex they said we should have had police come to store that security was very unperfsnial.And that they would send tropper over to talk to securtity so this would not happen again.
I was an employee at Walmart and they are very unconsiderate of their employees.I went to management several times about problems I was having with other employees to where they where making me feel uncomfortable stressed depressed etc in my workplace. Instead of moving me from the department of actually doing something about the situation they terminated me. This has happened several times at this particular location they get rid of the victim instead of the people causing the problems.
My daughter went to Wal-Mart in Hillsboro because she had a bad tire. First they tried to sell her the wrong size tire. Then they broke her tire sensor. When I got on the phone with them they said they would allow us to take the car to the dealer and have the sensor fixed and Wal-Mart would pay for it, but when asked for them to put it in writing and they would not. So they gave her a tire. Now I am going to have to pay double the price of the tire to fix the sensor. I do not know what happen to the service at Wal-Mart, it use to be awsome and now it is down right poor. Greed always makes a good place bad...

I shop wal mart store 1860 in Elkton md I AM WOUNDERING WHAT HAPPEND TO THE EMPLOYEES ? ALL THE HELP AND FRIENDLY FACES ARE GONE .WHY DOSE YOU ASSITENTS AND MANAGERS YELL AT EMPLOYEES . ONE WOULD THINK THEIR IS MORE RESPECT TAKEING ONE ASIDE WOULD BE BETTER ! BRING BACK THE HAPPY FACES ! THE HOLIDAYS ARE COMEING
August 2012 I went into the store to make a purchase. Alarm went off. No greeter present. (Later said was at lunch.) When I started out of store with paid purchase and receipt the alarm went off. Greeter called me back. I showed her the bag of purchased with paid receit. I told her the alarm went off when I came in store and that joint replacements may have set it off. Sometimes that happens when going in and out of stores. Even tho she had searched my purchased bag with receipt she searched my purse. She found nothing. I called and complained to manager he said he would handle the matter. I called back next day and he would not talk to me. I emailed corp. office by email and they inorged me. I was ignored by manager and corp. office both. I turned it over to the better business bureau and they also said after two attempts that it was ignored. It was the store in cleveland tn. at Keith street. I cannot believe that they are allowed to ignore these complaints.
Well, for starters, Walmart Management will cut hours so they will get a bigger bonus, yet expect the employees that are left to do twice as much work in half the time. I have been paid cash because management took 15 months to get it thru their heads that I was not going to back down, and they never did report it to corporate payroll. In June of 2009, I was injured in the deli. Management asked me to cover the departmet managers break, which in turn lasted 1/2 hour,then the deli got busy and I was TOLD to stay. I worked in the produce department so I was not wearing safety shoes. Needless to say I am now the proud owner of 6 jacks, 2 ages, 3 fused discs, 4 shaved vertebrea, 2 bone grafts, and permanent nerve damage. As to which corporate will not acknowledge. I have yet to be approved for therapy after 2 years since my surgery. Excuses ranging from I was getting chiropractic care, even tho I wasnt, to then not understanding why I was driving 10 min from my home to use equiptment in a gym that was safe to use and not ready to fall apart. When I was told I needed to go back in Dec of 2009, they sent me a schedule and what I would be doing. In Feb of 2010, I was told that the IME doc said I could go back. They used the excuse that my daughter brought my papers in. Then it was because Tiffany Neal Lucas was now the department manager and she would get me on the schedule. It took a month. I went without being able to pay bills or buy food because she only got me back on after my lawyer called. I can prove all that I say. So, if anyone would like to contact me please feel free.
I WILL NO LONGER SHOP WALMART !!!!! EVER !!!! I just heard on my local news that the walmart store on ierland road in south bend indiana is selling assualt weppons . I will not support a company who fills it has to undermine my safty, who fills it must put wepons in the wrong hands. This just completly baffles me. GOODBYE WALMART !! I would like to first say that I am a big fan of Walmart and have been so for many years.The reason that I am writing this review is to inform you of the Los Angeles location 4101 Crenshaw Blvd Los Angeles, CA 90008 Phone: (323) 299-8014. This is by far the worst customer service I have experienced at any Walmart, or any store period. I hate to drive all the way to the store to find that what I need is not on the shelves, but in stock where then I have to wait 30 minutes to 45 minutes and three Walmart associates later. I then started to call and make sure that what I need is there. Tonight I called and asked for a particular department, and was put on hold for thirty minutes. While on hold the line clicks over and I hear the employes yelling and screaming where to put whatever it was that they were doing. I hang up the phone and call back. Same person answers and puts me on hold again. I wait 10 minutes before I hang up and call again. Before I let the Walmart associate put me on hold again, I ask her if there was someone that I could speak to such as a manager. She tells me that she would have to put me on hold again and I almost lost my mind! The customer service is very lackluster and needs to be attended to. I spend a lot of money with Walmart and can easily take my business elsewhere, and convince my friends to do so also. Please do something about this!!

i have lived in South carolina for 22 years and i have witnessed the deli manager treating his employees like they are dirt. lets just say he got fired.. and also yesterday i was in the TR store on benton rd and a casjier got rude with me for no reason and even stood there and yelled at me she was lucky i didnt reach over the counter and jerk her up and whoop her ASS!!!! i am really thinking about not ever shopping at walmart again i am totally disgusted with the way these cashiers are acting here latley ,,,REALLY PEOPLE IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB FIND ANOTHER !! I went to get groceries saturday 9-29-2012 at London Ky walmart around 10 pm and left around 1145 pm. when I went to my vehicle there was a bowl of food from taco bell dumped on my windshield and the bowl left on my car. I parked far out from the store to keep my car from being hit by the damn carts and when I call into the store and talk to the manager he said that your cameras dont reach out that far. well just about a month ago my car was hit by a cart and I called the police and had your London store managers to go out and see where I had parked and they supposedly pulled the tape and watched it and said that a cart rolled out of the cart corral and down the parking lot into my car but wouldnt allow me to watch the footage. but like the police officer said "walmart has working cameras inside to watch their shit but the customers have to fend for themselves". this cop said he is always going to this walmart for the same shit. well guess what I will no longer shop at your store and I will be encouraging my family and friends to no longer shop with you and though it may not affect your multi million dollar company you wont get our money anymore.. Hell what I alone pay at your London store (with money not damn food stamps and welfare checks, hard earned money) it would pay for a nice serviellance system monthly. In case you are wondering why Im so pissed off over this shit is I have a nice 2010 Camaro that I went through school got a degree so I could have a good job and nice things and I dont appreciate someone destroying my stuff and if I am kind enough to come to your pricey store I would like to know that you would at least keep an eye on my belongings long enough for me to shop at your store and spend my paychecks. I hope that for your continuing shoppers that you will fix your damn cameras to see through the whole parking lot... I mean the parking lot dont end at the handycap parking spots, the whole lot is YOURS.. but it wont bother me cause I will NEVER be back there.. Kmart here I come!
i know this will probly stay right here and nothing will come of this after ready these replys but i will say this anyway i went to walmart in othello wa and tryed to repace a battery maxx 65n that had a 3 year 7year prorate that i was told when i had purchaced this and i tryed to return it becauce it would not start my veicle and the store tested it and it had a bad cell and it said to replace it and when i tried to replace it they said there was no warrenty on the battry and that walmart never had a pro rate on there battry ant i ask them how long they worked at walmart they said 25 years then i asked to talk to a mngr and they called for one i waited 25 min and they paged th asst mngr steve and ask him if he was on his way up to customer service and he reply and said no and he was not going to be at custermer service so then i got store mngr mike wilson on the phone and talk to him and i was not very happy with the outcome because it had me feeling like i was a total dummy and no one ever apologized so if this is how walmart operates i think i dont want to deal with this i spend at least 250.00 a week at walmart or if not more and have freinds that shop there too the word of mouth is the best adertisement is the word of mouth louis 5395543044
When i bought dog food from the Walterboro, SC store it had MOLD in it. I have contacted Walmart by email about this put NO RESPONSE. I guess they DO NOT CARE. I will be sure to tell everyone I know NOT to buy pet food from here. Also alot of times the pet foods from here have MOTHS or MOTH EGGS in them. This is really disappoints me.
I went to Wal-Mart to get rotation and balance on my tires. They messed up my rims. Everyone acted like I was trying to pull a trick on Wal-Mart. I had a claim report done and the Asst Manager tryed to help claim employee with wording report. Example, " This man was here about one month ago." I then stopped him and told the employee I was here last week and here is the work order if you need it. I am sick of Wal-Mart. My wife loves Target. The tire dept was the only reason I was staying with Wal-Mart but now, its over. I am not thief nor a con and thats what Wal-Mart made me feel like.
