We went to the NEW Walmart on Sprague in Spokane for the 10pm Doorbuster to hopefully get a 40" TV which was advertised. Getting there early, asking the clerks where to line up, only to find out that the 40" TV's were sold early in the day to the Early shoppers because Walmart did not want those customers waiting around the store ALL DAY> What a bunch of ____! The ad specifically said, those items would NOT go on sale until 10pm! False Advertising at its best and very unfair to the customer!

I drove 1 hr into Coos Bay Oregon 97420 to my local Wal-Mart on Thursdays Black Friday Sales. I was there for 2 specific items. Assassin Creed 3 and the Vizio 60" SMART HDTV. The video games sold at 8, tv's were suppose to be at 10. I got my games and headed right over to were the tvs were going to sell at 9. By the time I got there, the supposive 21 tvs that came in were all sold out and mind you it was only 9 and the sale did not start till 10. This was completely unfair to me and anyone else who had to wait in a very long line for video games that only had one cashier managing them.

Attempting to exchage a broken computer puchased on thrusday night sale after being on line proved to be imnpossible and attempting to talk with a manager in store impossible as well and only a first name was provided and no last name was provided after asking for it , So to hold someone responsible impossible since Brian is a very commom name and the mangers name was only given first name .

I am a retired University administrator, and just wanted to let you know about the most impressive and customer-oriented Wal-Mart in your chain of stores. This is the Wal-Mart located in Crawfordville, Florida. Even though I have shopped in Wal-Mart all over Florida, other States and even in the Wal-Mart in mainland China, the Wal-Mart in Crawfordville still shines above the rest. (1) I bought a netbook computer in 8/2012. I flew to Barcelona, Spain and accidentally left my computer in the security check-in area of the Barcelona Airport. After I flew out of Barcelona and arrived in my destination in Israel, I realized I was missing my computer. In effect, I had left it in Barcelona, Spain. After calling Barcelona airport, they located my computer and to have them release it, they needed the computer registration number. Unfortunately, since this was a gift, I had not opened the computer and the receipt with the information was inside the computer. I called from overseas the Crawfordville Wal-Mart Store and spoke with a supervisor and asked her to find the registration number after giving her the approximate date of purchase. These wonderful people SUCCEEDED and gave me the registration number of the computer I purchased which allowed me to eventually get my computer back. (2) The day after Halloween 2012, I went to the same Crawfordville Wall-mart and was looking through a bin of discounted Halloween costumes. The next day, I realized I had lost my ring, a very valuable family heirloom inherited from my Russian grandmother. The only place I had been had been the previous day was the Crawfordville Wal-mart and I called to ask if they had found a ring that someone turned in. And YES, THEY FOUND IT and after describing it, I went to get it. It's amazing that they were honest and conscientious enough to hold the ring for its rightful owner. (3) Last year (2011) at Christmas time, I went to my Bank to get some cash and later proceeded to go to the Crawfordville Wal-mart. After a few purchases, I went home and after a few hours I received a call from my Bank. They knew I had come in earlier in the day and after speaking with the teller determined I had taken out $500.00 in cash. They asked me to locate the envelope with the money and I could not find it in my purse. Apparently, when I went to pay at Wal-mart, the envelope with the cash fell out. As it happened a young boy was behind me in line shopping with his grandfather. The young boy picked up the sealed envelope and before his grandfather knew what was happening, he had gone to Customer Service to give them the envelope without opening it. The Wal-mart manager took the trouble to call the Bank to see if anyone had taken out a large amount of cash and the Bank figured out it was me. Then the Crawfordville Wal-mart went through the entrance cameras and asked the Bank manager and later on myself to identify the picture they had taken of me entering the store earlier in the day. What was most amazing is that the Wal-mart manager never opened the envelope and just gave it to me without knowing how much money was in there just INCREDIBLE. I ended up giving the young teenager $100 to reward him for his honesty. However, I wish I could do something to thank these wonderful people that work at the Crawfordville Wal-mart for their honesty, willingness to help their customers, to take the time to do the right thing, and to keep their Wal-mart looking organized, clean and looking like an up-scale store. I have never encountered a rude or idle employee at this store. On the contrary, they are friendly, smiling and always willing to help. Perhaps what I can do for these special people if to ask you to please consider allowing cashiers to sit on wheeled high-stools like they do all over Europe, because they spend so many hours on their feet. If there is an award for honesty, integrity and hard work, I wish that it could be given to this very special group of people that work at the Crawfordville Wal-Mart. Thank you, Eva G Pelt

I just moved out here in Tooele County, Utah. I have always shopped at Walmart where I previously lived and had very good experiences. Now assuming that ALL Walmarts would be the same, I was proven wrong the hard way. First there are many items out of stock, or empty shelves. There isles are jammed pack w/sales or pallets of boxes which makes the isle smaller and hard to move around, so then I'm constantly being run over by baskets. The manager there named EMILY!! is very rude and inconsiderate to customer needs when u have a complaint, Emily thought my girlfriend was steeling something as we were leaving and she came charging up being all nasty, when my friend had proof of payment, there were no apologies for her rude behavior toward us and making us feel like thief’s. Now to top this off; on black Friday 2012, I am on crutches because of an injury and with the sale starting at 8pm Thursday, I could only get one friend to help me. We showed up 2hrs early so we can be in front of the box which held the Xbox games I was after. There were 2 employees of Walmart and one Tooele cop guarding the sale making sure no one tears the box open early. when the sale started, the Walmart employees and the Tooele cop disappeared, I was pushed down, trampled on, I had shoe prints on my white sweater where people stepped on me, I have a bruise the size of a dinner plate on the back of my leg where I was kicked, also another bruise on my arm that I used to shield my face. The items (xbox games) that I had where taken out of my arms,,,I was so devastated, I couldn’t belive that some people would go to that point to take an item from someone, I guess they saw me as an easy target. I could not even go back to get the other item I wanted which was at another time (samsung tv). Times are hard now and I rely on black Friday to get my kids what they want,,after this experience I will not go back to that store nor will I let them rob me of my Thanksgiving ever again. Walmart does not care about the safety of their customers. Giving them a poor rating is not low enough for this store,

I was excited that you brought layaway back but it is crazy. One of the major things I go to your store for is clothes. However you are not allowed to put clothes on layaway. I was also excited to find a childs recliner at walmart however again you can not put that on layaway. I know remember why I now shop at KMART

Arrived at the Hastings Mi store looking to purchase the 40" TV, went to the area the online map stated. The associates "standing guard" at this location gave us our ticket and stated that we were not allowed to leave the line or we we would lose our ticket/TV. We were not allowed to have someone else stand in our spot (w/o ticket in their hand) so we might shop (you know spend more money in your store!), we would be allowed one 15min. bathroom break (given a pass to do so), we were not allowed to put any items in our carts.... After talking to other people shopping at other Walmart stores this was not the standard. Some were given tickets and "allowed" to shop and come back when the time was up to claim their TV. Now I understand someone should be in line... but not to be able to trade spots and no shopping?? Who's bright idea was that?? Then I would like to bring up the VERY unprofessional employee at this location who felt it was her right to SCREAM!!! at someone right behind me in my ear! I didn't do anything and here she was thinking she was Sam Walmart himself (which I do not think he would have done ever!!) Really!?! Shame on this location, many people in line thought the same thing! Oh, and some actually went out and had someone else hold their place, like it made a difference you had to have a ticket to get the TV.

You should be charged for false advertising, I arrived at your store in Lake Havasu City, Az. Friday night around 9pm, to be there in time for your 10:00 pm. sale at witch you guarnteed for one hour three items, there was no sale, the manager had started saleing the items, at 4pm that afternoon, so the only ones that got them were the one that happen to be in the store at that time, the manager had no appoligy, this is very poor managment, it has discouraged me from ever going to another so called big sale at Walmart.

I love Walmart. I shop there all the time. I was approved for a credit card on the 16th of October and I still have not received it. I have call the customer service office 6 times trying to straighten this out. They cancelled the first card & issued a new card. They assured me I would have it in time for Thanksgiving. It still has't come. I did not get to purchase gifts for my kids I really wanted because I had planned on using the card. Target sent their card right away as did K-mart. I called and the customer service rep had no sympathy and blamed it on me. She seemed to think I had gotten it and tossed it out. She did nog care that I was nog able to take advantage of the black Friday deals or that I will miss cyber Monday. I have never said. Negative word against Walmart but I have to say this time they have disappointed me.

This black Friday at walmart is not worth it.I have save up for a long time and work my butt off to have money to get the 50' flat screen t.v.I went at 3am n waited but it has been sold out.How can that be.The 5 O'clock one have moved to 10pm.So this would be faults advertisement

Black Friday! what a joke! you had to give up your Thanksgiving meal in order to get anything ! Once there, you were kept in an isle that was ropped off and not allowed to leave.. Bathroom? givin a pass for 15 min. 1 hour before 10 pm sale, would NOT allow anyone to even go to the bathroom even tho the laptops were already spoken for by issuing a ticket ,,,which i had! How can they stop people from going to the bathroom? what a mess... the management were very rude at the Saginaw Mi store! Evenn embarrassed their own worker in front of tons of people.! Corporate needs to RETRAIN all management!!! Being a 66 yr old.. yes,, I have bathroom needs! Mgr said I could go ONLY IF I would relinguish my ticket for the laptop! I said NO I would not and would be contacting corporate.! He said go ahead.!

walmart needs to train their workers so they know what to do when a child is missing in one of their stores. my grandaughter got separated from her mom and not one person who worked in that store knew what to do we found her ourselves

Just got home from black friday and really upset. I was able to leave my home with out any dinner just to go out and catch your so called early bird specials. This walmart that i attended was located in country club hill illinois, I had arrived about 4:07 pm in the evening to catch the 8 o clock game special for xbox that you advertise, They had held back on putting out the games and i can understand that they didn't want any problems before the time of purchase, so i waited patiently . There was so much confusion in that store from the time i had arrived to the time i left and GUESS WHAT it wasn't the customers. That store had no idea of where to put what. So why have a online map it things wasnt where they were suppose to be. When they brought out the games wrap up in plastic i was first in line. should i say that it all changed when too many people started to arrive. Now i had no problem with the police doing there job to keep us safe that's very understanding. At the last minute they made us form a line that was better off for your employees to have control of the sutiuation, I get that i work in a hospital so we have to control our enviroment. But here's where the false advertisement came in at the managers were arguing with the customers and getting irriated and started changing things Like we can only buy one game. I made it very clear your sales paper do no say only one game . Now if it was one game per that title then i understand. So after they had more words they took it up to two games person no matter if its the same game or not you could only get two games. My sale paper did Not say that and i want to know why you false advertised in your paper. I have three different children that wanted different things now thanks to you i have one child that didn't get a game because your company cant seem to get it together.You make your prices affordable but you put a limit on how many we can get . well that's fine But don't false advertise by leading me on to your black friday sale when other companies are giving real advertisement.

out at 10:Thanksgiving night sale at Camden Delaware Walmart. A 60 inch television was advertised for sale starting at 10:00 pm 11/22 thru 11/23 at 11:00 pm. upon arrival at the store a 7:45 pm, I was directed by an assistant mgr. to the Housewares department as he stated that is where they would be brought 00. While waiting there a female employee working there advised me that all the coupons for this TV had been given out at 7:00 PM. I went back to the Assistant Mgr. to complain about the false advertising and requested either a raincheck or substitution of the 55 inch same make and features. He called another manager who left "to check on it", About half an hour later she came back with two police officers and refused all of the customers either resolution, by now there wer 4 customers looking for this item. Upon leaving the store we asked for the Manager who refused to talk to us but another assistant took our number and said he would call us. Hope you realize that in Delaware, consumer protection is handled by the Attorney Generals office. Will be on the phone 1st thig Monday.

The Walmart Black Friday/Thursday ad was nothing but a scam. The ad says that "Event 2 10 p.m. Thursday for numerous items. So I went to the store at 8:00 p.m. to get into line for the sale item I wished to purchase and was told that all of the items on sale that I was interested in were all gone. How could the items tht were to go on sale at 10 pm be all gone at 8pm. Because Walmart started handing out "TICKETS" for the items at 12 noon. So much for a 10pm sale. As far as I'm concerned this was nothing but a scam to get customers into the store. As a frequent shopper of Walmart I was very dissapointed and when I confronted several sales clerks about this procedure theyn were extremely rude. 'BUYER BEWARE"!!!!!!!!!

I was at the Waldron, Arkansas store this week purchasing dog food, where i was assisted by a young cashier, Christian. He was so very friendly and helpful. I had just about decided that chivalry was indeed a thing of the past but Christian proved me wrong. He helped me with the 50 pound bags of dog food and had a great attitude.

My daughter's walmart acct. was hacked. Walmart's policy will not allow her to close and re-open an acct. She is supposed to change her password only (which she can't do). The hackers have changed everything. I have no interest in supporting a company who does not allow their customer to dictate how they want to handle criminal activity.

Made my first purchase at Walmart.com which now I find out is not a part of Walmart stores. Huh? How is that? I bought a Canon Camera for $798.00 at Walmart.com and the very next day it went on sale for $748.00. Walmart.com is refusing to credit me back the extra $50.00 I paid just the day before. I spoke with four supervisors on the phone all of which sounded like they were uneducated and they all said the same thing, "NO" credit. I then sent an email to Walmart.com and explained the situation and they also said "NO" as well. I bought the camera and the very next day the price drops $50 and they refused to give me the credit!? I told them I have a choice where I shop and that I will no longer shop at Walmart.com. The Walmart stores have an excellent policy when it comes to things like this but Walmart.com is terrible at giving credits like this and they are also terrible at customer service, they could care less about the customer. Beware and be warned, I would NOT shop at Walmart.com, you will regret it. It is better to go to the store because their polices are completely different.

This is concerning your black friday sales. I am totally dissapointed in the way your black friday sales are done. I shop at walmart in Louisburg, NC and Zebulon, NC all the time. I even buy all my groceries there. I went to the black friday sale at 5 am this morning and the item that I wanted to purchase was not to be sold until 5 am and when I got there at 4:30 am they had already let the customers purchase them before I got there because they had handed out tickets and let them go. The item was a 50 inch emerson tv for 298.00 Also I wanted to purchase a gun cabinet that held 18 guns for 149.00 and they didnt even have any for the sale. I have been through this several times in the past. If you are going to have a black friday sale then stock your stores appropriately for your sales. Walmart stores are understocked anyway and never have enough cashiers anyway at anytime. I have had it with Walmart and I dont intend to ever buy anything at Walmart anymore. We had a tire rotation done there yesterday..Today while driving my hubcap fell off into a busy intersection. We went in to see if they could help us and they were so rude to us and blamed us for everything. Terrible customer service!
