Wal-Mart Corporate Office & Headquarters

The Wal-Mart stores on Shackleford and Bowman in Little Rock makes shopping a nightmare. Employees who are suppose to be working nearly run customers over b/c they are too busy talking on their cell phones (while on the clock). No one seems to want to help the customers, they behave as though they are clueless about their jobs. You can rarely find a manager, in one instance two employees actually go into a fight one the floor of the store. Bring in a new bunch of managers and employees or close the stores down if you cannot properly staff them.

I bought on line a Xbox 360 not even a mouth ago and the fan is nit working that sucks I am very disappointed with WalMart I am now out of 200$ dollars and a broken Xbox 360 the model number is 1439 and the SN Number is 045029124209 my address is 4503 12 ave apt 5 Moline Il 61265 I will no order on line with WalMart any more thanks nermin k

Today (2/10/13) at 11:30am I visited the Fairbanks, Alaska Wal-Mart store. I admit I haven't been to the store in about 3 months. I was appaled at the appearance and the lack of inventory. First, the appearance: The store was filthy, the carts were strewn all over the parking lot and inventory (what there was of it) was not in the proper place. The only sdaving grace was the food section which seemed to be at least colorful and organized. The inventory: This was sad...this long after the Holiday most of the items were missing from shelves...big gaps where the items used to be; however, nothing. Case in point: Not one camera (either video or still) was attached to the security shelf...there was some stock below; however, it was not priced and no one around in the electronic department to help. Items from the "health and beauty" section were missing...cold remedies etc. The management changed over the past 5 months or so and apparently the new management doesn't put in the time or care about this store. Too bad! It looks like Fred Meyer and on-line shopping will be the norm for this Alaskan.

I have visited a walmart in Lafayette,IN store 1547 if I am not mistaken, just off of state road 26. My complaint is that they will not sell ammo after 10 pm, I can understand firearms hence there is nobody available to run a background check but ammo? As far as I know this is not an Indiana law for I have purchased ammo at several other walmart locations in Indiana after 10 pm. Could this be a manager's decision? If so why carry something in stock that is an extremely hot selling item if you are not going to sell it?

I have done all my shopping including groceries at Harborcreek walmart n erie since i got hurt and need the electric shopping cart to get around the store. Today i waited 72 minutes to get a cart and battary needed charged. Went to electronics and cart died. Had to limp it bact to the entrence and could not get any groceries or other items. Was told that most carts are broken and manager will not repair. What a shame on Walmart that they have made so much money that they don't need or want handicap business. I will help spread the word that Walmart does NOT care everywhere online possable. May God have mercy on your soul.

your jewlery department is horrible i waited a month n 2in a half to three weeks for my daughters name plate cause they claim in that department they had no contact number to see when my daughters name plate would be done i think thats horrible i personally will never order my stuff at your stores anymore especially jewelry

Ripping off a 91 year old man has got to top all stories here. Purchased an Emerson 32" for his great grandson xmas. The price was 228..bucks short time later it went on sale for their so called Black Friday which they probably only had 2 in store to speak of but anyways, called them on it after a long period they finally gave this man back 80 bucks. Wow about broke em. Well the son's parents purchased their son an xbox for his b-day a few days ago and guess what it don't work in the TV they wont replace the same TV instead gonna give him back his money. Got news for u Wal mart it's coming back to u and he nor I nor these 2 families will shop at your store EVER!! Another words that poor man will have to give back that 80 bucks SAD Shame on U! He is gonna buy a better quality Tv elsewhere since u carry JUNK!

Corporate dont care about any of these reviews i bet they dont even read them..Ppl just need to quit shopping go back to Kmart thats where it all started before walmart i remember shopping there with my family 25 years ago we didnt have a walmart when it 1st came to our town we were like whats walmart..So lets give our buisness back to Kmart so they can lower their prices.

why do you make it so difficult for a former employee to obtain their last paystub after they quit. I am no longer in the system to log in and look at my last paystub on line. I got paid today my last pay but I really need my paystub for period 1/12/13 thru 1/25/13

I have been standing in customer service for the last 20 mins and know one came to talk to me. I have noticed thy several of your employees have looked at me, but never knowledge me. This is your Walmart that is on ambler street in abliene texas. I'm not from this area. And if it wasn't for my motel been acrossed the street I wouldn't be back.

I am a grandpa and I bought the set of Marvel and D C toy figures called Zerboz serise 1 in walmart they sold as Heroics. On line the company that makes them says the serise 2 will only be sold at Walmart. I have been to every Walmart in a 50 mile radius of my home in Indiana and none of them are selling these serise 2. They are being sold on ebay from people who bought them in other states. If you don't want to sell them in every store at least help this Grandpa out and sell them online. Thank you for your time

Your new store opened today and I was very unhappy with the cost of your products compared to the Walmart I shopped at in Carson City, NV on Topsy Ln., just about 12 miles away. The products I usually purchase were up to 60 cents more at your new store with no explanation other than they compared pricing at the stores nearby and this is what they came up with! Now I have to decide whether to drive the 12 miles to get better prices or shop at the new store in Gardnerville, NV because it is only 2 miles from where I live! You really have some nerve. You are supposed to save money, not charge $2.18 for a can of hash! 60 cents more for lunch meats, etc.

If l can give a fat zero l would. I tooked my car to Walmart for oil change back in November they worked on my car and fail to tell me that l needed a new drain plug so in other words they damaged my oil pan and drain plug and on top of that they damage my radio and file a claim and when corporate called me and explain what happened they denied my claim and the Guy l talked to was very freaking rude and had to go back to Walmart and another claim on the oil pan deal which the supervisor lied and told me to call corporate bout pan. The store is located in Houston on hwy 6 and westpark. I will not go there or recommend anyone there. What ever happened to the customer is always right.

I have been to countless dc for deliveries/pickups and find that most of the employees have the worst attitudes I have ever seen. I know they encounter a lot of unfriendly people through their job, but they should just tell those people to leave and come back when their attitudes have changed. I always try to be respectful to all people I meet, but the dc employees make it very difficult to achieve that. Perhaps they've worked there too long and need to seek employment elsewhere.

I cant beleive how cold the stores are kept...... I have been in several stores and all of them are cold........ I have heard many customers complane aboutthis and there should be something done to solve this problem....... I know someone who work in the optometrist office and it is like a freezer there. Why is it so cold there it there office........

I have been stuck at a Walmart parking lot in Taos, New Mexico for reasons beyond my ability to solve at this time. I have Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, anxiety disorder (panic attacks) and extreme depression issues. I am being threatened with being towed by the same towing company that towed me to the parking lot, and caused considerable damage to my motorhome at that time. I have explained repeatedly that I am doing my best to leave on my own, and that I am suffering from mental problems. If they tow my motorhome as threatened, I will not only be unable to get it back, as they charge by the days they have it, but me and my animals will be put out in the sub-zero cold in a town that does not even have a women's shelter!!!! If that isn't outright murdering me and my animals, I don't know what is!

Mountain Home Arkansas - 36 minutes in the checkout line, many shelves half or less stocked. Made me nervous and ticked me off. If the company has no inventory and no one to sell it, aren't they in bad shape?

My husband and I went to Sumiton, AL Wal-Mart tonight, and there was only one register open and 19 people waiting in line, this is crazy, I don't think I have ever saw evey register open, why spend the money putting all them registers in if your not going to use them.

I have called Wal-mart headquarters to complaint about an incident in one of their stores and I was extremely satisfy with the care they gave me. The agent that spoke to me was very professional and had social manners unlike the store manager which I was reporting. Thanks for listening and for caring about my concerns!

Three days ago I tried to purchase some games online and I couldn't ad then to my shopping cart. I sent an e-mail complaint to the customer service and next day I was able to ad the items to my shopping cart. After I submitted the order with all my billing information the order was canceled being blamed my financial institution. I called my bank and all the information match everything was accurate and they approved the transaction but was rejected by Walmart billing department. I keep calling Walmart customer service I even talk to few supervisors and nothing changed. I was told to go online and make a new purchase, so I have to register and try to find again those deals and the games a total of eight items including the one with a bundle. Again the order was canceled. From my site everything was done precisely accurate and my bank agree with it that all my information match, I even did the E Visa verification entering my last for numbers of the social security nr. For some reason Walmart doesn't want to send me what I want to buy from them. I don't want to speculate why they do that, I just want to say that the highest management it should be ashamed to let this things to happen. I saw that other people are having similar complaints as mine, something is definitely wrong.
