I needed Fried Chicken from your deli at the last minute and I contacted the new super center on 6th Street in Stillwater, OK. The person answering was the nicest person. She took the time to explain everything to assist me in my order. I ordered 50 pieces and when I arrived at the store for the pickup the chicken was ready and waiting. She then took the time to explain that the potato salad and rolls were included. It helped make a sad situation better. I am sorry that I don't remember her name but she was just so sweet and needs to be commended.
WALMART MONEY CARD FRAUD
For the past 2 months I have been trying to get a refund on a Wal-Mart Money Card I purchased that was lost. I gave the rep ALL receipt info at initial claim and was told that the card had not been activated nor used and a refund would be investigated. I requested at that time that the card be frozen from activation and use as it was no longer in my possession. I have followed up in two week increments and given three different claim numbers and nothing was done except noting frivolous notes on each account to justify closing the claim. For the first time on 1/3/2013 I was asked to fax the receipt in which I did within 1 hour of the request. I faxed it three times from two different fax machines to ensure receipt. I saved my transmission confirmations. On 1/5/2012 I was told that no fax had been received. I found out two days ago that that card has now been used and was given yet another claim number because the card had been used. I was AGAIN asked to fax receipt. On today, 1/7/2013, I faxed the receipt again plus the three previous fax confirmations. I realize that the Wal-Mart Money Cards are outsourced which I am sure Mr. Sam Walton would not appreciate as he would also not appreciate this lack of customer service I have been provided. Sometimes it is not worth the savings to outsource. This was my thirteen year old daughter's money she earned dog sitting in which she was going to use to purchase i-tunes and online games.

I love Walmart. I have shopped there since they opened a store near me. I have shopped in serveral states and I usually go there first when looking for what I need. I buy almost all my groceries and softgoods at Walmart. My local Walmart is a busy store but I am not pleased with its cleanliness. Frankly it is dirty all around the pharmacy and check stand walls ground in dirt. The post and walls in the pharmacy are dirty also. I have never seen a pharmacy as dirty and really it is not professional in its appearance or in the way the clerks service customers. The store is usually neat and well stocked. The pharmacy needs to be remodeled and cleaned up please give more room to stand in line and a place to sit when waiting for prescriptions. This is not nearly as nice and clean as most of your strores. Happy New Year.

I have had a walmart card for.a year same deposit amount and everything. So as the new year.apoarches . I have gone thur bull and.lies from this company about my.money....yet getting.nowhere ....this company is a shame and a waste of time

I recently returned an item and had it put back on my debit card. They told me if it wasn't showing in my back by monday to call or come back in. Well i decided to wait till Tuesday to call walmart. She told me that I cant take up to two weeks. So I waited two weeks and a few days. I went in the day after christmas and explained the situation. The lady that helped me called and asked another lady about it and they told me to bring a print out of my account so they can verifty that I didn't receive it. So the following day I went back into the walmart and showed the my print out so I can receive my money. The lady that I spoke to called the accounting people and explained the situation. I was then told to wait for a month or longer and then bring back another print out of my account to see if I recieved it. I'm so sick of the all run arounds at the Taylorville,IL Walmart location. This store is a joke. I shouldn't have to wait an 1 hour to get helped and then recieve my layway when I was the only customer back in layway. I'm sure you would get more business if you would bring back layway for everything and all year round, and if you wouldn't have to wait cause the employees. That is ok, I will shop Kmart for now on.
wal mart ruined my life
I went to wal mart store location number 3194. I had them replace a tire on my car. They broke my door and my window. This happened on december 27th. They are telling me it will be january 4th before anyone can authorize someone to fix my door. I deliver pizza's for a living, and as such i use my car to pay my rent. Everytime i deliver a pizza i have to climb over my passenger seat five times. I do approximately 25 deliveries a day so climbing over my seat 125 times per day. The 95th time i climbed over my seat I twisted my knee as it's slippery and winter. I went to the doctor and he informed me I need orthapedic surgery, and will need to take approximately 3 months off work. since i deliver pizza, i do not get a paycheck, therefore i can't get WCB or disability from the government. I now will lose my house, I'm losing my internet and my power tonight so i have to hurry this complaint. In closing, wal mart ruined my life.
I as well am a customer of Walmart and find it very gratifying to find that Walmart continues to defend my 2nd Amendment rights by making semi-automatic rifles available for purchase, after a thorough FBI background check. Especially after the tragedy at the Sandy Hook Elementary shooting and countless other acts of violence carried out by criminals with illegally aquired weapons. I commend for Walmart keeping rifles and ammunition properly locked and secured at it's stores. Guns aren't the problem, psociopaths who have no respect for laws or life, bent on murdering children are...
I am a customer of Walmart and find it very disturbing to find how easy it is to purchase semi-automatic assault weapons in your stores! In the wake of the Sandy Hook Elementary shooting and countless other acts of violence carried out with assault weapons, I’m calling on Walmart to remove military-grade rifles and high capacity magazines from its shelves. great people in Denver Nc Walmart
I hated going to Walmart, until the one in Denver Nc opened. They have the most friendliest cashiers and supervisors. Black Friday was well organized things was sold on time, everything went smooth. There are two girls in there that work up front always holding those little red boards. They are the most helpful no matter what or how busy it is, think there names are Shanie and Beverly. Great customer service. So for once thanks Walmart.
Online Store Deceptive
Wal-Mart's online shopping is deceptive. Four times I tried to obtain a great buy of two Wii Game Videos Bundle for my nephew (2/$30.00) and each time I received an e-mail telling me my order was cancelled - they were unable to process it. I used two different credit cards and even confirmed with the banks of those cards that there was nothing wrong with the card account. Trying to get a response from customer service as to why my orders were not going through was non-responsive. I believe these "deals" are non-existent and put there to lead the customer to more expensive purchases. Their lack of response to me FOUR times has cost them a customer. They obviously don't want my business and there are other stores who can match their prices with MUCH better service.
I would like to let you know about Walmart in chilton wisconsin, they do not have the self service chech outs, there is useally on two to three checkouts open, there roll back prices on there tags are the same price as it is on the shelfs. they are out rages in price. I have to travel 35 miles to another walmart store to get what a walmart is suppose to have.

Since Doran Chelsey arrived as the manager of the Clinton, Maryland Wal*Mart I have noticed lots of changes "for the better". The store is more customer-friendly, it is clean, more organized, the sales staff is more helpful, in other words my shopping experiences have been pleasant. This store is sort of "the Hub" here in Clinton. Mr. Chelsey is always visible and willing to chat with customers, he listens. Our community has a llot of older people, including this writer. We often need assistance. To me, it is important for Corporate Headquarters to know about "our" Wal*Mart ! Marge Allen

After purchasing the Ipad2 came with a $75 gift card. When I tried to use maybe a month later there was a $0 balance & it said take your receipt to the customer service. Figured I would call first, well after being on hold for 20 minutes I went into the store. The customer service rep told me I had to go to the store where I purchased it. I had already called that store & couldn't even get anyone from customer service to answer. So then I called the headquarters for her to tell me that she would put in for the manager to call & that may take days or probably what I'm thinking never because it depends on their personal schedule. Next time I will stick with Target & if they don't have it I will go to BestBuy. I'm sick of Walmart & their terrible customer service

I recently had the pleasure of meeting "George" in one of the Walmart Departments in your store in Westerly, RI. What a wonderful, attentive employee! There is also another gal who used to work in Garden, but now is in the Xmas Department. She always says hello to me...makes me WANT to go to Walmart. I don't know her name, but, (now don't laugh!) she always wears this super smelling perfume!! These two employees are examples of what employees ANYWHERE should be like.

Just want to THANK YOU! Your corporation has helped so many people in America: after Katrina, during the storms of Sandy in the east. You have stood out and above all other corporations. You have put tremendous effort and money into these - and other causes to help people and our great nation. I do think that the reason that many people are picketing you is because the economic situation that we are in is very scary and hard to handle. Many people are facing fear and don't know how to handle it. I feel they needed someone to vent out their feelings, and your corporation is large enough and stands out like a beaken - so they went for you. Our big fear: Chinese products and companies going overseas and American companies closing. None of that can you stop. It's not your fault. Thank you for your efforts. Keep lifting up people's lives. Very Dissatisfied Customer
I think Wal-Mart customer service is the worst CS I have ever spoke with. I was on the phone 3 hrs with 5 reps to get a simple issue solved. Not one of the 5 reps could change a pick up person to pick up my order at a store. I have never in my life seen such a small request turn into a major catastraphy. I will not say that I won't shop at Wal-Mart but I will never again order online to site to site. In today's times CS should be able to take care of my small request.
Once in awhile one will have the experience of being helped by a competant, knowledgable and friendly sales clerk in Walmart. All in all the return service is good for products for the exception of a few clerks who give a customer a hard time, when they have the receipt for an electrical item and the item no longer works after the warranty date. I personally will never buy anything electrical from Walmart due to their 90 day return policy. Their auto service was also very convenient and honest until about a 1 year ago when things turned sour with tires and oil changes. Tires were defective, items where nickle and dimed and they would not give you the proper warranty of the tire. Again, find that one employee that is honest, customer service oriented and will provide you with a quality product at a fair price. At one time, I found it to be a reliable chain with reasonably good tires, service, and prices. Although it replaced a lot of small stores, it still does not and cannot compete with an independent business who is honest, provides good service, a quality product at a fair price and provides for the customers product needs. So if a small business wants to compete with Walmart they can, but they cannot be greedy or dishonest. I also found the optical service a convenient and affordable outlet to private or other chain optical offices who are outrageously overpriced,service is marginal and mostly completed by one year trained technical assistants. But in contrast they are no better than the private or chain monopoly of optometry offices I have recently found. They own their own labs and you would think that they would have control over the quality of their product. I found one person who paid over $400 dollars in cash and he received exceptional service and quality of product and rants about the glasses and service he received. Unfortunately this was not my experience. If you opt for one of their promotions forget it. The lenses will be cut short and will pop out of the frame, the prescription will be to the lowest to meet the federal standards and will not even be through the entire lens. You will have to send them back several times to get corrected. If you demonstrate any type of frustration, your services are terminated permantently and your money returned to you. Walmart speciality departments is currently not as reliable and service has become a personal attack against the customer who confronts, questions, or complains in any form or manner. You are better off looking for an an affordable O.D. or M.D. who has his own practice and does his own work , uses a local lab which he controls the quality of and will accept your frame from last year. He will have a receptionist and a billing and insurance person who knows their stuff. If you can't find this, more discount optical stores are popping up and alternatives to purchase your necessary eye glasses. Keep a good record of your prescriptions and keep looking out the box for eye care options. It is a necessity and I can't tell you how many people I meet that do not have proper prescriptions to meet 20/20 vision, because they do not have insurance to cover the outrageous prices of eye care and products or do not know their options to finding affordable and quality eye care and products . It is very unfortunate that Walmart is of the quality and charactor it is in that it is a prominant store across the country in rural areas. When it attacks their customers personally when their service or quality of product is confronted or questioned that is a crime in and of itself.
I love having walmart close by but I get so frustrated seeing ads on tv of how they will match anything and get to our Tompkinsville, KY walmart and they do nothing but refuse to comp! Do you comp or not?
