26May2013 Store on W.37th St. - Topeka, Ks. 1st of all it looks like a semi-truck stop not a place to shop. 2nd after going inside and completing shopping, only 5 cashiers & the fast lane were open & backed up at least 10 shoppers deep. The manager should be fired, for this lack of personell working! I personally stood in line as I timed it for more than 23 minutes. This is nothing more than a poorly run business, that I will avoid ever again.

One word: AWFUL!!!! NEVER in my life have I had to deal with the most ignorant , uncaring , rude, disrespectful people. I placedan order for over $600 n once I placed the order I realized the shipping address was wrong, I immediately called .com to fix the situation but instead they tell me there is nothing they can do, All I wanted was to fix the address but they couldn't do that, so I asked them to cancel th order but they couldn't do that either. Apparently Walmart DOES NOT care about their customers what so ever. So I not out $600 n someone else is getting my kids birthday presents. Walmart could careless. Never never never ever will I use thei .com services. Please take my advice and spare yourself the trouble. Do not get involved with this company.

WalMart Many Louisiana !!! What a JOKE at 7:45 p.m. On May 24,2013 sales Associates were tripping over each to LOCK the entry and exit doors on the Customer Service end of the store. This Store has the laziest Managers and Asst.Managers I have EVER seen !!! The Walton family cares about One thing now "Money"!! They could careless about their Customers. You stand in line for 45 minutes at the service desk waiting for someone to wait on you then that someone acts like they are half dead !! Why can't Target come to Town or Kmart ??!!! WalMart Sam Walton would be Ashamed !!!

Have you given any thought to offering prescription services for pet medications? I have a dog that must take medication every day for arthritis and I can either pay the higher cost and get it through the vet or I can order it online and hope it gets to my home on time. It would be great to be able to get her meds in the same manner that I get mine.

I spent 45 minutes on your website trying my heart out to order a $45.00 Water Pik. Kept getting jerked around. When I tried to check out, you had me down for three of them. Tried to cancel, no luck, tried to get to a human being, no luck. Seems to me , the largest Super Store in the world would be able to hire a 'Techie' to help old guys like me. So frustrating. Why don't you try to order something online from your own store and see how you like it? I live close to your Goose Creek store and wanted to pick it up there, bu no, you only would let me get it at your North Charleston Store. So frustrating!Can you tell I'm pissed?

I was trying to obtain information on the Wal-Mart Corporate HR contacts for a local market. After countless online searches, I contacted the Customer Service department for the corporate headquarters. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely courtesy and helpful. He located the local market information and provided me with the appropriate contact number.

i am a longtime walmart customer. I have complained about the lack of service through out my store. I was asked to come meet the regional manger. we toured the store together. I showed him all the empty shelves in the store and that when i come to buy an item, it need to be here for me to do that. The other day I came back to find that nothing has changed at all. Maybe it got even worse, if that can even happen. Wasting my time on a work day, makes me very angry. I will Be calling them till this is fixed.

The sporting goods department in Fairfield & Vacaville are shady. These people are the most rudest Walmart employee's. They act like they are doing you a favor for just showing up to work. I downloaded the Walmart app to my phone to save me trips to Walmart to buy ammo, the app will tell you if the item is in stock, but yet they will tell you they don't have any. They are hording this for them selfs or calling their buddies to come get it.

OK, after roughly 1 1/2 hours of phone games with people at walmarts supposed customer service dept. I have come to the conclusion that the reps trained when it comes to saying "I am sorry for any inconvenience". Unfortunately that seems to be about all you can train them to say. Actual customer service is non existent. Thank goodness for small claims court. More people should avail themselves of this option.

Shame on walmart in somerworth NH. Push wheelchairs are available but are missing parts or broken. I was told and thanked for pointing this out after my mom was hurt in one of your chairs that this would be resolved. But it never was! I made an on line complaint and had a response to it but just lip service. I would think you would of taken a safety issue of a handicapped person as a priority but you blew it off! I hate stupid law suits but you are just asking for it. I mentioned I was leaving town so maybe that is why but my mom is still there, do something!

the store in Harrison county ky. is worst store there is. nobody in Harrison county likes it. won't help find something when you need it, wife can't find items in food dept. doesn't stock food. worst store I every been to in my life, and i'm 66 years old. we won't shop there, so we go 40miles to a differ store. one day i'm to take up a pation to show walmarts have everybody feels around here. they all hate wally world as we call it.

why the store manager do not hire more associates she only have few employees on the floor ,that put a lot stress on them ,plus they have to work in other departments ,can some one do anything because for the same reason customers receive the worse service around here ,thank you for reading and I hope some one do anything to change this situation.

I bought sum bullet from Walmart for the first time I didn't know the price of the item so I ask the cashier can I purchase then he said yes it was a box of bullets with two box of 500 I ask can i buy one of those boxes he told me yes so I bought them a week or two later I was call in the office and firer is that right

I remember when you guys just sold American Made products. What happen? Why the change? Is it becuase Chinas people will work for buck an hour? Or is it that plus extra money in your pocket. Wish you would open your eyes and go back to buying items from the U.S. If you guys did. You know how much you would help this economy? Maybe you will realize this when your grand kids cant get a job or when people cant buy stuff from your store becuase no one can hire them because no one will buy their items. Just a thought. So what do you think?

Bought a watermelon after traveling 50miles round trip -Rotten- Replaced another Rotten after another 50 miles. The produce sucks This was in Zanesville,Ohio South .

on 4/25/13 at 10:55 pm found bacterial contaminates in food cases freezer depts.its a wonder that ecoli could exist because of poor management and poor conduct by staff I have pictures that is ready for release to public what would the fda and public have to say I wonder its valuable information in the right manner im ready to hear from walmart about this or the press.

Wes Guy in electronics at 4505 E McKellips in Mesa, AZ helped my husband and I way above and beyond the call of duty. He was polite and worked hard to make our purchase easy. When we had a problem, we called Wes and again he went out of his way to be helpful and did solve the problem. I felt like I was in a small business and receiving undivided attention. Good Job Wes.
