I have not only had one not two bad experiences , try every time I visite the Walmart in Mansura, Louisiana. I was treated very poorly and disrespectful by a CSM so asked to call a higher manager and told the story to him. He replying " what do you want me to do about it "!! Just sad. I go and spend money there. I should be treated with some kind of respect. They are always put of baby food and bottle water, SAMs cokes, I could go on and on .... And as for the bathroom I don't seen how this store is still open. Does the board of health even go ??

I was advised today if a coupon I use does not scan on the register then the staff is no longer allowed to type in the coupon. I knew the cashier could not be telling the truth so I asked one of the front end supervisors who said what the cashier told me was true. I told her that was not the way things are done at target or HEB and I would be shopping there for items from now on since it seems Walmart will cheat you out of your coupon savings if they can.

I went to the new walmart neighborhood store 6/13 probally the worst service I have ever experienced.first was some of the employees couldn't help you find anything.than when I got to checkout I had to make 2 trips back to the store to get what I paid for because the checker put my purchase in my cart without all my bags .I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Went to Walmart on rigsby in San Antonio and the store was a mess and only 3 registers open out of all 20 something and an hour wait In line. Don't bother going to any Walmart. HEB is 100 times better. Much better products and employees.

The store in Fairmont has gone to crap. Stocking is Abysmal, you have lost most of your experienced employees. This would be a good place to open a WalMart.

went to use the bathroom at the bloomingdale walmart today ,it was so dirty and i saw grabs on the urnal

I have been in 4 stores in the fayetteville Nc area and all of them are just dirty and the employees all have attitudes. So I am taking my money elsewere. Look if you dont like you Job leave there are plenty of individuals who would love to have a Job. As far as managemnt goes in these places. Well it shows a lack of pride with there jobs and it shows but this goes well behind the store manager this goes all the way to the CEO and COO.

I received my money card today June 12th 2013 i called the number it had to activate the voicemail stated I had asecurity block I just got the card couldn't so I called keep get message to call another number I called it. The man said I was banned to get a card and a Flagg. From getting a prepaid really really I'm not happy I will be boycotting. And I will put the word out so so not good

I had a favorite cookie , by DARE, they took it away and left the maple, which was not selling. I finally, after talking with the grocery staff, got it back. Now, my favorite yogurt, Yoplait yogurt ,with fiber. It did come in key lime pie, blue berry and strawberry. Now,we have none. I know this item is selling because sometimes I would go, and it would be almost out. I might only be able to get one carton until the truck came again. Fiber is a key ingredient in our diet and this yogurt had 5 grams. We need to do everything we can to help us be healthy.

ASM Mary is very rude didn't want to help and wasn't trying to find out what the problem was because it was soon time for her to go home..and she lied and said she was the only manager that can help me.i will never shop at that Walmart again!

Most of the time I'm pleased with the Torrington Walmart. They have the items I need, the help is good, and their prices are lower then Stop and Shop.

Never seen so poor service inconsiderate company as walmart been to many most could care less and say we're short staff but we all have a huge unemployment rate yet they are under staff ya poor excuse all they care about money and sense they have the monopoly they can do so what a shame Sam Walmart would be sick if alive so so sad for him and the customers

There are lack of cashier on saturday ,! What I think is dum .there deli closed down at 7pm and they said that no one did not want to work at the deli they told me they dont cash checks over 15. Hundred any more . And I really dont under stand that because I cash my income tax check there every year and my checks br over 15hundred .... ps im a value customer anf I love shoping at walmart so I hope that clean up this store this store is in reading p.a in temple please help the lack of lazie store

Went to Walmart tried to match prices and they didn't do it! They said only stores within give miles.

Managers there are very rude they yell at employes when customers are around I think you people need to fix this I will not do my shopping here again I can't stand rude people

no employees at any stations, no employees asked me for help, I as a customer helped other handicapped customers, Manager did not respond to meet me at service desk, only cashier supervisor. 1 PM, 6/3/13, extremely disappointed almost walked out.

Please, please, please, please fix the walmartone website. I loved the mywalmart website it worked every time I used it. Now that it is changed to walmartone it hardly ever works. I rely on this for my schedule and other things. I know I am not the only one with this website. Please fix it. Thank You

Laquandra so called Supervisor at the Walmart in Arlington, Tx off south copper st, is the worst when it comes to caring for her customers won't exchange with receipt, rights people right off before she meets them, very rude and looks for an excuse not to help a customer whatever it maybe. Customer service is about the customers and making them want to come back I for sure will never set foot in these doors again unless there are changes made where customers first is back on the top of the list until then its a trash store I'm sure there are hard workers there but supervisor shows the attitude of that store. She is not a great representative for a good name or a good review.

I am so tired of going to Walmart and finding palettes of boxes blocking the aisles. I don't mean one or two I mean dozens. I don't understand how they can do this and they expect people to shop. Completely blocking the aisle. i was in sporting goods and could not get to the camelback back packs so i went to REI and bought one. I spend more money but I was able to shop and investigate the choices. I was at the walmart in Mt View on Saturday at 3:30 pm and the aisles were blocked across the entire back of the store. I had to go down 4 to 5 aisles before i could get to several other departments. Also we have been having trouble getting ammunition. Some stores bring it out at the same time everyday and 15 to 20 people are waiting when the store opens even though they have limits people bring friends, parents etc so they take all the ammo. Also working people who do not live in that area never get a chance to get it. If they could rotate the time they bring it out it would be fair to all.
