I would like to say I was very dissapointed in the Walmart in my hometown of Marshall, Texas. I drove 15 miles to buy an item that I found on sale at their location. The online (Walmart.com) ad stated item was $199.99 buy in store now for $134.99. When I took the item to checkout it rang up $199.99 I said mam that is on sale for $134.99, she asked me where I saw it on sale I said, online and showed her the ad...She stated that "they" do not have to honor an online advertisement asked me if I still wanted it. I said no, then I walked to customer service Three associates or "managers" later they finally sold it to me for the online price. This is ridiculous....if you will honor another stores ad as you Quote even without the ad the why in the heck not honor your own ads????

Walmart on 78th in Converse, TX. They check everyone's receipts as customers walk out the door, which is fine but their cashiers need to mention to their customers to hold their receipts so they don't use the restroom after purchase and throw it in the trash. The man at the door actually made me go back into the restroom and dig through the trash and get the receipt. For crying out load all i bought was kitty litter and dish soap. All he had to do was ask the cashier. This was totally disgusting and wrong. I was a regular shopper here on a weekly basis. Not anymore. That was it for me.

I can honestly say I always get great service at Walmart. Some do not have patients or they have high blood pressure so they just lash out at people because of there own issues. I have worked customer service for over 20 years internal and external customers. #1 technology is a bonus remember we use to use pen and paper. #2 technology is not perfect things break,things happen. #3 A smile will get you more help then screaming. #4 Nothing is perfect in life and neither are you think about it. #5 If you have a problem wherever you maybe before lashing out refer to the above steps take a breath and treat that person the way you want to be treated if you where the one doing the job. Kindness is free you get more attention then aggression! Remember technology is Never GONNA BE PERFECT SORRY BUT IT'S THE TRUTH. IT TAKES MORE ENERGY TO BE MAD THEN IT DOES TO BE RATIONAL! HAVE A GREAT AND FANTASTIC DAY!

I was in the walmart at 83rd and Stewart I shop there from time to time and I am so discussed with the poor customer service and poor management something needs to be done about the service, you are loosing good customers.

The walmart store at 1200 Se Military Dr in San Antonio, tx does put the items that are on special even if they have it. If you ask an employee they tell that the department manager said they didn't get the item. This is false advertising because they put out an ad in the new paper. This happen to me a couple of time not just once.

Walmart continues to prove itself a mockery of what it originally was meant to be from its foundation that its original owner wanted it to be. As of the last few years, this store wich one would believe to be a great convenience is turning out to be quite a hassle all the way around. Most of the time there is only two to three registers open. To wait in line at a customer service line for a return or exchange takes almost an hour if there are a couple people ahead in line. And there doesn't seem to be any helpful associates to accommodate a potential sale. If one is lucky enough to find help, its most often a point if a finger and a hurried response. Clearly the stores are understaffed, the quality if the merchandise is getting cheaper as the prices climb and even the quality of the bakery has shown lack of professionalism.. An example: someone two or three months ago, I purchased chocolate covered donuts. As I drive down the road on the way in to work, I bite into a weird tasting flavor. At the bottom if my donut was eccess "maple" icing ..the bakery associate obviously didn't bother to clean the icing bag after making the previous batch of different flavored donuts. I now bbuy my bakery items strictly from giant eagle. The price may be a but higher, but I am guaranteed quality that I can sink my teeth into. Tonight, for one exchange of a lifetime warrantee item, I head to stand in three different lines. the first line took well over a half future. The next line took about 15 minutes. The third line.. Well, the associate was so upset with the woman in front of me for having to turn in the register (???) That when she pointed to me with one item and informed him to allow me infront of her, he ranted that he was already "programmed" into doing her order first (???) Since when does a register program anything? Just a thought: get better quality. Hire more associates. Please, accommodate your associates. Make them happy. Make Them like, their jobs so that they can assist the customer with real smiles. And stop trying so hard to take down surrounding stores. Quit attempting to beat their sales. Work with YOUR store. Work on improving what you have instead of breaking down another store. Really. It might work to your advantage.

The customer service for the money card sucks Clamed card stolen and was never replaced. Money was comming out or my account with out my knowalge. Yet no card. Not I got to wait for my disputes clear. Another two weeks. The fact they charged me for overnight delivery after 22 day is crazy I'm switching my direct deposits goodby Wallmart

Walmart used to be my one stop shop location! This morning my husband and son in law were in to purchase a ladder and he went out through the garden center and paid for it and my son in law noticed it was an 8 foot and not a 10 foot ladder and he went back in and the cashier told him he had to go to customer service and really? My husband could not pay the difference between price and walk out with the correct size ladder? ALL WALMART EMPLOYEES lack the proper training to handle customers that get upset and because they lack that proper training then why are they employed there to begin with? TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES better! I spend close to six grand a month there and hire cashiers to handle customers in a better way and this happened at the Walmart in Gibsonton Florida location!

The Walmart in Flowood, MS has the worst customer service in the Service Department. Every time you I go in for service to my tires, Im always told they are closed due to being short handed. I arrived at 4:05 & Walmart Service Dept. doesn't close until 7. Is this not ridiculous? As many people are unemployed in the work, it looks like someone be trying recruit some employees. Walmart you may need to Partner with the Winn Job Center.

I went to your Collierville store this morning at 9 am and you only had 3 registers open and people were back up . If the home office would get off their butts and check on the store you would probably change management, They are always changing stock where it is hard on old folks to walk all around the grocery dept to find a product that was on aisle 2 now placed on aisle 4 . no wonder your people are always gripping I don't blame them.

On April 7,2013. I brought a 24 pack of pepsi and they where bad. I look on one of the cans athe date was 2002. This store does not rotato the pepsi when they come in.. So far my husband has not got sick but he is drinking the whole 24 . Because we don't go to Wal-Mart everyday. We go once a month to buy what we need.Its in Oxford.ms

This companies pharmacy at their Everett Washington location on Hwy 99 has a terrible pharmacy representative. His first name is Ali. Would not give me his full name. He is so rude to customers. I have been a long time customer and am discontinuing my dealings over all everything with this company. No more shopping and definately pharmacy purchases. I am going back to Rite Aid. I have never been treated so badly by anyone. This Ali should be fired. I called before their lunch period between 1:30 and 2:00 pm. He answered the phone and said to hold. He permanently put me on hold. I waited on my phone from 1:20 to 1:50. No one came back on the phone. What it is, is this Ali put me on hold before his lunch and just left me to go to lunch. You would think he would have checked the phones to make sure on one was on hold before he left for lunch. After 2:00 pm I called in again as my husband by now was at Walmart to get our prescriptions. He answered the phone and without letting me speak again he put me on hold. I hung up and called back and he put me on hold again. This is THE POOREST customer service I have ever dealt with. I am a Manager of a large company and I would never have this type of issue's happening to my customers. If this did, we would have no business which is what is going to happen to Walmart. I give it a matter of time and they will be out of business because no one will want to deal with them. Like I said, I have been a long time customer of theirs and they have just lost me and my entire family. Im done with them. As a Manager, this Ali would no longer be working for our company, no questions asked...

The walmart money card is a joke the people are dume and I've wasted my time trying to get my money back one thing after Another

I frequent many Walmart's in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota, and what I have always noticed is they are a little ratty looking at times. The Inver Grove Heights, MN. Walmart always looks clean and well groomed all the time. I don't know if your maintenance handles this or if this is an outside company, either way cudos to you for having the best looking Walmart around.

I can see why costco is getting your business. I have been to walmart every day for the last 2 wks. No water, no greenies, no this, no that. Hours cut for worker's once again. Try to contact you, and have to speak to India. My sister, and her husband use to say they were the king, and queen of the walmart here. She ask me to write and complain. Shelves empty. I forgot, I have to use soy milk, organic.that was out of stock. It is like this thru out the store. If this does not get resolved we will do all our business at Costco.

We had gotten pictures done on March 15th at Picture me then all of a sudden they close down. And Walmart wil not help its customers get the pictures they paid for.. I've tried several stores that are part of the picture me Corporation and they are helping the customers get their photos. Walmart in Mays landing, NJ is rude and dont think of there customers first. I even called the 800 number for picture me and no answer. Sears and Babies r us are helping their customers get there pictures, almart does not care, there customer service is no longer good... they lost several customers because of this....

I was told that Walmart will "match" a price. To my surprise they "will Not" match a price in the vision department if you have insurance. So in other words is false advertising.

To Whom this may concern, Wal Mart is the largest retailers in the world, Do you know that customer trying to reach a straight talks Rep are waiting for HOURS before speaking to someone? This is too aggravating do you know this???? Linda

I have a 1996 jeep and had a 2006 4runner. I have gotten my oil changes at walmart for the past 16 years. I went to Farmington walmart for an oil change last weekend. It was an hour and half until you closed. One car in the bay and one car infront of me. I was told they were not going to do anymore oil changes or tires for the day. Yesterday I went to Durango to get an oil change, I spent 2 hours waiting around. Went to check on my car. I was told the check engine light was on and they would not do an oil change. Both my 4runner and jeep's check engine light comes on when the oil gets dirty or it has been 3500 miles. I will no longer go to walmart. Target will be my source for those other items.

I Live in McKinney, Texas. I use the Walmart that is located on Lake Forest. I have used this store regulary for the last 8 years. Over the last 3 years is has gone done hill. It does not matter what day, or what hour you shop the shelves are never stocked. I have asked for assistance, no help. They need for help or more efficient employees .
