I, like Adriana Moacoai above, also had somehow signed up for the paperless statement. I do check my email and did not receive, to my knowledge, any billings. I ended up behind on my bill (for a paltry $40) two months. Once I was contacted by a real person from WFNNB (Victoria's Secret credit card bank) I immediately paid the $40, but I objected to paying the additional $32.50 "late fees" and interest. I had to make 4 phone calls in a 45-minute time period (inputting, over and over again my Social Security number and zip code) to finally talk to an (outsourced) supervisor about taking off the unfair charges. He agreed to remove $20, but as of this date, I still have not seen this credit show up on my account. So, rather than saving $10 on the bra I bought, it cost me that plus $2.50. Be very careful and avoid the paperless billing, especially if you, like me, do not buy from VS every month.
I am so disappointed that your stores do not have sizes for girls my size. I am a 48D and my panty size is a 12. I would love to be able to buy bras and panties at your store but they much rather sell to skinny people and not bother paying attention to bigger girls who want to buy something like that.
I am very disapointed with Victoria Secret. I've been a customer for a very long time and i recently switched from paper statements to paperless statements. I completley forgot to pay my card for 30 days. I don't have acces to often to a computer, so by the time i saw that, i was already reported to the Credit Birou Agencies. I paid my card in full right away and then i called the corporate office to have them talk to the agencie and repair my credit. THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO DO THAT!!!! The fact that i've always paid my card in time for so many years (and not minimum payment) does not matter anymore!!!
I have always been a satified customer of Victoria's Secret until recently. I usually buy the body by Victoria and I have always been pleased. However recently I was diagnosed with breast cancer and during my treatment I was told by the physician I could not wear an underwire bra. My first thought was to try Victoria's Secret for a bra without underwires. There were not many choice for this type of bra in the store however I found one and bought it. I took it home and wore it only a few days because the "stay" on the left side of the bra kept jabbing me. I returned it to the store where I bought it and I was told that they would not accept the bra back for a refund or an exchange because I wore it. Of course I did not have the tags on the bras as how would I wear it and had I not worn it I would not have know there was a defect in the bra. The sales associate agreed that there appeared to be something wrong with the "stay" on that side. I have bought numerous products from Victorias Secrets as I also have 3 grown daughters who like the products. I am very disappointed in a womens store who would not support a breast cancer patient with this type of issue. I would only hope that your stores would be more sensitive to such an issue. It is disturbing that your store would not find it suitable under certain circumstances to exchange or refund money for a defective product.
I am pretty fed up also re the soft porn marketing approach. I am no longer shopping at your stores. Who are you selling to anyway? I like to wear attractive uner garments but I dont need 16 yr olds showing me how to get ready for a sexual encounters. You might as well be Fredricks of Hollywood.
While visiting one of your stores in Myrtle Beach attempting to purchase items for a wedding shower my daughter stepped on a security tag (that is attached to your clothing usually) that was laying on the floor poking it thru her shoe and punching a hole behind her toes. She had to pull it out and blood was everywhere. Your clerks busy talking had to be asked to bring a towel to wipe up the blood. Did they ask her name or if she needed further assistance---no. Did they ask if she had a recent tetanus shot. Nothing. Offered a chair after she already had pulled the tag out of her foot. Since I was outside the store when this happened and didn't know what was going on I would have brought your clerks on the steps they need to do when an accident happens in their store. Evidentally this is not taught to your clerks on what to do. With the crowds that this store has I am sure this isn't the first time something has happened. You are a big corporation you need to update your employees when something like this happens. Doesn't say alot for your concern of your shoppers. Lets get with the program and do some training. If this would have been a little kid that would have stepped on it instead of an adult I am sure you would have heard some horrible screaming--maybe that would have got their attention.
I tried to return two bras because they didn't have my size nor color to do an exchange, so I tried to return them the manager was asked to step in she looked and looked over the bras told me they had been worn and the tags were removed she said she would give me a refund on one but not the other. I told her it was the wrong size and they had no replacement to exchange . She still insisted she would not give me a refund on one of them because it was worn and the tag wasn't attached to the bra.It was tried on @ vs & home had to take tag off to ajust straps. According to her it was worn .If it was defective she would grant me a return thats what she told me.So she called security and had the officer tell me to leave that I was refusing to leave. This was at the Citadel Mall in Colorado Springs , Colorado . I had my 11yr old daughter with me also. As far as I'm concerned she should be fired . I went to another VS and was granted my return for the one she refused to accept and I exchange the other because they had it in the color and size I wanted. She was the most unprofessional manager I have ever spoke with .Plus to boot she wanted me to be grateful that she was allowing the other return . I'm a very honest person sometimes too honest but I will never buy anything from that VS again as long as she works their.I was totally humilated by her and my daughter. She made me feel like a criminal when she was the one harassing me and my daughter about a return. The security officer did agree with me that the return policy was extremely unfair because you allow people to try them on.All I wanted is for her to be terminated and to never be allowed to be a manager or work for VS again.
Your latest commercials, which have been shown during family viewing hours, border on porn. This is inapproppriate viewing material. If your intent is to sell products to women, I think you need to look at what women really want, which is not the kind of product you're showing. Hope to see you try a different approach.
Why is there a Victoria Secret billboard in the middle of a Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade? The Macy's Day parade is for families(I great day for capitalism and tradition). Really? Where is their moral compass?
