I meant to post on this a long time ago, but my computer is in the mogrue so that's been an inconvenience.I really liked this dare a lot and really wanted to do it, but every time I got change it became really difficult to hold on to it. (I'm an exact change kind of person..) so I decided to start hiding my quarters when I got home. So if I had quarters I would put them in a film canister and just collect them in there. I do this at the end of everyday. Hopefully I make it to $10 soon!
love the clothing have never had any problem with ordering over the phone. I have had many items shipped and never had a problem with any of them. If I orderd the wrong it is very easy to exchange. Wish all companys ran this well
Iam a VIP Card holder, I would like to know why I am not receiving the free panties coupons. When I'm in Victoria Secret Store I always see costumers with free coupons. I should be receiving coupons, please put me on the mailing list for free coupons items. Thank You VIP Costumer
I worked for victorias secret just a few weeks ago but due to my pregnancy in the complications I'm having with it I had to leave and I gave them my doctor's note saying I will not be back until after I give birth.they asked right on the spot ask me if I wanted to quit I said no. so in that time I've been asking for my medical leave papers and it's been about 3 weeks now no we get back to me on anything anytime I'm going to the store they blow me off and they don't want to talk to me so what is that leave me now it's been about 3 weeks. are they trying to say I'm fired or what's going to happen I might not have a job after I'm done with this because that's the case then I'm coming back with a lawyer
i just can't find anything about geting victorias phone number
About two months ago I placed an order online with Victorias Secret and I still haven't gotten my items. Not just that, they charged me for it! So now I'm out $150 with nothing to show for it. Also, to the woman on this page who made the comment "Quit complaining about stores not catering to the obese. It's disgusting", no, YOU are disgusting. However, you sound like a 14 year old brat, so all I can do is hope that whoever is in charge of you realizes how awful you treat people and teaches you better. Truly, shame on you. (This coming from a woman that is a size 5, so if you think I'm saying it because I'm fat, I'm not, thank you very much)
EFF you, VSD! Thanks for nothing. Didn't realize that all of us associates were for sale with the building.
They sent me the wrong item so I called and they are covering my return shipping and have sent the correct item express shipping. No complaints minus the initial mistake
The call center in Rio Rancho New Mexico is one of the worst places to work. They allow the Supervisors to use foul language to the Associates, with no reprecussions. I had won a couple of prizes for some dumb drawing and my Supervisor asked me to give her one, how pathetic is that. Out of fear they will make your job a living hell I had to give my gift to her, which I was taxed for! They have no regard for their associates. I will never shop or recommend any of my friends and family to shop with them. They send used merchandise and I will continue to let everyone know and to spread the word about what hoorible work ethics this company has. You are expected to give perverts a warning and people who scream and cuss at you because they dont get what they want before you can release a call. They create greedy, selfish, clients who just want free items and will make your job miserable.
I only gave a employer rating of 1 star to Victoria's Secret because there is not an option for anything lower. This company is a division of The Limited Brands. All divisions of The Limited Brands preach and claim to practice a type of honor code called "Living Our Values", however upper management (District Managers and above) are not held to this standard. I am convinced that they use this slogan of "Living Our Values" as a cover for all the despicable ways they abuse their employees from Store Managers and below. Victoria's Secret is a horrid company to work for. Complaints against upper management reported by Store Managers and below are ignored, in fact the HR department does so little to support employees that complain about upper management that they actually contribute to the escalation of an already hostile situation. The head of the HR department travels to stores educating employees about work ethics, but when directly contacted about a District Manager's unethical treatment of Store Managers and support Managers, she ignored the complaints. I left the company in the summer of 2011 because the work environment had become so hostile and unbearable, due to the District Managers outrageously abusive and unethical behavior, that it caused me to become physically ill whenever I would work. I had to take an Emergency Family Medical Leave Of Absence 6 months before I left the company because my was in critical ICU, she is a diabetic and got a cut on her foot that became infected. She went to the hospital and within a hour of being admitted she had heart failure and kidney failure. He lungs were filled with fluid and the infection from the cut on her foot had gotten into her bloodstream. She was in critical ICU for 8 weeks and on kidney dialysis for 4 weeks straight. During the time I was on leave my District Manager text me several times asking questions about things that we had already discussed before I went on leave. She would talk to me as if I was a terrible person for not being at my store, like my mother's illness should be secondary to Victoria's Secret. She was completely unsupportive and careless. I came back to work for 2 months and then my mom ended up having to have her right foot amputated. I left the company shortly after.
Disappointment with recent returns and exchanges I am writing in to express my disappointment with the recent returns to VS for which I requested for an exchange via the VS exchange form (found at the back of the shipping invoice I received with my earlier orders). On the 7 February, I send an email to Victoria Secret informing them of the list of items I returned. I also indicated a list of exchanges that I would very much like to exchange these returns with. I got a reply from a Katie B (email attached), assuring me that upon receipt of the returns, the requested items for exchange will be processed accordingly. On 9 February, I handed in a parcel to the Singapore Post which contained a total of 11 items (of which 2 were damage / wrong item delivered, which I was told in an earlier email to retain it but have explained that I will be returning it back), the following of which are: 1. 277356 – 31.60 2. 272513 – 29.99 3. 277727 – 55.60 4. 260078 – 49.50 5. 276959 – 59.50 6. 277099 – 42.00 7. 275763 – 44.50 8. 278184 – 69.50 9. 275073 – 29.50 10. 277307 – damage item 11. 285055 – wrong item The amount of the above returned items came to a total of USD$411.00 (not including the damaged / wrong item). In the same parcel I’d also put in 4 exchange (official pink-coloured Victoria Secret) forms in which I stated a Singapore delivery address for the receipt of these exchanges and the list of 7 items I wanted to exchange with and for which the total of these 7 items amounted to about USD$409.00, the following of which are: 1. WJ-268-691 (size XS - color 26R) 2. WJ-279-295 (size XS - color 2SU) 3. WJ-264-727 (size XS - color 77R) 4. WJ-282-539 (size 2 - color 092 (length 36")) 5. WJ-285-354 (size XS - color D34) 6. WJ-277-099 (size XS - color Y44) 7. TE-281-444 (size XS - color 63R) When Victoria Secret received the parcel on the 18 February, I received 2 separate emails (as attached) that they were charging USD$17.07 (order # 473571485, including tax and shipping (within the US)) and USD$152.99 (order # 473571483, shipping only) respectively on my credit card, the latter for which is pending credit card authorisation. I was not surprised at the handling of the recent returns as in the past this was what had always happened when I returned items to Victoria Secret - I would never receive the exchange items but would either be given a gift card or a refund to my card. However, what really got me angry was that Victoria Secret had gone ahead and charged USD$17.07, for which USD$1.08 goes to tax, onto one of my earlier credit cards, and it was clearly indicated in the exchange form a Singapore address for delivery! On top of this, this is an exchange and Victoria Secret had charged shipping! Again, and as with the earlier issue, Victoria Secret has gone ahead and treated customer’s financial information like a toy, as and when at their disposal! To make matters worse, Victoria Secret did not even get the # of exchange items correctly and this despite sending out 3 emails all clearly indicating the items that I want for exchange. Instead, what I got from the recent emails is that Victoria Secret was only going to process 4 exchange items! Strangely however, whilst order # 473571485 was originally destined for a US address, order # 473571483 however, was destined for a Singapore address and both incurred shipping charges despite clear indication of this being an exchange, albeit mail exchange! I called up Victoria Secret on the 19 February and spoke to a Ms Brie who had kindly fixed the tax and shipping charges on order # 473571485 and changed the shipping address for this order. I am still unhappy, however, as the returns amount should have more than enough to cover the exchanges without the need to revert to my credit card. Hence, I requested for Ms Brie to look into this but she reasoned that it was not possible as it was an uphill task to match item for item (an explanation I will never be able to comprehend)! Ms Brie had also looked into order # 473571483 and explained to me that since the items were more than 3 months old merchandise certificates will be send out. I reasoned out with her that it did not make sense to me when only 1 returned item was acknowledged for 1 item to be exchanged with (and even that was charged to my credit card) when the rest I had to wait for merchandise certificates! I asked why don’t the rest of the exchanges be processed without the need to print out merchandise certificates, send out to customer, wait for merchandise certificates and then process the exchange, by which time the requested items for the exchange will no longer be in stock! Ms Brie put me on hold for a while and when she returned she explained to me that now she will go ahead and process the exchanges for the remaining 6 items (I had to go over the items for exchange with Ms Brie to get it over across correctly) for order # 473571483 and advised me to destroy the merchandise certificates once I receive them. I thanked her for that initiative and asked her for the new order #, if there was one. She replied indeed there was and gave me the order #, only for me to find out much later that order # 473571483 is still pending credit card authorisation and the new order # she had given me was a replacement for order # 473571485 (which she had done the adjustments to the tax and shipping charges). I am sorely disappointed with how events have once again turned out with additional charges again billed to my credit card unnecessarily. It seems, I have to be very careful with my credit card information from now on when it comes to shopping with Victoria Secret because it seems to me Victoria Secret do not respect customer’s financial data, treating it like a toy as and when it suits them! I also wonder why Victoria Secret put in an exchange section in the returns form when in reality it’s a redundant section! I have now come to the point where returns will never be processed accordingly and after this incident, will never again submit an exchange form, because it is redundant information Victoria Secret customer service reps are not immune to! I would like to request for the transacted amount on my credit card for order # 473571485 to be entirely refunded as I just don’t see why the need to charge my credit card when there was more than enough from the returned items to cover the amount for the exchanges. As for order # 473571485, and since Ms Brie have advised me that she will proceed to apply the merchandise certificates to this order and have it shipped out soonest (and this was explained on the 19 February), then I would like to know whether this will be done as what she has explained or that Victoria Secret is still awaiting authorisation on my credit card (as evident from the status on this order from my online account). If Victoria Secret still insists on authorising the amount for order # 473571483 on my credit card, this will be the last time I will sending in an exchange form and will request for my bank not to entertain this transaction. I have also submitted a complaint to my bank and requested for them not to entertain the transacted amount on my credit card for order # 473571485. They have advised that they will look into this matter and hold the transaction. I look forward to your resolution of this matter and reply soonest.

I have never, in my 40 years, heard of a manager running a retail store so poorly a the one in Decatur, Alabama. This girl has no idea how to run a store and how she got a job as the store manager I will never understand. She tells employees to work for free or quit, she doesn't give them any hours (I mean zero hours) in a full week and then when they try to talk to her about why she didn't give them any hours, she puts them off for weeks at a time, telling them she's "not in business" when she's away from the store and when she is in the store she is too busy. She hides in the office with the door locked and tells the employees that they aren't allowed in the office unless they are on the clock. I can go on and on. She will be the demise of that store. Wait and see. Her regional manager can't be much better to allow this to happen and she can't be ignorant to the fact of how she's treating her employees. Of course, none of the employees are going to say anything because they will lose their jobs. I won't shop there ever again and neither will my family nor friends with the way this "manager" treats her employees. 1-30-12
This is the worst company to ever have a credit card with! If you have a return item for payment come back. They will not let you pay online for two months. You have to mail it or go to a store. The store only takes checks or cash. Who in the heck writes checks or carries cash!! They make it impossible to want your payment in this case. Mistakes happen. And when they make it. They take zero action. The people in customer service are a joke. So if you are paperless. You are screwed basically. The quality has gone down hill on the shirts. The stores hire silly teens who do nothing but lurk around all day. I try to be patient. But so over this store.
WORST phone customer service EVER. Out of every size and every color for the boyfriend turtleneck that was on sale (the turtleneck was also in ALL of the 8 catalogs I received in one day)...BUT when I called they said they have the SAME turtleneck AND THE SAME F-ing color I wanted from another catalog which they wanted FULL PRICE for...ummm seriously??? They apologized for it making no sense (damn effin right) but still said I had to pay $60.00 instead of $29.99 JUST BECAUSE it came from a different catalog. I am so confused...this makes no sense. I spoke with a manager and she said "sorry...that's the way it goes sometimes..." Are you serious??? All I wanted was the available turtleneck for the discounted AND ADVERTISED price. NOPE. Anyway...I will be filing a lawsuit. Since I am a lawyer...this will be no problem at all.
To whom it may concern, My name is Jessica. I am writing a letter of recommendation for a product. My mom had breast cancer a few years ago and we are proud to say she is a survivor. Since her surgeries she has not been able to wear bras with under wires because they are uncomfortable and hurt her scars. Also what if the under wire came out while she was wearing it? It could do some serious damage and cause the need to have more surgery. Now she has to wear bras with no under wire. My mom, sister, and I were at the mall today and saw that Victoria’s Secret was having a huge sale, so we went in. My sister and I both got new bras and then went to help my mom look for one with out any under wire. We found a small, small section of them in a corner and looked for one she would like. There was only plain colors and nothing really pretty or feminine, none of which she liked. There is definitely no lack of bras with under wire but there is when it comes to bras without it. Surviving breast cancer is something to be proud of and not something to feel ashamed of or upset about which is how my mom felt. You make gorgeous bras with under wire and yeah I’m sure they make those girls feel happy but when you have gone through what my mom has you deserve a drop dead gorgeous bra with no under wire. I’m sure that anybody who knows what she has been through or has gone through it themselves would feel this way too. I know that Victoria’s Secret is one of those brands that everybody loves. I know my family does. I also know that if you make a fabulous bra with no under wire in honor of breast cancer survival that it would be a huge hit. I know that there are more people out there in the world that have gone through breast cancer surgery and have the same problem with under wires. I just think that they should get some praise for what they have been through and should feel just as special as or maybe more sp
I think victoria's Secret should launch a beautiful, frilly blue bra and all proceeds go the the women's rights movement in Egypt in honor of the poor girl protestor beaten, stoomped unconscious and stripped by the military police and had blue bra underneath. Smart marketing move and helping women!
Hi, I have just started purchasing items from Victoria Secret Direct in the last 5 months and am very disappointed at how the following matters were handled by Victoria Secret Direct this morning. I now have a very bad impression of Victoria Secret Direct as I did not think a company of this size and fame would be so unethical as to deduct money from a customer's credit card as and when it suits them! On the 27 November, I placed a phone exchange for item # 275987 (from order # 460629738) for several other items which amounted to USD$ 354.50. 2 days later, on the 29 November I placed a phone exchange for item # 262529 (from order # 455347685) for several other items which amounted to USD$152.59. On that same 29 November, the amount of USD$152.59 was approved on my credit card. On both of the occasions, I was clearly communicated to and confirmed with over the phone that the amounts of USD$354.50 and USD$152.59 will be deducted on my credit card. No other additional charges to be deducted were communicated to me. In addition, email confirmations were send out for these 2 phone exchanges clearly stating the amounts of USD$152.59 and USD$354.50. The order # for the transactions of USD$152.59 is order # 465240050 and, for USD$354.50, is order # 464904171. On 1 December 2011 (30 November in the US) I was contacted by my bank in the wee hours of the morning asking if I had approved 2 Victoria Secret transactions for the amount of USD$193.04 and USD$418.49. In addition to these 2 transactions, another transaction for the amount of USD$152.59 was put through by Victoria Secret Direct on the 29 November. I was shocked to have been communicated this information as I was only aware of 2 order confirmation emails send by Victoria Secret for 2 very different amounts that is way less than what was put onto my credit card that morning! I immediately contacted Victoria Secret Direct that same 1 December morning asking why the amounts of USD$193.04, USD$418.49 and USD$152.59 was put onto my credit card instead of the initially communicated USD$152.59 and USD$354.50. I was told that shipping charges were added to these 2 initially communicated amounts. I enquired as to why there were shipping charges when the Victoria Secret Direct customer service representatives I spoke to on the 27 November and 29 November confirmed that because it was a phone exchange no shipping charges will be charged for these 2 orders. I was told that since the time the phone exchange was placed, the items to be returned were yet to be received by Victoria Secret Direct and as a result Victoria Secret Direct had no choice but to charge me shipping! The phone exchanges were done on the 27 and 29 November and I returned the items on the 30 November. How can the returned items be received by Victoria Secret Direct from an international customer in less than 3 days! I also further enquired as to the reason for the third transaction of USD$152.59 on the 29 November and was told that that amount will be refunded in 3-5 business days! As I was not communicated to in advance by Victoria Secret Direct for these 2 new amounts of USD$193.04 and USD$418.49, I requested that the orders be cancelled and the 2 amounts be refunded back immediately. I was on the phone dialing in from Singapore for nearly 2 hours and was given 1 excuse after another and put from 1 customer service representative to another who refused to cancel the orders! At one stage, 1 of the customer service representative had the nerve to tell me that I could refuse the shipments once it arrives into Singapore. I told her that since it is not send via registered the shipments will be delivered directly to the customer hence if I had to return the shipments I had to fork out additional money to return both shipments back to the US! After nearly 2 hours of frustration with no fruitful results in sight, I decided to drop an email to Victoria Secret Direct on this matter. I was shocked to have received a response from a customer service representative by the name of Bryan T stating that this matter was as a result of an earlier letter send out. I am at my wit's end as to which letter is he referring to as I have never received any letter from Victoria Secret Direct! It was also further stated in the response that future phone exchanges will no longer qualify for free shipping! I also dropped another email that morning on a damaged item which I had just received last week. I enquired if the replacement item is already on its way as I had earlier called Victoria Secret Direct and explained that this item (item # 267968 from order # 463421975) was damaged. I was told that day over the phone a replacement item will be send out. However, when I checked in on my online account this morning, I was surprised to have noted that the replacement order was removed from my list of orders! I was disappointed to have received a response stating that emails on replacement items will not be entertained! Now I am left with a damaged item which cost me USD$25.00 (a substantial amount in Singapore dollars, when it could be purchased cheaply over in Singapore for that same item). I am very disappointed with how Victoria Secret Direct has handled the above 2 matters. I am especially disturbed at how Victoria Secret Direct can just simply, as and when it suits them, deduct whatever amount from the customer's credit card, without any advance communication to the customer! I would have thought a synonymous company that of Victoria Secret Direct will ensure quality goods are send to customer. Instead, I am disappointed to have received 2 damaged items (for which 1 of them is as stated earlier) and for which Victoria Secret Direct do not seemed concerned to have the damaged item replaced! I would like to have my refunds back for the above unethical transactions of USD$193.04, USD$418.49 and USD$152.59. I want to also have the replacement for the above mentioned damaged item.
its cause she was focused on going back to high faosihn thats why her boddy is leaner compared to when she was still in contract as angel with VS. but no matter she still brought class to that show. she still brought it like she used to and i think that her last VS show. i dont think she will beap. coming back for this years show. alas the golden age of VSFS is finally over. all the great supermodels are gone and the only ones left are just crap
