Victoria Secret Corporate Office & Headquarters

I went into the store in Oceanside NY. I love that store and I want found out where one of your employees was transfered to? How would I do that her name is Stacey? She was a amazing person very helpful and feeling. I am a hard to fit because I can wear either a 36D or a 34DD. Not only did she fitme but helped me find a set that notonly do I love but so does my husband. Pretty and well made. You will be missed Stacey.

I am very offended that V. S. has on several occasions decided to stop carrying the size bras that I wear. They are on the larger end of the scale but I can assure you that there are many many many women out there that wear the same size as I do. I was told by the sales girl " you can still purchase them through the catalogue" as if they have decided not to accomodate people who wear my size bar any more. I find this offensive and inconvient as I like to try on things before I purchase them. I will have to look at other stores to purchase from in the future I guess.

I went into your store in Athens Georgia to purchase some perfume, and the sales assoc. asked me if I would like an "angel card" and that I would recieve discount coupons, yada yada yada, so I reluctantly said sure. I had no idea that this was a credit card. Once I did, I told her to close this out immediately, that I didn't want a credit card and that she should have made this clear. It looked like to me that she had done what I asked, but a couple of weeks later, here comes the card. I told you all the story, and that I did not want this to affect my credit rating and the girl assured me that it would not be forwarded to the credit bureau. Today I recieved a letter telling me that my account was closed, and that this information would be sent to the national credit reporting agencies. Even more perturbed than before, I called again and "Roger" assured me that was just a formality and the information had not been sent. What is up with this hogwash?!?!

I was on vacation in Miami Florida,went into Victoria Secret and spent $586.00, well when I got back to Virginia, I realized they were too big. I went on-line and purchased my size, because they seem to have more of a variety. I took some of the tags off, because I did not want my husband to know I had spent that much in Miami, but I kept the tags. I went into the store in Springfield, VA-Mall and I have never been treated like this in any store. This lady said I could not return them, because the tags were not on them, even though I had the tags with me. I then explained to her I had purchased the sizes I needed off line, which was another $200.00, she said well why didnt you return them here. I replied, because I thought since I had the tags, it would not be a problem to return. She then says, you should have read the receipt, because it clearly says, no returns without the tags attached. I asked could I have store credit, she said no, because that does not make them any money. She told me I had to spend the $ 225.00, that day in the store. This was the rudest person, I have ever met. I think she thought, because I was black, that i had stole them or I was trying to get over, when I had the receipt with me. I was so upset when I left the store that I called the corporate office, because for her to treat me like that, with as much money as I spend in that store, really upset. I spoke the nicest and she told me to mail everything to her and she would refund my money and she apologized for her rudeness. She actually save a customer, because I was never shopping at Victoria Secret again, but she was so helpful and that let me know that they care about their customers. She also told that the lady, would be dealt with. Thanks soo much for helping me. My experience with the coporate office customer service was excellent.

HI I WALKED INTO THE V.S. STORE IN LONG BEACH N.Y. I NEED TO SAY THAT THE MANAGER ( GENE) IS SO RUDE ... NOT A PEOPLE PERSON AT ALL ... EVERYTIME I GO IN THERE I HOPE THAT SHE IS NOT THERE ...ASKING HER FOR HELP IS LIKE PULLING TEETH ....YOU NEED TO RE-AVALUTE THE SALES PEOPLE IN THAT STORE AS I WONT BE GOING TO THAT LOCATIONM ANYMORE ...AS I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS NOT TO GO THERE ....

Today I made numerous purchases at the Tysons Corner Pink store on August 10, 2010 in preparations of my daughters move to college. One transaction was for ten pair of panties. When we got home there were only nine pair of panties in the bag. Called the store immediately and talked to the manager (Maisha Chowdhuri) and she told us that we had to drive all the way back (from Woodbridge to Tysons round trip is 36 miles) and show her the merchandise and then she could give us the panties. I told her this was not possible because the cost of gas would be more than the cost of the panties and she said she could not mail them or credit my account. I had the receipt and could have provided her with the information. I believe that by not sending me the merchandise that I paid for that this was a form of stealing from the customer. Nothing I said changed her position and I realized that she was not listening to a word I said. I called customer service and told them my story and they are sending me a voucher for a pair of panties. As I am very grateful to customer service, I will never do business with the Tysons Store again and will make sure that I tell everyone about the poor service there.

A few months ago my wife needed a strapless Bra. I went to the local V.Secret storen and purchased the Bra. She wore it and had no problem until today. She came home from wok and I noticed a large spot on her dress below her dress. She thought she had spilled something until she discovered the liquid was oozing from the left bra cup. She removed it and I cut the bra cup open with a pair of scissors and discovered the bra was actually leaking a oily, greasy substance. GROSS, GROSS, GROSS. What bothers me the most is, I don't know what the substance is? So, this is a no brainer for me. You'll not catch me shopping at V.S. ever again. Yuck!!! Johnny Johnson Minneapolis, MN.

I was at the store in Orland Park, IL. and would like to commend Amani E. on her kind attention that was given to me. She spent an hour helping me find the correct fitting bra. I was very satisfied with her assistance and she was very pleasant which made my experience very enjoyable.

If I could have gave you no stars I would have. I purchased items through your catalog several years ago. I was sent 2 left shoes and the other pair was way to big. I paid for the bras I purchased and now for the last 4 years I have been pursued by collection agencies because of you. I do not owe you anything, not one copper penny. I returned the shoes and and paid for the bras. A very nice woman by the name of Jennifer tried to help me in your corporate office, but could not she forwarded me onto some guy who wanted my SSN, I have had some issues with identity theft and you have to be nuts to even ask someone these days for their SSN. I refused to give it to him. My credit has been ruined thanks to Victoria Secret. I or my family has not shopped Victoria Sec for years nor will we ever again. Thanks Jennifer for trying to help. No thank to Victoria Secret who has done nothing to correct the problem even after several letters, phone calls and emails.

today i was at one of your locations and your employees were aweful!!! everytime i walk in there i leave in a bad mood because your staff is always so rude! i will never ever walk into your store again. i was a retail mgr for years and i have never seen a worse staff. I had aked one of the girl a question and she looked at me like i was stupid. You guys need to re-avaluate who you are hiring! This was the worst experance i have ever had by far!!!

I THEN CALLED OTHER STORES AND CHECKED THE WEBSITE ON LINE AND NO ONE HAS THEM. I LOVE VICTORIA SECRET PRODUCTS,WANTED TO GET MY COLOGNE AND UMBRELLA,IS THERE ANYTHING YOU CAN DO OR DO YOU HAVE ANYMORE UMBRELLAS ANYWHERE THAT I CAN GET WITH MY PURCHASE? MY LOCAL STORE SAID I MIGHT TRY CONTACTING YOU ON-LINE, THEY WERE VERY NICE BUT I STILL DID NOT GET AN UMBRELLA.

The Victoria Secret Store in Ala Moana Shopping Center Honolulu Hawaii....lets the phone ring a long time it rang about 20 times and they put me on hold for a long time. Other is a thank you this if for the same store a cashier named Heather helped me, very pleasant and very good service.
