Victoria Secret Corporate Office & Headquarters

Poor customer service-when shopping on a recent holiday weekend I stood in line with 10 other people for almost 30 minutes. There were over 5-6 sales associates walking around assisting customers, but only 1 person checking people out!!!! Come on, the manager did come up front to assist the only checker with a return issue, but made no attempt to hop on a register to help speed things up for the rest of us. I will not shop there any more.

I work at Victoria's Secret. My managers pride themselves in readying us for our customers during the Holiday season. I have had one hundred thousand people come through my store and destroy my panty tables. Typically, when a sales lady comes to you and asks if there's anything you need help finding, you either say yes or no. Do not ignore us. It's rude. Chances are, we just spend the last hour fixing that panty table you're messing up. Ever stop to think that we're there till 2 am fixing every last panty for you destructive people to come in and ruin? I understand that you want to see all the colors, and that's PERFECTLY acceptable. BUT- picking through the panties like you are tossing a salad is unnecessary. 90% of the ladies that enter our store are old enough to understand that retailers spend countless hours fixing things that people have no intent on buying but feel it necessary to pick up and put back down. When a Bra lady offers you a fitting? Take it. We don't want you taking back 3 of each color bra in different sizes because you refuse to let us find your size. WE HAVE TO PUT THOSE BRAS BACK UP! You have absolutely no clue how time consuming you make our jobs. SO! When a sales associate is rude to you, ask yourself, "Have I messed up anything that looked decent since I've been in the store?". Oh, and if you're digging through something, and a sales associate KEEPS asking if you want help, she's thinking to herself, "Would you please stop!? It takes me hours to fix those!" So please, for my sake and the hundreds of other bra and panty specialists... think before you dig. look before you touch. accept the help that is offered. and most importantly, be considerate and cordial if they are to you as well. If you're greeted, say hello back. Chances are they've been ignored a hundred times that day. It's hurtful! On the other hand though, I love my job there. My manager just sucks hard.

SECONDLY YOU DON'T KNOW WHERE TO PLACE YOUR COMMA'S. THIRDLY MANY OF YOUR SENTENCES ARE RUN ON SENTENCES. ALSO, YOU DON'T MAKE SENSE. WHAT DOES KNOWING HOW TO WRITE HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH PEOPLE SHOPPING AT VS? LASTLY, THESE AREN'T THE ONLY THINGS WRONG WITH YOUR ENTRY. MAYBE NEXT TIME HAVE YOUR SHIT CORRECT BEFORE TALKING ABOUT OTHERS!!!

I am a 40D, and though I am thick by no means am I fat and I would like to say that it's a rip off that bra companies do NOT make a PUSH-UP bra in a 40D! They come in a 38D....can't be because the ladies are already big enough so what message is this sending?! Would love to find a store that sells a push-up for a 40D, would think VS would have this covered. Very disappointed.

Hi, lady's so i went to Victoria Secret this weekend to use my Victoria Rewards card. i was so happy getting stuff there..(Now first let me point out i LOVE this store i got so many cute things that's my store) but then i went to go pay, NOW supposedly NOT EVEN VICTORIA SECRET KNOWS HOW MUCH MONEY THE REWARDS CARD has... at least that's what the back of the card said. well i was going to use two coupons i had and the lady told me i couldn't use both. so she said "Do you want to do $10 and $10?" and i stayed thinking. and said "what do you mean $10 and $10?. I DIDN'T EVEN GIVE HER THE REWARDS CARD YET TO SCAN AND SHE ALREADY KNEW IT HAD TEN DOLLARS IN IT!!. she couldn't even answer me. now tell me how is that?. also i was being very nice to this lady.(i was happy Hello my husband took me shopping!.) she was so rude cutting me off answering me rudely she didn't even wrap my things like they always do. she put my bras ans such in a small little bag. i couldn't believe it. i have never been treated so poorly there. even my husband noticed how dumb and rude she was. :{. i left very UNHAPPY!. FAKE PEOPLE AND FAKE ADVERTIZEMENT!!!

I am a worker at Victoria Secret and in our store we pride ourselves on having great custmor service. Most of the custmors that walk into our store are the ones with either the disgusting attitudes and we are just trying to help YOU out. We have to deal with your rudeness and try to keep the smile on our faces. Yes, maybe sometimes we can have a bad day, but it comes down to how you react with us. Secondly, If you do not like the writing on our brand clothes or think we have models looking trashy on our pictures, pleaseeee dont look at it. It's underwear what do you think its going to cover the whole body? or be above your clothes? Key word *under*... I would have a comment for everyone who has a smart remark about our store but I dont feel like writing to people who already feel as if our company is tainted, Which i find insulting. To let everyone know VICTORIA SECRET is to make women feel comfortable with themselves, their body's, and actually feel sexy! I love this store and feel that if you have had a bad experiance with V.S. tell them about it. * Not in a rude way! Two wrongs do NOT make a right. thank you.. :)

This company truly SUCKS! Their secret reward cards are a bunch of bull****! I literally, between myself and roommates had 30 of them and they were all $10! They claimed to have more $100s and $500s than ever. Last year, I actually got $100 and my sister did as well. I spend, embarrassingly over $5000 per yr to that store....NO MORE. Cutting up card now!

honestly, you're all ridiculous. I have read all these comments and the main reason why you all say you won't shop at vs anymore is because of bad service. that's completely ignorant of you. there are thousands of vs stores all over this country and if you don't like the service of one, stop going there, don't penalize the company for one store location. another thing, some of you are like old ladies. what in the world makes you think that you should be shopping there anyways? vs is designed for teens and young adults, not old people. honestly, you surely look ridiculous in sexy lingerie when you're sagging everywhere. you all need to relax. if you think the stuff is expensive, shop at marshalls. vs surely doesn't need you. pink is their brand, it's their logo, so no, they can't change it up just cuz you got tired of it. it's like asking santa clause to get a new outfit. completely ridiculous. and not all the stuff there says I love pink on them, only in the PINK section, hence the name. and lastly, most of you need to learn how to write correctly before saying these nonsense, let along shop there. proper grammar isn't hard, learn some.

As I was perusing the recent catalogue I received from Victoria’s Secret I was so disappointed to see a young girl wearing underpants with the words, “Your boyfriend say hi” written on the back of them. I felt disgusted and promptly through the catalogue in the trash. That is where all the future catalogues will go. I have spent a lot of money over many, many years with your company, including a $30 refund for shoes I returned and never got, and have not been totally comfortable with the progressively suggestive, exploitive pictures and advertising but now I am done. Now for your company to actually encourage young women to cheat with someone else’s boyfriend literally makes me sick to my stomach. It’s abhorrent to encourage such despicable behavior and I certainly hope it’s not my daughter’s boyfriend or your daughter’s boyfriend, for that matter, that some Victoria Secret buying tramp is trying to entice. Truly sickening. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. You have lost a good customer forever. I will never, shop in or with Victoria’s Secret again and I will encourage everyone I know, including a network of over 10,000 people to not shop with your company on principle.

I had called the Victoria Secret Pink store in the west farms mall in Connecticut and they were going to send a sweater to the waterbury mall for me. They took down all my info and I spoke to them 2 days in a row to make sure everything was fine, and was assured that it was being sent. I call 5 days later to check on the status because I never heard anything from eaither store and they told me they had no information on it. They basically took my info and put it in the trast then sold the sweater to some one else. HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED IN THIS BRAND- WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMER, BUT WILL NO LONGER BE.

on 9/06/2011 i was having a txt conversation with a Jameela Farmer.Upon many of nasty things she was saying to me i asked her were they having any sells at victoria secrets>she stated hell yeah nothing for your fat ass.Jameela Farmer is a supervisor at VS in the burl.center mall nj.I have since called corporate and made a formal complaint and also contacted my lawyer and filed suit.Whoever this lady is VS need to re-evaluate her and do a criminal back ground on her.VS is definatelty one of my favorite stores due to this i dont shop there anymore

I work for victoria's Secret and i don't understand why people here act like everything's horrible. i try to give all of my customers that walk through that door the BEST EXPERIENCE ever.

my son was injured inside victoria secret 8-19. the office in fay nc was very unprepared for any type of accident to occur in their facility. one of the employees told me they could not call 911 from there store. they had no towels or first aid kit on hand. my son was transported by ambulance and there was not one apology from any one who worked in the store. the store has serious safety issues. i will be contacting a atty

I havae had a credit card with victoria secret since 10 years or more in 2007 my credit begin to drop I had idenity theft lost one job and a childcare center just here recently i have been late paying once because the amount went from twenty dollars to twenty five dollars another because I was in the hospital centinela in california to years ago and i am still undergoing test, did victoria look at the previous ten to twelve years to see how i maintained my account when the economiy went downhill know they most certainaly did not in stead they just took my. card away i am 58 years old all the enjoyment i get now is going to the mall looking, eating, and on most of my cards now i have a lower credit limit but the pleasure for me is just to know if i want lotion and dont have the cash i can get some, now they tell me that i will have to start over again that hurts me to my heart knowing with the low credit score i will never be able to get another, i hope and pray someone even reads this please some one help me to keep some kind of credit with vickie my name for the store address 11166 ruthelen ave. los angeles, ca

Why did your pink collection get rid of your military collection?? I have been looking for a black jackeg that says i love united states marines on the back. I asked at a store in san diego and they said we could find thay jacket at the px on base, but they said we woild have to get it from you guys.

Please, PLEASE! bring back your original Victoria Secret perfume; the one with the cobalt blue top.....I bought about 10 bottles before you discontinued that wonderful perfume and was ALWAYS asked, especially by men, what I was wearing.It was intoxicating and I'm so disappointed that it's been unavailable for so long :(

You changed Vanilla Lace by adding nasty musk sent to it. WHY? Not everyone wants their fragrance to be announced half a block away. MOST of us know the value of subtle. Your Vanilla Coconunt is way to strong and neither of the fragrances holds a candle to the old Vanilla Lace. Please reconsider this bad move for Vanilla Lace. Truly an awful change. Wouldn't it be nice to bring back Encounter too? Another one that is subtle and delicious. Not overpowering and obnoxious.
