Ulta Corporate Office & Headquarters

I bought a product from the McKinney TX store on Hwy 380 and 75E that I later found was possibly defective. I returned it and asked for my money back and was told "not without a receipt", which I no longer had. I was at least 25 miles from home and later called Ulta corporate office who told me they had a record of my purchase and would forward it to the store. I had to drive the 25 miles back and was told by the manager that corporate tells them not to tell customers how to get a refund without a receipt. It wasted my time and about 100 miles of gas money. this is lousy customer service and I will tell my friends and anyone who will listen not to shop at Ulta.

A couple of weeks ago I got a Keratin treatment at an Ulta salon. A friend of mine recommended it and gave me a 20% off coupon. The normal charge for the treatment is $195. and the salon took the coupon and gave me a similar coupon to pass along to someone. I liked the Keratin treatment so I took my daughter to the Ulta Salon in Auburn, Al. They said the price was $250.00 which is contrary to their online price list which clearly states that the price for the Keratin treatment is $195. Furthermore, they refused to take the coupon. I feel like we are being scammed.
