TA in Wellington Ct. Came in for an oil change.I was told 2 hour wait. I said OK.it has been 6.5 hours and still waiting.

I'm in Denver Colorado. There is more reserved parking than handy cap. Why is that. You need to make all 10 of these spots by shop handycap and put reserved somewhere else. Drivers park in reserved anyhow they don't care if it says handy cap or reserved. And why can'tTA clean up this place. Truck stops are for trucks not cars. They are welcome but they make things bad for us truckers. TA and all truck stops need to respect the handy cap like me. You ticket cars then you should start ticketing trucks...I should talk to the news media maybe I'll get heard there.........and clean up Denver TA truck stop it nasty..my rating for this truck stop is very very poor

I have to say "thank you" i am discused by these women and men that think hookers are great.last night in monroe michigan i called the desk and asked if they allowed these people in the parking lot.thier response was wonderful "they had the police there immediatly" Thank you .i wish all truck stops kept cb' s in the store to monitor the parking lots

My review is that the TA's don't give double points like the Pilot truck stops and us drivers give you guys a lot of business and I feel that you guys don't reward us as you should

I was in Petro iron skillet Remington IN this morning. I can not believe they put new waitress by her self in the busiest part of the restaurant on a Saturday morning. Why at 9:00-9:30am there r no dam managers around the place to be help a waitress that has never done this job before. I think this is a joke. I know this is TA and I won't get anything for sitting there for over 45 min waiting for my cold food to get to my table. Maybe from now on I will go to Burger King or McDonald's. at least then I know I will get offered a free meal if they feel they messed up or feel I waited longer than I should have.

Youre reserved parking is bs. I used to fuel and eat with you guys. I and my friends are boycoting ta. You will lose more money by me not fueling and eating at the ta. Keep youre reserved parking.

As a truck driverits difficult to find a place to park especialy around the Dallas are! The TA At exit 472 on I20. To actialy charge us to park is rediculous! We spend enough money across the country then to charge us us a bit greedy! I will do my best to not use any of ypur stores again I will start using pilot/flying j's!

I was in the restaurant for lunch on Sunday afternoon and I had an amazing experience!!! My waitress moe and tonya were very friendly and funny!! I had the buffet and it was amazing the food was all so good I will definitely be back as often as possible!! Thanks so much for a wonderful lunch and a overall great experience!!

came to the shop because I thought I had a coolant leak, after pressure testing- the tech said I didn't. So I asked if he could replace a water line- he did, but didn't replace hose or clamp or pressure test. got 60 miles down the rd and low coolant-refilled it, went to gaston indy t.a. for help- they did all they could still leaked. refilled. made delivery went back to seymour, for help- tech said radiator leaking were hose fits onto the water line( think someone muscled it?) in the shop and really hoping these guys are not like knoxville,watt rd t.a. - were they break stuff on your truck laugh about it and feel like they have a license to steal. I hope that they stand behind their work. we will see- I will post the outcome

I just had breakfast. I cme back to my truck just as one of the workers was bringing out the coffee containers and watched her clean out the pots with the outside hose. If that wasn't bad enough then she put the tops of them on the ground while she cleaned out the pot. I'm sorry but that is just unsanitary. She then put them back together and took them back in for the rest of you to drink out of. Gross.

I stop at Travel Centers of America on a reg basis. I expect to be greeted and feel welcome. No complaints there. My recent complaint is several times I've stopped by TA Brookville, Pa #003. The manager is never around, when asked where he is employees say he's gone for the day. Mind ya this is before 3pm. Got several managers on day shift but when I even return back there on my way home, no managers on night? when he is around he smells like he just returned from the bar. What kind of place has managers they let run around smell like alcohol? This person is supposed to represent the company. I'm going to start fueling and shopping at Flying J.- owner operater

THESE PEOPLE WORK HARD TO PLEASE THE DRIVERS OUT HERE, I'VE BEEN STOPPING AT THE T/A'S A LITTLE BETTER THAN 25 YEARS, AN HAVE ONLY HAD ONE COMPLAINT AN I CALLED THE CORP. OFFICE OVER IT, BUT OTHER THAN THAT ALL THE T/A'S THAT HAVE BEEN MENTIONED BY THESE ADOLESCENT DRIVERS WHO CALL THEMSELVES PROFESSIONAL DRIVERS, ARE THE SAME ONES THAT COMPLAIN ON THE RADIO AT TRUCKSTOPS DAILY!!! I GIVE T/A'S A 10 PLUS FOR DOING A GREAT JOB AT ALL THEIR LOCATIONS... KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!! SINCERELY, SAM

The coffee pots at all t/a truck stops barely trickles out of the spout because they are never cleaned

i will never fuel at t/a or petro the fuel desk tels az. dot when you fuel when they call them if you are 15 min off you get out service they need to tell them they dont have that info with the time changes in all states it is hard to be to the min. if dot calls the small stop they just tell them they dont have that and cant back comp. up to get it

The t.a in gallup new mexico was great a small town with a nice friendly staff, even has a natavie american gift shop wich was great and freindly service and great prices, very happy with it and food and showers were great and clean, thanks alot rick..

The TA in Mt. Vernon Illinois is a horrible and nasty place. store #043. i even heard some workers talking about how they were chasing a snake and didnt not catch it and found magets by the coffee. I will never eat there again. The shift leadrers are rude on the night shift.

Your Ontario Shop has been tagging trucks For DOT USA To put out of Service with out informing them of the problems... As of this day, I am going to be active in slaming the TA @ Ontario, CA. Every Driver will get informed of the underhandednesss that is going on.

I will no longer use TA truck stops. I went in to get a tire changed on my trailer. Got there at 3 pm they finally call me into the bay door about 7pm where I sat another hour before I finally went inside to find out if they where going to help me or not just to find out I was only in the staging process and was not in line to be helped yet. I also at this time find out the did not have what I was looking for and wanted to charge me over 700 hundred dollars for a new tire. That is highway robbery. I can get the same tire new right down the road for less than half what they where asking. The staff was not very helpful or friendly maybe cause the fact they where overworked and dealing with alot of very unhappy truck drivers cause there company just plane sucks. I would rather spend the night on the side of the road and starve. Than to pull back into another TA and waist my hard earned money on their highway robbery.

Would like to comment on shower cleaning person named Brad at the Petro in Glade spring Va. While trying to enter the shower I couldnt read the reciept for the entry code,Brad noticed I was having a problem and entered the code. This may seam small but it is just his personal good attitude that makes a tired older drivers day a little easier. Thanks Brad and I pray you keep your good attitude.
