There is someone that works for your store that does not have his highschool diploma or his GED. I would think that lying is some what of a offense towards your education to the company that you are working for, espcially if you plan on growing through that company. His name is Brett Thomas Beatty, and I do believe that he is currently working at the Target store in Flowery Branch, GA.
For a company being boycotted twice and getting into politics and not training their employees right, these and many other reason regarding your stores and customer service I see why people are not shopping at your stores. Recently I wanted to buy milk at one of the Super Targets in the area, twice now the milk has been old. I returned them twice and the last time.
I ordered gifts for a baby shower from the Target gift registry. Within an hour after placing the order the confirmation arrived and I saw an error. Instead of teh gift coming to my house for the SURPRISE SHOWER, it was sent to the mother-to-be. I immediately called Guest Services which is in the Philippines and even though it was within two hours of placing the order NO ONE would help me - I was transferred to Corporate in Minneapolis and NO ONE helped me. All I wanted to do was change the ship to address or cancel the order completely and I would re-order everthing. NO ONE helped me. I was on the phone being transferred from one in adequate person to another for over three hours and NO ONE helped me. Target told me to call American Express to have them cancel the charge. I called Amex and they could see the purchase but it had not been posted and that Target should cancel the order. Amex said it is my inalienable rights to cancel an order within 24 hours. TARGET^does not help anyone. This morning when I opened my e-mail, a shipping confirmation was posted. It had shipped from a Target facility at 11:58 last night. It could have and should have been stopped at 1:30 yesterday afternoon if only one person would have listened. At this point, I have ruined a surprise shower for someone. Three items totaling $172.00 was shipped out. Unfortunately, a Target store is close to my work and I am sorry to say that I spend thousands of dollars over a course of a year there. That process stopped yesterday. Never, Never again. Minutes ago, I contacted UPS to track the shipment and I was told the item did not ship and that I can request that it be returned to sender. I am following that recommendation as of this writing and I am contacting American Express to cancel the charge. Good luck out there to anyone dealing with Target. Anne Snizavich
On March 22nd, 2011 I visited the Target located in The Brickyard Shopping Center in Chicago, IL. I have been a loyal customer to Target with frequent visitations not only from me but also from my family. Unfortunately, Target will never receive a penny from me or anyone closely related to me. I do not judge Target for its actions. Target can do whatever it wants to do with its money. That day that I visited the store I was looking for a game with my father to buy for my little brother's birthday. When I found the game he had been asking for we were gladly ready to pay for it. We were at the register, the cashier asked for an I.D. and I am well aware that I.D.'s are required for the purchase of certain games and I have no problem with that. However, I was not notified of this process in the correct manner. The cashier told me "You need an I.D. to purchase this game and we do not accept "MEXICAN" I.D.'s". I am a U.S. citizen with hispanic ethnicity and I have never felt so discriminated against in my life. As soon as she said that to me and my father I did not even bother to take out my state I.D. I simply just placed the game back in its place and walked away. It is ashame that people get to that point of discrimination and downgrade of a race. I just wanted to share my horrible experience and make it aware that no kind of gift card or reward from Target can make up for the pain caused to me and my father that day. I do not understand how an employee at Target feels the right to humiliate loyal customers who supply money and business for the store they work for and their paycheck.
I fell in their store at no fault of my own and do not insurance and it has been nothing but a nightmare for me. They only keep giving me excuses as to why they cannot seem to help me out with answers like how long does it really take to investigate the accident? I did not hire an attorney like everyone said and now I wished I had!!! Beware, you are all on your own in their stores regardless. Make sure you have health insurance or learn from my mistake: hire an attorney immediately.
My rating is actually a "0" worst then poor...if you want service it is not with Target.com orders...I made an order in Feb, 23, 2011 and the item is in stock here is the last day of March...and they have not shipped the item.. and be aware they will not let me cancel the order either...I have been in contact both by e-mail and by phone...and have been lied to and told I cannot cancel my order....
The Target 90 day return policy! I purchased a Braun electric razor and at the time of purchase, approx a year ago, the clerk helped me find an extra head for it at a cost of 30.00. After using the razor for a year, i went to install the new head, wrong one. i still had the receipt, so i took it back to The Target store in Norfolk ne, the don't even have the right one for it,90 day return policy, sorry your sol on the entire deal. I should of went to Walmart. Will never buy anything in Target again.

I CAN'T USE PROFANITY HERE BUT TARGET CAN "F" OFF! MY PARTNER AND I HAVE BOYCOTTED THEM AS WE DO COORS BEER-FOREVER! THE GAY COMMUNITY NEEDS TO STOP SLEEPING AND "FORGIVING" CORPORATIONS-YOU FORGIVE A PERSON, FRIEND, FAMILY BUT NOT A CORPORATION, WE HAVE TO SEND THE MESSAGE LOUD AND CLEAR THAT WE NO LONGER ARE DOING BUSINESS BUT THAT WE "MEAN" BUSINESS! GOODBYE TARGET AND GOOD RIDDANCE. THE GAY COMMUNITY SPENDS MORE AT TARGET THROUGH ADVERTISING, WORD OF MOUTH AND HGTV PROMOTIONS-GAYS CAN HAVE A HUGE IMPACT AND SHOULD HAVE SOME MORALS AND INTEGRITY LIKE THE OLD SCHOOL GAYS-THE STONEWALL GAYS...AND TO THEM I SAY "THANK YOU FOR PAVING OUR WAY MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS" AS WELL AS TO THE STRAIGHT SUPPORTIVE COMMUNITY. REMEMBER IT TOOK A STRAIGHT FEMALE-A MOTHER JULY OF 2010 TO EVEN SHED LIGHT ON WHAT TARGET DID DONATING $$$$ AGAINST OUR COMMUNITY-THANKS TO HER, PATHETIC FOR OUR COMMUNITY! STAND UP GAYS, HOMOS, QUEERS-WHATEVER WE CALL OURSELVES-STAND UP AND STOP TAKING THIS CRAP!
The Pharmacy team in Conway Arkansas is the best. Sarah, Lisa, Jay and the other members of the team are always friendly and helpful. I left Walmart about 3years ago because of the slow service and the atmosphere of the pharmacy. Best move I have ever made. Now for the minor complaint against the Target Corporate side.I spend about $200.00 amonth in co-pays and my Insurnce company pays about $2000.00 to $2200.00 a month. I have no credit cards so I can not participate in the %5 off program. You would think a guest that spends approximently $24,000.00 a year would get some reward. I would think a company could even forgo the copay for 24k a year in drug sales. Thanks for having this form available to your guest. Once again your Pharmacy team in Conway Arkansas is great.
I could give no stars if it was an option. They almost forced me to get their credit card that promises 5% off that you never get plus they messed up my credit that I worked on for years. Ok you sell isaak misrahi' s misscut clothing so what you are not asks fifth by any means I just distorted my card and will never shop there anymore. Oh forgot to mention that I was clearly discriminated against when one day I had my purchases on the counter the cashier did not greet me instead she asked m e to remove my murchandise cause she was closing I thought how rude she let me put all my purchases and not tKe me. I removed my stuff and moved to the next available one I look behind me and there she was taking the person behind me because she was Hispanic?!!! I could sue for this as my second cashier himself could not believe what he saw he said it was clear as the sun! I wish this company goes bankrupt!! I will be happy to see them gone for their unethical dues
Actually the comments on the site help me to make my decision to buy SPEND my money elsewhere, thank goodness as you say for the intelligence of the average american - oh and by the way if you go to the Target website you can't post comments on their website, you have to mail or fax your comments in to their corporate HQ, they certainly do a good job of self protect just as I am doing now MAKING AN INFORMED DECISION NOT TO SHOP AT TARGET
The Sunday sales flier 3/20/2011 had a couple of items I was interested in. Upon arriving at the store (on Tuesday) I found that the items on hand were of such poor condition that they were not fit to sell (scratches, scrapes and poor quality). Decided to pick up Canada Dry ginger ale that was on sale but they were out. No problem I thought, I'll get a rain check. Much to my surprise, after asking customer service for one I was told "we do not give rain checks on vendor products". If a concern like Target can't make sure there is stock on hand to meet their customers needs then I suggest you get better control over your vendors. My old business sense demanded of me to NEVER let a customer leave unhappy. When I asked for a manager to voice my displeasure I was met with a so what kind of attitude. Next time I am in Target I will follow my wife with my own basket and fill it to the brim with all sorts of stuff and then leave in somewhere in the store so someone can then put it away. YES, it is childish and vindictive but satisfaction is oh so sweet to a demented man.

I bought some bath rugs from a target store well really i had to go to 3 different stores to get what i needed. Now I'm trying to get more it's a target brand and not getting any help from there .com service.Called there headquarters and all i get is the same old crap.big business at it's finest. They don't care about anything they want to be wal-mart but it'll never happen. Granted same crap products. But really bad customer service.Your rating system is even wrong it should be -5 as in close your doors enough people are getting ripped off these days.Keep taking your over sized pay checks.Your not worth the paper it's printed on.Your products SUCK!!!
i am sorely upset and very offended by the fact that target sells ouija boards in their toy dept. ouija boards are not toys!!!! children have no business playing with them!!!!! i will not support a store who encourages witchcraft with children!!!!
Target rocks as far as the selection of merchandise. Love the grocery departments added to many Bay Area, CA stores. I am however so sad and disappointed that Target HQ has decided to stop offering the Target VISA red card rewards/incentive program. :( The 5% savings on every Target purchase is nice, however, my family so enjoyed using our Target VISA card for most every purchase we maade previously knowing we'd get rewarded with that special 10% savings card. Now, the only perk about the Target VISA is the 5% savings, YET only on Target store purchases. There is no incentive for us to use the VISA card for dining out, gasoline and other purchases. I hope enough people who feel the same let Target HQ know their disappointment and the Red Cards rewards program is brought back to life.
I am very glad that Target stands for its belief. It is not a racist or bigot just because it supports Arizona immigrant law. 18 other states are planning to join the law soon. I am a long time resident of AZ and a white person. I LOVE shopping at Target stores - much better than Walmart ! Smack to MN governor.
Great news - Good by to Lady GaGa - Target did the right thing.
The only reason that I am giving Target a star at all is because you are forced to. I found a gazebo, lighting and netting on sale. I made the mistake of thinking that I would take advantage of the 5% that target offers on their card instead of making the payment on another card. Guess what. I am not getting the stuff on sale. Why? Because Target's policy is that they can decide to take your money credit the account and tell you you can't use it until they decide when and how. It could be 2-3 or more. The supevisor Bridget told me that they can hold it as long as theyf want. It varies from customer to customer. How did the politicians allow this to happen. In other words, they get to drive the prices up because these items will no longer be on sale, they can take your money and pretty much say ha ha. Sucker. We have it and you can't use it. Needless to say, go to walmart. They are customer friendly and their prices are the same if not better. I am done with Target. I have 2 that are closer than walmart and I am going the extra mile to Walmart. I am going to pay off my balance and keep the card open unused. Target seem to prefer that way.
