It's amazing how all these complaints are about the same issue. The coupons! I tried using a Target coupon that DID NOT indicate excludes travel/trial sizes. I was told I could not use them because that's wasn't the intent of Target putting those coupons out there. The Forest Lake, Mn store is horrible and they are so rude. Yes, they have people following you once you bring your coupons out and they stand by the cashier who is ringing you up. Yesterday, the gal standing with the cashies told me and my daughter that she is making a 1 time exception by allowing the coupons. She also said if they don't scan, they do not accept them even though they are a valid coupon. She also advised the the workers are to ask no questions, do not allow the coupons, etc. She also went on to tell me that in the future if I have Target coupons that don't say excludes travel/trial to not bother using them. Either I buy the full size or don't use the coupons. I was told I can't have my cake and eat it too. When I asked for a manager, she said she was the manager. I'm not a criminal, shelf clearer or an idiot. My daughter looked terrified because of the way these people act. And it's a shame that you can't contact Target directly. I will avoid Target all together now. Maybe if more of us do that, they'll get the hint.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with the Target Store here in the Winston-Salem, NC area. When I went to get prescription filled, they gave me medication that had been prescribed for someone else. I almost took the medication. I'm glad I didn't. The label read, "Do not take with any other medication." When I returned it, they found the medication for which my medication had been written. I received only a perfunctory apology, and was given a five-dollar gift card for my trouble. I handed it back to the pharmacist. I was insulted...and told her so. For the inconvenience Target had caused me, I felt that at least a fifty-dollar card would have been given me. I will be transferring all my prescriptions to Walgreens here in the area. At least, I won't have anymore anxiety about my medication, and whether my prescription will be filled correctly.

Every time my wife and I shop at target its always dirty at the entrance of the store, trash all over the floor and really is nasty looking. After shopping when we go to check out my wife always tries to safe money by ad matching and she always has to go to guest service to do that.Big inconvenience.Target sucks and you people in corporate suck and I will never shop at a target store again.Your employees are very unfriendly and unprofessional. The problem starts at the top from poor management I suggest whoever owns Target to open your eyes and get rid of all the ass kissers cause that's how you got where your at.

I went to the Target on Wixom rd. in Novi, MI around 6:30 p.m. to purchase a new iphone and didn't leave for about an hour. The employee I dealt with at the target mobile's name is Lisa. I am aware that mistakes happen, and 99.99% of the time I am very easy going and can laugh about the problem. When the problem isn't fixed and when costumer service is so bad that they don't even care is when I get frustrated to say the least. When Lisa activated the new iphone she put my father's phone number to the iphone instead of mine when I must have said two or three times that the 5328 number was to be on the iphone. So my father ended up with no phone all night seeing as I had a phone with my his number, and my old phone still connected to my number. This was a problem because my dad is a very busy business man. I didn't realize until I left the store and started receiving his business calls that a mistake happened. When I called the target store the employee was not friendly and when I was transferred to a manager he said there was nothing that could be done and I would have to fix the problem, which him and his store created, by myself. Also when I called Lisa (she had given me her cellphone number) she said she was about to leave and couldn't help me. The three people I talked to in those ten minutes were zero help and couldn't have seemed to care less. I was beyond frustrated and still am with Target. I've always liked shopping at Target but this experience of very poor customer service may have swayed me from shopping at Target again.

Target Pharmacy Hey customers! Smell the colored ring on your prescription bottles! If it smells like mildew, please complain!

5-1-12 Yesterday my girlfriend bought a mountain bike from the Bristol,VA Target. It was on sale and was thought to be a good bike. The rep even said he had put it together and it was a good bike. However on the first ride on the Creeper Trail with-in an hour the petal broke off and caused a nasty and scared wreck. After the panic we realized the many cuts, scrapes and possible broken arm. I am highly disappointed with this and am ferrous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is a huge SAFETY ISSUE that WILL BE ADDRESSED IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!! PLEASE BE Aware of any Bike purchases!! I cant believe this bike was NOT inspected before sale.......... We now have to pay for the

you should work at target, I worked 8 hours and am supposed to get 2 15 min. breaks and one hald hour break ( unpaid of course) but because they were late giving me my break ( half) I only got one 15 min. break when policy states that if you work over 7 hours you are supposed to get 2 15 min breaks. That is not right and something should be done not that anything will be because Target higher ups can do what they want. Do not go to the Brandon Fl store it sucks to shop there and work there.

The last couple of times I have been very unsatisfied with our local Target pharmacy in Garner, NC. The service that we received this past week was totally unacceptable. My daughter’s doctor faxed in a prescription on April 20th and when I went to pick it up I was informed that it would have to be authorized from the doctor’s office to insurance company. The pharmacy said they would call Monday to get it all straight. I contacted my doctor's office just to make sure it got taken care of Monday April 23rd. The pharmacies recommend we get the Nexium instead of the Prevacid; it would be easier to process for insurance reasons. When I went on Tuesday to pick-up the Nexium I was once again told they needed to get authorization. My doctor’s office sent the approved authorization. We were still without the medicine and had to take my daughter back to the doctor on Friday April 27th. At that time the doctor's office said everything was approved and I should not have any trouble. I called the pharmacy and was told it still wasn’t approved and I needed to contact my insurance company, when they were the ones with all the necessary information. It took me a week to finally get my daughter’s medication and that was with no help from the team at your pharmacy. We will not be getting any more of our medicines filled with Target. Very Very disappointed!

I was at my local Target store recently, and was shopping with my MoM and brother like we always do. We started off looking at jewelry at the front of the store. There was a ring on the counter someone had left there. My MoM tried it on then put it back. Then we made our way around the store. I don't feel I was being suspicious in any way. But I did feel like I was being watched, which made me self conciously look to see who was watching me. When we got in line, I had four magazines I had carried around the store out in the open, & was getting ready to buy, in my hands & the manager kept walking by glancing at me. Did he really think I was going to stuff four magazines in my coat in front of everyone in the check out line? My coat was unzipped by the way. Then as we were checking out, he came up behind the cashier & was watching everything she rang up. My MoM was really offended. She thought he was looking at her glasses to see if she stole them. Since glasses were by the jewelry department. I don't know what his problem was. I went over our behavior in my mind to see if anything we did could have been misunderstood. But now that I've read all these other comments of people being watched. I think Target is training their employees to do this. I've always loved Target. But if they keep this up, they are going to lose alot of business, including mine.

Today I went to the Buckhead South Target store with a long list of items to buy, including one item listed in your sale flyer. It was a very unsatisfactory shopping experience. Had it been my 1st time at Target, it most likely would have been my last. I planned to buy the 8000btu portable air conditioner, however there were none displayed. I asked for assistance in locating the item, as it wasn't with the other AC units/fans. The saleswoman I asked directed me to another department, where they had been in the past because they were rearranging everything in the store. When I went to that department area (which turned out to be the garden area), still no luck. I asked someone in that area, who didn't have a clue but told me to check with customer service. I then went to the are to buy some curtain rods. There were none at all. Zip. I asked a salesperson in that area and he told asked me what kind I wanted as they were all in the back storeroom area. At this point I put my shopping list away & paid for the 2 pairs of shoes I had picked up. At that point, I went to customer service to ask about the portable AC unit. There was a man (name tag said "Sam" & he said he is the front end manager) there who finally looked up and said just a minute. He proceeded to move some blank signs around and then came to see what I needed. I asked him about the AC unit & he asked "did you look where the AC & fans are?" When I said yes, but that it wasn't there and 2 different salespersons had directed me to different areas to look for it, with no luck, and as a large number of shelving units all over the store were completely empty, I was hoping maybe there was one in the back. He checked with someone in the AC department on the sales floor via radio and told me to go look in yet a 3rd place. I felt I'd already done enough useless searching and just wanted to know if one was actually available. Since this employee wasn't able (or willing?) to check stock for me, I left the location. I drove to the other side of town to the Atlantic Station Target where I was able to complete my shopping and get everything on my list. Needless to say, I'll never shop at the Buckhead South location again.

I purchased the Dyson DC41 Animal. Least did I know that if you take it out of its package and use it, it no doubt is considered used, but because of that same reason, they will not take it back!!!!!!!!!!! What??? How else was I suppose to know If I liked it or not??? You are kidding me arnt you?? I tried it once, for the price of $599.00 I feel as if I should be totally loving it. I am not impressed with this sweeper at all. They really do it all up on T.V. but in real life, It does not live upto my standards. I am very dis-pleased with the product, but cannot return it because it has been used!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG!!!! how else was I suppose to know if I liked it or not?? You have got to be kidding me???????????????? I have written letters to corp, and nothing. Called Dyson and they too are speechless. They do not understand what in the world is going on,

I drove to the nearest Target store on Beltway 8 here in Houston and found they only had one patio chair i wanted to buy on display. I wanted new chairs and no display chairs. A sales rep., who was not at all friendly, checked two other Target stores a little closer to my home. Each store both said they had 3 chairs of that exact style in stock. I drove home and called those stores just to confirm the availability. I gave them the complete description, which was taken off a sales tag at the store on Beltway 8. Each store told me they had none in stock. I am through with Target.

When I got home I realized I had only 2 of 4 items. One of the missing items was a gift. Immediately called the Worcester, MA Target store. Was told they could only hold the bag I had not taken for the night then the 2 items would be returned to the floor. I asked how they could return items I had already paid for and was transferred to someone else who promised they would hold them until morning. I returned within an hour of opening to be told the items had already been returned to the floor. I pressed the woman wanting the gift that had taken me a long time to find. The woman pulled out a return bin and I saw the item in the bin and got it back plus a refund for the second item. How can it be store policy to return items that a customer paid for and is coming to retrieve?

Monday 4/9/2012, I was in Super Target in Boynton Beach on Congress and Boynton Beach Blvd shopping for my elderly family member with a friend, while visiting from up north and was astonished of the profanity coming out of the pharmacy. While shopping in the isles, I observed such negligence from this aggressive young lady, who spoke loudly towards her peers at work. The young lady stated to the employees, "yall do some stupid sh**, what the fu** is wrong with yall, and she also stated, " I don't know what the fu** yall are going to do when I leave" and none of the employees that was present replied, they looked to threaten to do so. I would be surprised if they do reply and the repercussions they would receive if they were to say anything if asked, with the looks that appeared on they're faces. The pharmacist in a white coat, which was a woman, seemed to be frightened and looked like she didn't say or do anything to correct the unprofessional behavior. I feel sorry for the other employees, let alone the company. I returned a couple days later in the week to get her name and to speak with the pharmacist about what I observed that day, and the same young lady is saying sh** and fu**, to him, in a loudly voice. I asked an employee that was working in the isle for their names and was given the names, Niova and Farzerad, not sure of the spelling. This seems to be an on going matter and looks to me this invective young lady, is in charge and not the Manager! If I was placed to be the mystery shopper for this store, I would have failed that area. NO MANAGEMENT!! This situation needs to be addressed and corrected in a respectable, professional manner. The horrific words that this Target employee uses and attitude she has, I'm completely and utterly disturbed that Super Target, a well known company, would allow this type of behavior! Sincerely, Concerned customer

Today I had my eyes examed in your optical Dept. in Riverview Fl. The people there were very nice and helpful. After exam and choosing glasses I wrote a check. Now the problem----YOU refused this check because it was for $460.49. You don't accept checks over $400. according to some foreign man your phone line connected me to. Just how much do you think a pair of no-line transition len glasses cost? The dummy on phone said well try writing 4 one hundred dollar checks --now really is this good customer business or even logical? If I would have had a Target charge you would have accepted this. Talk about discrimination and forcing your card on people-this takes it for sure. Well folks, I used my debit card and money came out of same account you refused check from. In a day when it is hard for people you sure are hard on honest people. You embarass not only your customer, you embarass your people trying to help us. Finally I am going to be some of the best advertising I can be for your corporation. I am telling everyone here in our park,at my church, doctor's office and lodge just how the man on phone treated me and of your stupid policy. As for the people in your optical depart. today--you should cherish them as they tried very hard to ease embarassment of all involved.

I have two occasions to share with corporate about the Champaign, Illinois store that have been a problem for me and my family. I am a single mother of one daughter and grandmother to one granddaughter so saving money is on my mind constantly. I use coupons, yes the dreaded word to Target "COUPONS". I am tired of being followed around the store by your security personnel until I check out. While at checkout they stand and watch every transaction like I am stealing from the store. Since I am an honest couponer I tolerate this because I am doing nothing wrong. It is more of an annoyance knowing they are tailing me intead of spending their time performing more important duties. The economy is tight so Target should be expecting more people to be using coupons. Secondly, my grandaughter is of mixed heritage and everytime she is with me security follows us nonstop. At the check out, one of your cashiers, a very pleasant African American lady even commented to the security personnel, "What are you doing back there,". The security personnel looked like he had been betrayed by the cashier, like I hadn't noticed him when we walked in. We both had a good laugh at the guy. Just because someone is of another race does not mean they are going to steal something. That's the reason we use coupons, so we can BUY what we need, get it Target!

I quit going to the target store in new ulm mn for a year because of a salesperson named Candy. Everytime I'm in the checkout line she appears and starts looking thru my purchases. Not only is this rude but she interupts the salesperson helping me. Well I thought I would give target another chance and went there on Sunday. I had one item being waited on by a pleasant salesperson and lo and behold Candy appears and starts her nosey routine. It took 10 mins to get out of there because Candy was looking over my purchase and interupting the salesperson who was helping me. I spent $10,000 last year at Walmart and it was worth every penny not to put up with Candy. Not coming back to Target until they train their long term employees properly.

I went to your newbury park target trying to return a computer game but when i spoke with the manager she cut me off and said i couldnt return it because of their policy. I've been going to target since i was about five and i am currently 19 years of age. I purchase items 2 to 3 times per week and this never happened before. When i called customer service for the store i recognized the store managers voice and i ask if its her but she lies and says that its a completely different person. i try and tell her my situation but she doesnt let me talk yells over me the same thing she said while i was in the store and when i tell her to let me talk and be quiet so i could explain my situation to her she hangs up on me. This is the worst costumer service ive ever had in my life i would go to target 2 to 3 times per week but im never shopping there again!!!
