Over the crazy holiday black friday, my wife loss her credit card in your REDLANDS, CA target store. In which, the card was turned in to the manager and lock in the safe, so we thought only to find the card was logged in as they have it. When we called they said the customer service which needs to be improved because they pushed me asside to handle other customers. Why would the credit be logged in and not in the safe ? Therefore, you have dishonest staff and the card was stolen !!!!. will be filing a police report in the next few days. The person who logged the card needs to needs to sign that they found the card for accountability. This policy is not used at this store. WHY ? In the near future your company needs to change this when finding ANY lost items. From this experience you have turned away a customer's trust in this company and will take my business else where. In addition, will express to other people.

I was very shocked and very disapointed with the Target Black Friday, the adds were very bad you didn't know what was on sale or when. Were the door Busters at 9pm or 4am, so I go to the store for the 50" TV at the 9pm was very shocked there was no lines but I was very happy thinking there is no way I won't get the TV for my daughter. So at 9pm the take down the tape and let us in I was the 5th person in the store, only to find people already in the Store with cards full and heading out already.I asked a worker where are the TV'S her response was well they are all over the store. So I go looking I asked a customer who had a TV in his card he tells me where to find them so I go there, workers say do you have a Black Friday ticket?? I said no where do I get one he says oh we handed them out to people in line and we only handed out 40. REALLY that was not in the Adds nor was it that if you came way early you got in before anyone else, you got in before the doors were even opened. Poor way to run a Bussiness and really make people mad who come out on a snowy cold night to try to get the good deals and to be so disrespected . I don't know if all the Targets did that but the one on 109th in Blaine Mn. did shame on you!!!

Bad Customer Service

I purchased an XBOX 360 on 9/26/12 at a local target store. It was the only thing purchased, I paid with cash and my receipt stated it was valid until 12/25/12. I found a better XBOX 360 package at the end of November so I decided to return the first one so I could get that cash back for additional Christmas shopping. The manager at the local store saw nothing wrong with my return until she called for assistance and was told that electronics could only be returned within 30 days of purchase and that no matter what my receipt said they would not allow her to return my item. She was just as upset as I was. She explained to the person on the phone that no where on my receipt did it state I only had 30 days to return it. It clearly stated my receipt was valid until December and it should not be my problem but Targets problem and they should take my return under those circumstances. They still would not budge. She finally asked the person on the phone for their name and where they were located because she was going to have a supervisor listen to the call. She did not think that I should be penalized for a receipt being printed incorrectly. The person on the phone reluctantly gave her the info and told her she was in the PHILLIPINES! Anyway, the manager was appalled and apologized to me over and over. She did get me a price match which netted me $50 but I am still out the other $200. This, to me, is not good customer service. I can't believe that it would have inconvenienced them in any way to return that item and refund me the money. They probably could have sold it that same day! I will rethink purchasing anything from Target in the future.

The new "Black Friday" commercial emphasizes the greedy aspect of the holidays. It makes me sick. I have always loved Target, but this is making me rethink things. Very poor judgment on the part of the advertising department.

Crazy Target Lady

I am so so so upset this year because my crazy target lady has not come out on the TV yet. Evevry year I look forward to those commercials. She is soooooooooooo funny and has me rolling at times. I can sit down for hours on youtube looking at the commercials. I want to see new commercials with her this year. The couple of people you have now are not funny at all. You can tell they try to be but unfortunatly they are not funny. PLEASEEEEEE BRING THE CRAZY TARGET LADY BACK. Love always Target SHopper

I have been working at target for 2 years now and have never asked for a leave or vacation time. I recently started struggling in school, so i decided i would try and take a 3 week leave, in order to focus on finals. Nov 24-Dec12th My HR basically told me there was no chance. I understand it is 4th quarter but i was willing to work up until the day after black friday, in addition to working in december the weeks right before christmas. I always thought target supported their employees throughout their education. Turns out, they werent letting me take leave, use my vacation hours, or take those weekends off. They even gave me the hardest time about my availability. Horrible Hr in my opinion. Not willing to work with me, but then ill hear about her giving other people weekend nights off, requested days off, and leaves. Those poeple, ofcourse, are her friends. Target is not understanding whatsoever.

Your Illegal Policy

Target sent me the wrong item. They refused to refund my money until the item is returned. This is in violation of the law. In addition, they refused to pick the item up. Target is the one the made this mistake, and they are refusing to lift a finger. to correct it. Failing to return my money is theft, and most of what I was told about the return of my money lies. You have no concept of customer service.

Stop the greed

Come on Execs!!! You sure won't be leaving your table and family to work on Thanksgiving day!! Stop using the little guy - your employees to make an extra buck toy you would still make on Friday!!

PLACEMENT OF PRODUCT

SELLARS SHOP TOWELS SHOULD ALSO BE IN THE PAPER TOWEL SECTION AS WELL AS AUTOMOTIVE. WOMEN LOVE THE TOWELS BUT HAVE A HARD TIME FINDING THEM. I HAVE A FREIND WHO LIVES IN THE UK AND TAKES THEM BACK TO THE UK FROM MINNEAPOLIS.

On 10-19-2012, I ordered a tv and warranty on line from Target I got the warranty in the mail in about three days. I was informed the tv would arrive in about 5-6 days. I waited 7 days and called the delivery service and was informed the order was never filled and to call the Target Red Credit Card service. I did, and after several minutes the lady advised me to call the delivery service. I told her I had just called them and was told the order was never filled. Then after several minutes she stated that she had cancelled the order. I asked for an e-mail about the cancellation andI was never notified and the charges are still on my Target Red Card (several hundred dollars). I was then was told to wait 2-3 days and call Target back. I called them and was told to wait 4-5 more days and the charges should be removed. I called The Target Red Credit Card lady and asked her to put a hold on those charges since I had never received the merchandise and they had cancelled it. The answer was NO and to call back in seven days and see if the charges were still on my card and would do something then!! So I have to call them for the third time and they still will not send me an e-mail or anything about the refund. This is the first time I have purchased on line from my Target Red Card and I hope the last. I never plan to charge anything except on my Master Card. The difference of service is unbelievable.

I don't have a complaint about the store in Dickson City. The store is beautiful, well stocked and has very nice employees. My complaint is the filthy restrooms. I know it's not easy to keep them clean and people can be slobs but the last two times I was there they were disgusting. I reported it to the manager the first time but the second time I took my 6year old granddaughter in with me and I didn't even know what to say to her. It was beyond gross and it was only 10:00 in the morning. Again, the store is great. I'm there 2 times a week but this issue needs to be addressed. Thank You

Yesterday when I checked out at the Vallejo, CA store, my cashier was sucking on a lollipop. I found that to be very unprofessional. Is that part of Target's dress code?

I placed an online order for a baby shower and realized the merchandise was going to the mother to be. I called a sales rep and they could not find my order, they put me on hold three times and still didn’t find the order. I told them I would just change the address when I get an e-mail from UPS w/a tracking number. I asked where they were located because she just could not comprehend what was going on, she said they were in the Philippians. She said she could cancel the order and re-order it, I said "NO"...two seconds after hanging up with her, I received an e-mail stating my order was canceled at my request. Not only will I not get the gift on time for the baby shower, they ran my credit card and the funds are still on hold...GREAT JOB TARGET YOU LOST MY BUSINESS!!!

Your Company Is Wasting Money As A Sponser In Indy Car You Will Save Alot By Pulling Out Of Indy Car Now!!!!!

I attempted to place an order over the phone last week. The customer service rep had MUCH difficulty understanding and speaking ENGLISH---Now no one can locate my order but of course, the amount was already charged to my credit card. I asked the rep what country I was speaking to and he said Central America-- I am done with Target for sure-- also did you know you can NOT email corp with a problem- They are headed for doom and gloom.

I tried to order 2 items online with a Target Gift Card. The balance on the card was sufficient to cover the cost, but the site would not let me apply it. Because was late at night, I planned to call Customer Service in the morning. When I called, I was told that the price for the items had gone UP, and I should have called the night before. I told them that I did not have the energy to call that late ( and as it turned out, I was on the phone with them for 15 minutes this morning). To me, this smacks of bait and switch. It was a minimal amount of money, but still, I feel that since this was a problem with THIER online site, they should have honored the original price at the time I TRIED to order.

Mark my words....Target WILL go out of business sooner than they think... Their POLICIES and RULES are totally NOT customer service oriented at all!!

where is the lady on the commericals from last year. I know the dog is a mascot, but he is not doing target any justice on these new commericals.

Your company was very quick to call me for an interview after I applied. Just so you know I was early for my appointment which was scheduled for 10:30 but after having waited for over an hour and a half past my scheduled appointment to finally be interviewed My interview may have lasted only 10 mins from a guy who seemed to complain about how they stuck him with doing the intervies as soon as he got to work. I realized your company is not one I would want to work for nor shop at. Thank you anyways for wasteing my time that day and for making my choice to accept a job elsewhere so much easier.
