I must say whoever your advertising agent or group is ---Keep them The commercials are colorful , light and appealing to all and the jingle stays with you thru out the day. Thanks for a refreshing commercial.

In the store, they had the Dyson Ball vacuum cleaner on a separate shelf away from all other vacuums with a price marked as $79.99. I even called over a store associate and asked them cause I thought it was a mistake and she told me they are getting a newer model in and trying to get rid of this current model. So I picked it up and took it to the front and they told me $479.99. I showed them where it said $79.99 and they said it is a mistake and removed that price tag from the shelf. If I am correct, if you have a price tag below items, than that should be the price.

We will no longer be buying ice cream at Target until you bring back the Archer Farms Belgian Chocolate. Many of us are aware that it received a top rating from Consumer's Report. It does not seem to be a wise decision to remove it. Thank you Debbie

The Target Store in Wheeling Illinois on Lake Cook Road does not one bit of Passover items. Our Jewel does, Dominicks does, Wal Mart does but this store does not. Why? This neighborhood is mostly Jewish, and obviously your people do not do their homework. I am speaking for many many people that have complained to your store and to me and we are really disappointed in you. No wonder Wal Mart is pulling you down. Shame on you and either you don't care or are stupid. I really don't think you are either , so what gives. Mrs. Morris

If these e-mails are indeed read and heeded-please remove the sulfur dioxide preservative in the Archer Farms trail mixes and any other foods you make. Sulfur Dioxide is a poison that effects many asthmatics, especially children and like many other poison preservatives it has many ill effects on the body. Easy to read about. It would say a lot for your company to care about this problem. Shame on Target for allowing this poison in foods your company produces. I have a large following of people who would shop at your sore again if you would stop using these preservative chemicals in your foods. Until then- adiose.

The "Tissue Tee" that you list on line is not the Tissue Tee that I and many MANY other women would like to see back. The current one is more spandex and thicker, and it has that darned seam in the back and the stupid tag. If you read the customer reviews on your pages you will see that most customers want the old Tissue Tee back. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE...I am another person who wants the old, thinner, no-label tee back. Thank you for your consideration and attention to this request. One in hundreds, Valerie

Nathan the store manager in Rowlett, Texas has just giving Target another reason to get sued.... I never been so humiliated in all my life... He just kept coming over to the register watching me and my friend and even told an employee to watch us and we were at the register... He was loud and unprofessional and I have never felt so bad in all my days, so therefore I will be suing target for discrimination and Harassment...

Just called to get information about who to contact follow up on a records request status. The rep told me the name of a third party to call to follow up on these. When I asked for their number and information she told me to Google it. Educate your reps and hire people who want to help. That woman was worthless.

i have shopped at target for many years. few complaints or problems. usually customer service at the store takes care of what ever it may be. however, this is not the case at the main office. it is terrible. information is almost non-existent. they don't have it or they don't have anyone who could provide more. no phone numbers or anyway to contact someone other than what they so quaintly call guest relations. very, very disappointing.

Target has some of the worst business practices I have ever seen. It treats its people horribly. I live in a smallish town where people know each other, and we have two Target stores- one largish one and a small one. I have watched them systematically fire employee after employee, some with near 20 years with the company, because the store wasnt meeting what they had hoped. Never mind that the employees they fire have no control over the store policy...and never mind that the store has NEVER done a high business because of its small size and location. They have treated these people so badly that I have spent my last dime in their stores.

The next day I went to the Target in Hoffman States on 72 and 59....I had no problems using my coupons. The cashier named Taylor was very helpful and explain the deal to me and what coupons I was able to use. I have never to a Target where I had no problems... today I found such a place. The staff there greeted me as i walked through the aisle and even asked it they could be of assistance. I might have to take back that Target is a joke comment.

$10.00 off $40.00..... I went to the Elgin Target Store and was told that I was unable to buy or purchase the items listed using coupons - 6 Pledge Wipes - 6 Swiffers Spray Every time I come to this store it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. The CSM and the cashier always have a problem when I use coupons. I was told that I can not get multiple items for this deal. That I had to get only one of each item. So if I wanted 2 of something I was not able to get it. Forget Target and go somewhere else. It is not worth the hassle. Someone else will take your money and give you great service.

My husband and I recently visited a target in Hayward, CA on Hesperian Blvd. and the customer service was exceptional! I have been there before and received terrible customer service but my last couple of visits have been above average. The employees asked how I was doing as I walked through the store and offered to help my find items. Before at this target and other targets near most of the employees and managers avoid customers or at least there is no Customer Awareness. I practically have to chase down the employees to get some help. But this Hayward location is doing a great job. When I first noticed the difference I was a little hesitant about the change of service but so far it seems to have stuck.

I saw an employee stealing mercahndise and stuffing it under her clothes at the Atlantic Station location in Atlanta Georgia. She didnt see me, but when i did come around her she acted as if she wasnt doing anything. I got to see her name tag it was Quintesia. This is one reason why customers have to pay high prices because of employee theft. Please get a grip on the situation.

I too purchased the online only monopoly game and my order was cancelled at 10pm via email, I called at 8 am the next morning and no rhyme or reason was given! Yet the system showed 723 items in stock! I was given a $5 gift card in exchange! I was told to apply for the red card and use it to purchase the game yet again and receive 5% off and free shipping. This was not a true statement from that agent. Temp card are only able to be used in store only! I was able to purchase over the phone and the agent waved the shipping fee after an argument of 20 minutes. Still no 5% off as stated to red card holders. And Target makes no effort to refund the 5%! I get the oh well to bad sorry you had a bad experience, but I hope that you will return to target in the near future.

My father tried to return an item after Xmas and was denied because they could no longer find the item in the system. This item was purchased in December, and was returned in January. It was obviously a clearance item but a month after purchase there should have been something they could offer, either an exchange or gift card would have been nice. It was a nice field windbreaker jacket, but wasnt the right style. Even a 10 dollar gift card would have appeased my father. Instead he was turned away with a jacket he couldnt use. This is so unacceptable and we will never shop at Target again. We will instead use our local Kohls or maybe even Walmart. Kohls has always been good with clearance and returns.

I used to be a target shoppe until an employee gave my wallet away to a stranger I left it in a cart returned 20 mins later since the operator at target was too lazy to help me she couldnt even page the person on her walkie talkie who is collecting carts to look out for my wallet right as I got there and asked the young man collecting carts had he seen a wallet he says im so sorry I just gave it to this lady wtf r u serious thank you for giving her my address and all my personal information thank you target operator for being so helpful

I love Target and although the kids have the cutest clothes,every now and then i do find some sassy clothes for myself,now you came out with a cute Red&White Dress#282099985 @ $24.99 adorable little dress and then i turn it around,and it has this big ugly metal zipper,why did you even buy that,ugly as all get out,so no shopping at Target for adults,thanks.

I ordered the new limited edition monopoly game on Monday. On Wednesday my order was cancelled without any explanation at all. I want to know why my order was cancelled and when my order will be filled. You can't cancel an order for no reason.
