Target ripped me off!!!

I purchased $300 of Groupon gift cards on 4/24/13 from my local Target. I went to use them on there web site but there is no where to enter gift card information on there site. I then called Groupon who were unable to help me with my problem. I then called Target about my problem & they are refusing to give me my money back. As far as I'm concerned Target is simply a bunch of thieves. In addition they should be pulling these gift cards from their shelves since you can't use them on Groupon's site.

Hi everyone I ordered something for my kids in the amount of over a 1000.00 so ups says that they left it at my back door and I was away for the weekend and TARGET REFUSING to issue a refund or products target had the nerve to tell me that we believe UPS over a paying customer!!! WOW!! so think twice before you place an order with target and be sure and tell everyone you no how they handle customers I would never get this treatment from walmart.com never. I keep calling them (target.com and target corporate and no results. I want to let others know just how Target feels about us as paying customers.

Sioux City Pharmacy

We have lived in Sioux City for 26 years and have experience with most of the major phamacies. We have never had a pharmacy staff care for us like this group has. We have health issues and lots of prescriptions. We are always contacted when prescriptions are ready. The medications are always on hand (correct quantities). The doctors are always called when automatic refills run out. They are friendly. If we have an insurance or doctor question, they get on the phone right then. We even get a Christmas Card.

why did you stop stocking archer farms belgium chocolate ice cream? don't you read consumers report???

Don't use Cash at Target

Never use CASH to purchase items over $20 at Target. Myrtle Beach, SC. If you don't have your receipt...even the very next day, they cannot look up your transaction on their own store computer to refund or exchange. They WILL NOT give you your money back. Target has No Customer Service and I am a very dissatisfied customer! Bought a comforter and pillow for over $120.00, took it home to find the color clashed in the room. Tried to return it the next day and did not have the receipt. They said they would have to cut the refund to $98, so I went home to search for the receipt!! Still no receipt, so next day tried again. This time they said I could only return the pillow and gave me a gift card for that. Would NOT return the comforter even with my daughters DL, since now they say you are only allowed to return one item per DL per year!!! What a SCAM!!! They KNEW we wanted to return the big item. They said we could get a different comforter, but we did not want a different one at this point!! Now I'm wondering if I will every shop at Target again!! They really have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Identity theft????

Why does Target now scan the back of a customer's drivers license - what is on the license that Target demands to know - if I did not give this information I was told the purchase would be voided. This happened recently at the Brooklyn Erskine Street location

i here so many conplaints sorry that a store including sears has to compete with a company like wal mart or may i say china mart try to return something to them or call them TRY you will be equally disapointted. I will stick to target Sears better qulity better servies. We all have bad exsperinces sorry you have to advertise it

Pharmacy issue

Target, Sportsarena, San Diego. We had switched from CVS to Target not out of convenience but out of lower cost. Every other month we only have one out of 4 prescriptions ready. We set up that auto fill every other month. We went in yesterday and they had a Pharmacist and one person assisting at the front. I let her know that I was picking up for two separate people and once again only 1 out of the 4 were available. The person assisting us said she had to stop helping us because it was her 5th hour working and she had to take a break or else she would get written up. Lunch infraction over customer assistance???? Have enough staff. The person ran off didn't tell the Pharmacist who was now overwhelmed and came over and said what's going on what's the issue. REALLY!!!! Now we have to re-explain the issue and let her know we would come back to pick up our prescriptions the following day because there was another customer waiting. GET IT TOGETHER. Lunch infractions not my problem get additional support when a break is coming and get your auto refill system working so we the customers don't have to wait!!!!

Returns

I received two pair of shorts and a shirt from my elderly mother for my daughter as a gift, I had to return them and did not have a receipt but the tags were all on the clothes and had been purchased about three days prior. Well, new policy.... they give you a discounted priced automatically if you return something without a receipt. I lost $15.00 worth of merchandise due to some new corporate policy the cashier informed me. They were not on sale now or marked down by chance it was simply a fee that target pockets if you return something without a receipt. I have shopped their for over 15 yrs and they have permanently lost my business as of today.

Returns need to be made easier.

Had a beautiful shower for my daughter, she received gifts from the Target registry and was not given a gift receipt for some of the gifts. Trying to return a damaged stroller that was purchased on line at Edwardsville Target store was a nightmare! The employee was rude and not knowledgable about how to do the return, didn't want to do the exchange. We asked for someone who could do this. She wasn't much help and rude as well, after an hour we finally got the item returned. But the funny thing was after we got home tried to reorder the item, found out the Target store that was so disorganized and rude, refunded us to much money. Then the online store didn't want to give us the sale price because the store refund was more than what was paid. We offered to return the money. He hung up on us called again and so far we were able to reorder the stroller at the sale price. After 2 hours of trying to SPEND money with Target, we think we may have it accomplished. This has been way to much trouble from now on I'll just stick to buying at WalMart!

target sucks

order something online, five hours laters bought item at store, saving S&H costs, called target to try and cancel .com order as was told they could not guarantee canceling order. tols supervisor i would call my credit card co and cancel order and dispute charge.i will never buy anything from them again

Coupon Fraud

I received a coupon for $50. off on Patio at Target and Target.Com. When I tried to use it on Target.Com a representative said it was not valid. This is fraud as the coupon is printed on the front for Target.com. I received this coupon at the register in a Target Store 2 days ago. It is valid until 6/8/13. The rep on-line would do nothing to rectify this situation! Target will be reported to Consumer Advocate Groups and Consumer Complaints....is it worth it Target??? You're about to lose a lot of customers!

I Used to Like Shopping at Target... Not anymore

Until today I used to like shopping at Target. Apparently once your items are bagged by the checker (if they even make it in to the bag in the first place), the customer is responsible for whatever happens afterwards. Even if your bag of items never even makes it home with you. What happened to the customer is always right?!?! You can clearly see on my receipt that I am not just trying to get money from you because the items I bought were not worth much. I just want the items you charged my credit card for or a refund. This experience at Target today reminded me why I did not do a Target bridal registry and will NEVER do any type of future registry or participate in anything affiliated with Target. I will never go back to Target for a very long time, if ever again!!

Credit Limit Decreased!!!

I've have NEVER been treated like this by a credit card company!!! I have always paid on time, spent tens of thousands of dollars at their store over a period of 10 years, and I've been really sick and haven't used my card for about 6 months and they cut my credit limit in less than half of what it was! When I called to ask why, I was told "Sorry for your frustration"! Really!?! Frustration??? This "decision" will actually impact my credit report and I have stellar credit and a great credit history w/ Target! Wow! Valued customer......yeah, right? If you're trying to encourage a customer to use their Target Card...this is NOT the way to do it! I called back to get an address to write to file a complaint letter, and was told they didn't have any way to contact the dept that made that decision! Guess who just lost a customer forever and I WILL be sharing my experience with whomever will listen!

I worked there for three months...fired me for no reason. now they refused to give me my w2! I call the headquorters but they just oh we're sorry then hang up

I have been a "Valued Customer since 2009" I was behind on my monthly payments Dec., Jan, and then Feb. 9 I called to inform target visa that I was going to pay may card off in full but was waiting for my bonus and it had to be deposted and possibly held by the bank for so many day. On Feb. 19th I called made arrangements to pay balance owing of over $1000.00 by March 1st. recieved confirmation number transaction completed then account was closed 5 days after target completed transaction. no notificaton at all, first knew of closing was when I tried to use it at a target store. No help from supervisor, acct closed, bad credit report. card has been paid in full twice since 2009. All I can say was they treated me like a "Valued Customer"

Theft

Target policies are the absolute worst of any department stores. The $70 return limit is insane. Not to mention I just nade a return and was shorted by the cashier only to be told I had to wait til I heard from corporate. A lousy $10! I deserve at least a $200 gift card fir my inconvenience. I spend thousands of dollars every year in your stores. I'm disgusted and will think twice before ever coming in your store again.

Macaroni Salad Change

I have purchased the macaroni salad from the Super Target stores for several years. It used to be the best salad my family has ever tasted. I have not bought it for awhile, because for us it is more of a Spring and Summer item. What happened? It now tastes like it is saturated with celery seed. I will not be purchasing it anymore unless it changes. We are very disappointed.
