Target Corporate Office & Headquarters

I was just exposed to Target's latest commercial and feel extremely annoyed at the fact that I did not understand a word of it. Thanks, Target, for helping this country feel a little less USA. I'm not a regular shopper but, after seeing that commercial, I'll be sure to avoid Target completely.

The latest television ad for Target is the worst ad I have ever seen. First of all, this is America and English is still our primary language! The choice of music or song and the voices are quite irritating. This ad would certainly not influence me to shop at Target

I put in a request to get a replacement for a lost gift card on 1/22/2013, FAX'd all the information requested, followed up end of March, told everything was set up, apologized and said they would get it right out, followed up again end of April, same story. Today, followed up again only to be told they don't have the FAX of my information and I needed to FAX it again. Don't think so. Every FAX costs me $2.00; that would mean a $25.00 gift card would cost me $29.00 (that's assuming they don't lose this FAX too). A better solution in my mind is to take my business somewhere else and recommend the same to all my family and friends. Bye-Bye Target!!

I just came from your store in south St. Petersburg, fl. I was so frustrated on the way home I feel I have to write to someone if not talk to the store manager. I went to the deli to get lunchmeat, there were only 2 people in line so I felt I had a good chance to be waited on quickly. Ten minutes later the man being waited on when I got there was still waiting for his order. All the girl had done is get his 1/4 lb. of cheese, now she was going to get his meat. in between shuffling around slowly she carried on a conversation with the girl on the rotisserie chicken. After ten minutes I left to go to checkout. I didn't get any lunchmeat at all. My daughter refuses to shop there, ever! You might look into a secret shopper program to monitor your employees in their customer service and courtesy. I am seriously agreeing with my daughter. The person in personel should monitor his or her new hires and maybe the old also. The customers make your store, not the workers. If your workers are negligent the customers will fall one by one. Or ten by ten!

During a time when so many corporations disregard the health and well being of their customers in lieu of profits and political kickbacks, Target has stood up and said, "No", to selling GMO salmon in their stores. Thank you, Target! You now have a faithful customer here.

This week's advertisement was men's Merona short-sleeve linen shirt for $18. Good thing I looked at the fabrick content, since they are ONLY 55% linen and 45% cotton. Unfortunately it is not the first time you have done this and for some reason you feel that it is OK. Well, it is not!!!

Thank you so very much, Target, for standing up for the people, when you refused to sell GE salmon!! Please, do that with ALL GMO's or GE's. You have kept a loyal customer! I have dropped many stores who support GMO/GE's. I will tell everyone of your courage to stand up against the Monsanto God, and to say NO!! Again, thank you. When our politicians sell us out to the corporations, it is good to know that there is a large, powerful friend on our side!!! <3 <3 <3

My granddaughter got me a blouse for my birthday from Target. The blouse was too small. I needed one size larger. I asked her for a receipt and she said she didn't know what happened to it. You know how young people are. Well we live about 40 miles from the nearest store. My husband had to go there for business and I asked him to take it back and exchange for next size and if they didn't have it to get money back and that it would probably be on a gift card. We didn't have any idea what she gave for it. He took it back and got the next size (small) and the person who he was dealing with charged him $ 5.00 just to exchange for the very same thing. I have never heard of any store charging to exchange for exact item. Everyone I have told this to has been shocked and you can be sure I will be telling a lot of people. I have ordered things online but I will never ever go to target.com or in a target store again. TACKY!!!!!!!

Everytime I go to Target to get an item it has either gone up in price or has been discontinued. This has happened to me several times. They have ceased carrying some very good items, even the employee's have told me that the item was a very good seller. Some one has their head in the wrong place!!!!!!!! Target has always been my "go to store." The store in Kernersville, NC is awesome. The representatives are always helpful and the Pharmacy is the best. I would not shop or use any other store.

Advertisement buy 2 Economy Pack Pampers Swaddlers Disposable Diapers and get $20 gift card available in store or online. Tried to order online out out stock, Supervisor told me I should have order beginning of the week. This is false advertising.

I went to target to get some Hydro razors price matched and the manager Chris told me they only price match up to $9 off I never heard of that so I let it slide.... When I got home I looked up the policy and no where does it say up to $9. Target ripped me off. I will not be shopping at target and I will let my family and friends know what happen to me. I will be taking my items back and shopping at WALMART! I never have a problem with them using coupons or doing price match. Why even offer to price match an item if they are not going to give you the right price. ONE UPSET CUSTOMER

i worked for target and got fired for stealing food, i always paid for my stuff and never stole in my life , why wouldf i steal food, i have penty at my house.

I have been a loyal Target customer for 20 years, but all that changed today. Target WAS my favorite place to buy Fancy Feast cat food for $.59 per can until I discovered they had raised the price to $.74 per can overnight! That's a 25% increase!!!!! No other stores in the area have raised the prices, so it has to be pure corporate greed! I went to another store in the area & bought it at $.55 per can. Goodbye, Target.

I have never been a Target fan, but my daughter in law and son picked out a few things (crib, mattress, dresser, changing table and glider rocker combo) for the new baby from Target. The one item, we went to purchase the day they were at the store and we were told it was out of stock. I have called everyday for 3 months and still no item. The only one they have is display. I have called corporate and the manufacturer in Quebec and nothing. The manufacturer said it is a Target specific item and gave me the number for the regional sales manager who was a total jerk. I will continue to not shop at Target and let everyone know my poor experience with them.

spent my last day at target - pharmacy did not have my meds ready - asked me to come back after lunch - did some shopping to pass time - most of the items I needed were not available or shelves had not been restocked - went back to pharmacy and told them to keep their meds - am now getting 90 day supply of meds mailed to mefor same price I paying at Target and have taken my business for other items elsewhere - by the way I normally would spend 150 to 200 everytime I shopped at Target - hey at that rate Target will simply cease to exist very soon - and they'll wonder why!

Actually last sunday the 29 th i was walking thru target Parking lot on power and ray and split my leg open on a Tree that was cut to the length of a foot . I looked down And my leg was squirting blood and approached the office In target on power and ray and said they woukd call Filed out a incident report then sent me on my way With the guarantee that would call me and reconsile The situation . Ived called the store numerous times and still no answer back . I believe this shoukdnt have happened I wasnt doing anything but walking to dpend my money at target Like always ..

Will not shop at target ever again. Obviously cashier don't know their policy and manger all just bullshitters.

Hi, I am a regular Target customer. However, I am ready to NEVER go to Target agai. Lately everytime I am browsing the web I get a Target pop up add that disrupts my viewing. It also covers up over half my view and to make thing worse I cannot close the damn pop up!!!!

I recieved a letter from a Gene Allen of Target Credit Services on April, 24. I tried calling him at the number on the letter but no one knew who he was, they said he was probibly in corporate. I called the corporate offices and they could not find him in any company directory.
