after two horrible (and unusual) experiences with T- Mobile Customer Service I was finally able to resolve the two minor questions I had by contacting this unit the customer service representative was knowledgeable, courteous intelligent and very helpful
I was told at the store before I switch from att that I was in a 4g area. I said cool bought two phones and then only to find out when I went home that I could not even dial out call 611 spoke with a rep they ran some test and foumd out that I'm in a blatche area and its been problems every since. I hate there service and would never recommend there services to any body else there the worst

After 3 hrs I was done there customer service is the worst ever my internet just stops working no service in places I wish I would of stayed where I was AT&T they have the best customer service and service I wouldnt recommend tmoble if the service was free had to put a rating so it would go through but I rate T-Mobile a 0
I made a purchase in the T-Mobile store at Millenia Mall in Orlando, the next day one of the associates used my cc for his own personal use.... How's that for customer service?

I called to make payment arrangements and one manager told me that they only do that for contract customers n I told her that I know people who have made payment arrangements and they have pay as you go jus like me, she then stated that they were able to make payment arrangements because they had been with t mobile for so long n I went through 4 managers to try and get a number for corporate but they wouldn't give it to me, they kept trying yo give me a p.o box to write to and at this point I'm not feeling like I shud hav t mobile service anymore and on top of that, every manager I spoke with was being rude and trying to talk over me... I really feel like t mobile will lose a lot of service gettin responses such as what I received.
Retail Store HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I went into the T-Mobile retail location in South Florida on Flamingo and Miramar Pkwy and had the WORST customer service from an associate named Zeki. She was not helpful at all and very rude. Her facial expressions were unwelcoming. She said that she is not trained to give customer service she is trained to sell. She seemed like she did not want to be there. The worst experience ever!
When trying to make payment arrangements, they were unable to accommodate me and stated they had no info to contact corporate to file a complaint.
So many issues with tmobile, just got off the phone with manager Keela from Wichita, absolutely ridiculous and very unprofessional! !This is how they treat a customer of 12 years, very disappointed

The worst service
I got charged twice incorrectly. Last time a lot of money. They transfer me 8 times and want to reinburse my money until one week more, when they did the mistake, taking money from my account without my authorization!!! I started to see another options!!!
The t mobile on sw military sucksthey make u sign in then they dont follow the clip board people walk in n they help them first his name is andre n suppose to be a manager n then u tell him something n he gives u additude like what ur gonna make a payment
Tmobile said that they would pay my ETF and they denied me and i did everything like they told me. they lied. their service sucks. its not unlimited like they say. i have 1GB and when u go over they shut ur data off. LIARS.
I have been with them all of 3 hours and will stay with them 30 days only because they don't refund. they lied to me to get me to switch, and the only data I get is edge network. they told me I would get 4g lte and I get nothing. liers and don't care. DO NOT USE TMOBILE.
TMobile sux.. Ive called them 74 times on a daily basis because they keep charging me when I haven't used the phone. Today I was told "I see you have no usage but we're not refunding the money anymore." wanna bet? also They say they can't refund the balance of my money because I paid cash
Don't use T-mobile
T-Mobile has a bad refund policy and will not return your money, after unauthorized to use your debt card DONT DO BUSINESS with them.
i dont have a problem with them.....looks like all is fair in love and war with these cell companies according to the comments....I like my T Mobile
I visited a T-Mobile in Arlington,Tx on Cooper and I-20. I am very disappointed in the false advertising on the website....I go to the store and I was told my credit had ran and on the websiteit states no credit check. Then, I was told I had to pay the termination fees or payment arrangement with Verizon to pay last bill and termination fee then I would receive the rebate card in the amount paid for termination fees....... I was floored because this is not what is stated on the T-Mobile site...... I might as well weight until my contract is up on January 3 of 2015..allama these cell phone companies are rip offs!!! I will not be using T-Mobile Verizon sprint nor AT&T .....metro PCS. Will get my business... .T-moble and their false advertisement can go in the garbage with them other phone companies..... What a Damn joke!
